Paul made a thorough inspection of my heat pump indoor and outdoor units, cleaned both and provided some good tips on preventive maintenance. This is the first time I've used 4 Seasons Comfort but was impressed with their service and will call on them again when the need arises.

David and his assistant did an excellent job overall replacing my 28 year old furnace and 20 year old AC unit. The furnace was original in the new home we purchased in 1996 and we added AC in 2004. The original furnace worked OK with only a couple minor repairs over the years but was barely big enough for the 2400 sq ft house - as expected back in those days. The AC unit was barely adequate when it got really hot. As I researched what was recommended online for a house this size, I found my units were about 3/4 the sizes recommended. I also was interested in dependable and long lived, not a newer brand without a track record, plus minimal electronics and bells and whistles. (I’ve been an automotive technician for close to 55 years and run my own shop for over 30 so my prejudices came from dealing with such in my trade.)
I got about 6 estimates from big companies down the scale to guys just starting out, like David. I explained what I wanted and why to all of them and out of ALL OF THEM, David was the only one who didn’t try to sell me equipment relatively new on the market THAT WAS ALSO THE SAME SIZE AS WHAT I HAD !! He was Ok with the brands I had in mind and why plus the price installed was at or far below the estimates I got from others for comparable to what I already had.
Once done, we had a short revisit because the city I’m in required securing the AC unit to the ground in a fashion that was unusual - which David took care of quickly at no addition charge. Final inspection for the permit is done and all passed.
The furnace is 2 stage 80% efficiency and heats the home more evenly than it has been in all these years since we bought it brand new. When cranking up the AC to max on a 65-70 degree day and measuring what was coming out of the vents with the same kind of tool I use on cars to check how cold, I have no doubts cooling will not be an issue when it’s in the 90’s.
David looks young because he is. Don’t worry about it. He is well experienced, willing to learn and figure out new challenges. He has my trust and has earned it well.

I got 3 different bids and Four Seasons was very reasonable, the other places said they couldn't fit me into their schedule for a couple weeks, but Four Seasons came out the next day and got the job done. The technicians are very good to work with, communicated very well, very thorough with their work, and showed up on time.
First time working with Four Seasons and it won't be the last. Great folks, I highly recommend Four Seasons for your HVAC needs.

Four Seasons Comfort just serviced the furnace at my home in Olympia. They clearly knew the American Standard/Trane gas furnace well and they thoroughly cleaned the unit and checked out the electrical connections. They were neat, efficient, and polite. I liked David and Paul very much. They were 👍 right on time. They were efficient at their jobs. They cleaned up after themselves. They showed me where the furnace filter was and when to replace it. They also installed a new thermostat and showed me how to use it .All in all a good experience.

Paul, David, and his brother were very amiable, very professional, and highly skilled technician. Their attention to detail and thoroughness really impressed us. Another thing we like about them is they have reasonable company rate. They were very respectful of my home and arrived on time. The whole experience was seamless. I purchased a heat pump and gas furnace from Four Seasons. They got everything installed and working in one day as promised, and their price was excellent compared to the competition.

I couldn’t be happier with the results. They were easy to work with, and accommodated special requests with ease (e.g., working around a blocking fence, dealing with a new shape for the new thermostat, etc.)

I have no reservations at all in recommending them for any heating/cooling work you may need done.
