Paul and David were both exceptional, from the bid process through the installation and testing of our new Mitsubishi heating and cooling system. My wife and I are so pleased with how well it works and how quiet it is, and we cannot say enough about how hard they worked to do the install, or how forthcoming and responsive they were in the lead-up to our selecting them from among five bids that we got. Four Seasons deserves every 5 star review they have, if I could give them a 6 star I would. We called many, many companies to get quotes and estimates for fixing minisplit leaks, and finally settled on Four Seasons, which was the best choice we could have made.
Paul was incredibly professional, knowledgable, friendly and most importantly trustworthy. Communication was great, scheduling was easy and he always arrived on time and worked hard and with great care.
He found and fixed leaks in both of our large LG minisplit systems (9 indoor heads in total) over two separate days and they finally work as they should for probably the first time since we've had them. We've always had some performance issues with our units and the original installers were never able to fix the core problem - Paul actually did. This was a huge relief and I could not be happier with the current state of our minisplits due to Paul's excellent work. They actually work with no fuss or question now!!
He gave us good and realistic tips for maintenance and use of the units and answered any and all of my questions and concerns about them, he didn't leave until we verified all the issues I complained about were definitively gone.
Finding good contractors is hard, but I can, do and will absolutely recommend Four Seasons to anyone that needs HVAC service

David is amazing as he gives detailed explanation of what he's going to do of whatever the issue is, and not like most contractors he doesn't exaggerate what needs to be done so as to manipulate pricing. I believe I found my HVAC guy.

We needed our annual furnace cleaning and tune up. Paul from Four Seasons Comfort came out and did a quality job. He was thorough, professional, courteous and provided a 5* experience for us. Highly recommended him and Four Seasons Comfort.

They did a great job installing a hyper heat pump. They worked late into the evening and explained how the system works. Their price was thousands under their competition. I couldn't be more pleased. Totally recommend them for your heating and cooling needs.

We gave them a call for a quote about a new furnace + heat pump. They responded quickly and were able to get us on their schedule for install right away. They were extremely kind and professional!

Sent them a message online because my furnace stopped working and received a message back within a few minutes. Paul was out the next day to check things out. Unfortunately it was an old system and was dead. They installed a brand new furnace 2 days later! Cost was much less than expected and everyone was amazing. Definitely recommend!

We called four seasons for a quote on a furnace replacement after another company serviced our furnace and told us it was no longer usable. They understood the discomfort of us being left without heat in winter with 3 kids and sent someone out the same night to discuss our options - and were able to offer a good solution for HALF the price we had been quoted by the original heating technician we had worked with elsewhere.
I let them know we would like to move forward with them and they were out ready to install within hours. From beginning to end of the process was just over 24hours!
The team were friendly and professional. They took great care of us and very kindly called on their Saturday to make sure we were satisfied with the work they’d completed the previous evening and to check that we didn’t have any other questions that they could help with.

We had been experiencing hearing issues for a few months and struggling with our rental company. Then last week a gentleman named Paul showed up at our door to look at our furnace for the rental company. He was very professional and thorough. He quickly figured out what was needed to fix the furnace and said he would need to come back. He returned a few days later with another HVAC technician ( I do believe his name was David). Both were great!!!! Even though our issues was out of the norm and complex. Both remained calm, professional and willing to help. We appreciate both of them so much as our heat and A/C are now working great! I would highly recommend this company for HVAC needs and can only hope that you can experience being helped by Paul and David.
