We looked at a few local companies for replacing our furnace. Narrows responded quickly, communicated clearly, staff was friendly, arranging multiple appointments was easy with specific times given as apposed to showing up sometime between 8:00-5:00PM, and Narrows had the best price. I would use Narrows again.

Chris and his team installed a new heat pump for my 1917 home in north Tacoma; this replacing a gas furnace. The installation was perfection from the start and through completion. Everything was explained along the way. Chris and his team are professional and a pleasure to work with.

This is the second installation in my home. The second floor required a separate unit and that experience was stellar, which is why I didn't hesitate to call Chris back for the replacement of my gas furnace.

I just had Narrows Heating and Air replace my gas furnace with a new Heat Pump system with Gas Furnace supplementary heat for both heating and cooling year round. I received 4 quotes between $18,000 and $20,000 and Narrows was right in the middle. However, they were the only company that delivered on what what I wanted: 4 tons of Heat pump heating/cooling and Gas Fired Supplementary heat.

They accommodated my needs by thinking outside the box from the other contractors. They replaced my distribution box and connecting supply ductwork to maintain air distribution and fit the new equipment in place.

The work was performed two days before Thanksgiving and I was only out of heat for 5 hours. All work was completed and the system operational and balanced in time for our family and friends to enjoy Thanksgiving dinner in comfortable heat pump heat.

Chris and Dan were a pleasure to work with and the installation was professional and passed inspections with no issues. System has been running smoothly and comfortably since Thanksgiving.

All of the bids were in the same ballpark, but Chris set himself apart with his professionalism. The remaining companies were canceled after meeting Chris.

Recently had Narrows Heating installed new heat pumps in my house, replaced old gas furnace. They’re very professional, found out my ductwork was short of returning air flow, which is crucial for the new heat pump to work properly. Additional grill work added, the new units are installed, our house is warm and we are looking forward a summer with cooling air.

My furnace broke down on a very cold day, causing my family to suffer. Dave arrived promptly on time after I contacted him and exhibited a high level of professionalism. I’m a flooring contractor in tacoma and we had to move around some supply vents in the floor upon customers request, we reached out to David, he was very professional and transparent with his pricing, and he backed it up with high quality work, he also serviced the furnace for a very reasonable price. I had Paul come out and do the annual maintenance on my AC. Paul arrived on time on Wednesday and he was efficient and did the job quickly. Paul also let me know the capacitor was getting really low. So, considering it had been five years, that made sense I asked him how long it would take to replace that part and he stated he could be here on Friday (Today). Again, Paul was here on time and did the replacement very quickly. I will use them again next year!.

Four Seasons Comfort was awesome and I would definitely use them again. They solved my problem quickly and we're great to work with.

I was out of town on vacation when my dog/house sitter told me the thermostat stopped working. I put a request for bids online and David from Four Seasons contacted me almost immediately. Despite being 8 time zones away, we were able to coordinate for him to come out the following day to diagnose the problem and, if possible, upgrade the thermostat to a Nest.

During the visit, he was able to upgrade to the Nest. During the diagnosis, he discovered an issue with the air conditioner unit as well, which required a replacement part that needed to be ordered and repaired at another time. So we come coordinated for them to come back out to fix the air conditioner when I was back in town since it wasn’t hot enough yet to need the AC.

I contacted them when I got back and had an appointment set for the very next day where another technician, Paul, came out and replaced the damaged part as well as did seasonal maintenance for the AC.

Both David and Paul were super responsive, very friendly, and efficient. I was very happy overall with the quality of the service and overall value.

Recently guys install complete new set of Furnace/AC/Coil in our home. We are totally satisfied of the quality of work and service guys provided.

David arrived 30 minutes after our call, assessed the problem with our A/C unit, replaced a part and stayed until he was sure it was working properly. Excellent!

Had a leak from my mini split on a Saturday morning, and Paul of Four Seasons was able to come out within 6 hours to fix the leak. I was grateful because it was a weekend and calls to other companies were less than encouraging. The service was great. Paul answered all of my questions, the service wasn’t rushed, and everything was fixed efficiently. Paul even put on shoe covers without me asking! It’s the small things and the service that made the experience as stress free as possible.

So punctual and quick communication! Paul arrived on time, got to work to check out my problem with the HVAC was not cooling right away. Honest, simple, and easy. Pricing was upfront and reasonable. Will definitely be having them as our go-to company!

The two very polite young technicians kept us well informed when their arrival was a bit delayed. They did efficient professional annual checkups on our gas furnace and two gas fireplaces. In addition, they are helping us order a part of one fireplace’s missing decorative front, which is greatly appreciated. We would not hesitate to call on them again.

David came to set up my heat pump to heat as well as cool (which it was already set up to do). Several other places said they would not even handle this.

The different HVAC company that let me know I could even do this was not easy to talk to/get a hold of, luckily David was great, on time, and was very good about letting me know about the new set up.
