Athena worked through all the really difficult issues in our funky old house to give us a bid that would address all the quirks of putting a modern heating and cooling system into an old house.

Update - We have been loving our heat pump that we had installed in September. This week we had an error appear and heat stopped. The experience of calling for service was smooth and I got text updates on the appointment. The tech, Red, arrived on time and diagnosed the problem quickly. It required an electrician and one was here quickly. Red helped us understand how to best work with the system based on our usage so far. We made a few tweaks to the settings and I learned more about working with it. Really felt like all the techs were helpful and caring.

We had Athena come out for an estimate on a new furnace. She was awesome. Prompt, very knowledgeable and answered all of my million questions. She knows her stuff! Very personable and very easy to talk to. Our meeting was not rushed or pushy. It was a very pleasant experience thus far and we did move forward with a new furnace and electrical panel! Thank you for being so great Athena! So far we have had 2 encounters with Summit and both have been superior. Keep up the great customer service Summit Heating and Air Conditioning!

Athena and her team were very detailed from the start. Our older heat pump / ac unit went out and Athena came by to give us a quote. I appreciated that she took the time to recalculate the size of our unit for our home instead of just cutting time and putting in the same size unit. She also gave me many options based on what we wanted and was honest about the life of our gas furnace and wasn't pushy about upselling us. On the day of the install only 2 weeks later, the team that showed up was knowledgeable, hard working, and took the time to work with me on the locations of piping, electrical and the relocation of the heat pump. Athena even came out and made sure I didn't have any questions and checked on the process. Within 8 hours the install was complete and it looks and works great! I highly recommend this team for their professionalism, knowledge, customer service and efficiency.

Athena is a very professional and knowledgeable, as well as friendly and personable. She gave us the most thorough estimate of the several companies we received bids from. She educated us, and explained the pros and cons of each heat pump/air handler system, without trying to sell us anything. She always made herself available to help us. She quickly intervened by personally getting a Senior Service Technician to assist the installation crew resolve an issue for a very newer model of air handler. She was also available on the weekend to resolve a scheduling issue due to a last minute change in my schedule. We highly recommend Summit Heating and Air Conditioning because of professionals like Athena - Great Job!

After having neglected our air handler and heat pump for a couple of years, we finally got Pacific Heating & Cooling out for maintenance. My call was handled well and they were able to get us on the schedule within three days! Julius, our technician, was on time, extremly curtious, and communicated well in explaining the condition and care of our equipment. I would recommend PH&C to family and friends. We have made the choice to sign up for their ongoing service 'club' so that we don't forget to properly maintain our now seven year old system.

Maddox was on time and very professional. He helped me figure out that a setting on my thermostat had been changed and that was the code I kept getting. He did the service and walked me through the whole process. I definitely would recommend to anybody looking for service. Call these guys.

Tech was great. Very considerate of our house and professional. I already knew this was going to be a diagnosis rather than getting the heat back on. Obviously, they can't carry parts to fix thousands of heating systems on their vehicle. I already had a good idea the problem, but spending $130 for him to get me pictures of the inside of the heat exchanger and other parts was worth it. I was able to get my heat working with a $120 part that I ordered and installed myself. Having the tech out reassured me that my 19 year old system is doing just fine for it's age. It's very obvious sales are a big part of their job but he tried to get it working before the sales pitch came. He probably already knew the issue but we all have guidlines to follow at work.

Josh was fantastic! He was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. He gave me information about my system that no one else had. I really appreciated that.

Michael did a wonderful job. He was professional and very thorough. He explained everything as he went along. I would like to have him do the maintenance on my furnace next year. We developed a nice friendship. I wish him happiness with his family and a bright future with the company.

Nathan is an outstanding technician. He explained everything he was going to do in detail, and kept me apprised of his progress throughout the visit. At the end, he provided me with a complete rundown of his findings regarding the status of our two heat pump systems. I am 100% satisfied with the work Nathan performed. I chose Pacific Heating & Cooling’s comprehensive maintenance service plan contract and pay monthly, which makes their services very convenient.

We decided it was time to replace our 20yr old system - furnace and AC. We met with 4 different contractors representing different equipment brands. After careful consideration, we chose Trane and Pacific Heating. What a fantastic job the team did! We are very pleased with every aspect of the experience - the professionalism, knowledge, service and walk- through after install. The crew was first-rate! We're confident we made the best decision for our home.

Tech Maddox was on time, friendly, courteous , professional, knowledgeable and helpful. My heat pump unit and furnace actually seem to be running better than ever, and noticeably quieter! A welcome improvement since the unit is next to my bedroom window. I'm thankful I signed up for the maintenance program and the peace of mind it brings.

Had a bit of an emergency with a weird smell coming out of the vents and knew it must be furnace related. Called 3 different companies, pacific was the only one that could get to us same day (on a saturday), not only that the on call tech Julius got here 6 HOURS earlier than the scheduled appointment which was much appreciated. Fantastic customer service, very knowledgeable, fair pricing. Will be using their services again.

Nathan was very helpful and knowledgeable about both the furnace and water heater. He talked us through every step he was doing and gave us ways to keep maintaining the products we have. Would recommend!

They were a power team, got there on time, very professional, got straight to business in the rain. Getting a new heat pump and furnace system is a long process so be prepared to have this team in and out of your home. So trustworthy. They guided us through the entire system. I know I may have questions but I know that they will definitely have the answers. Was hoping I could break my diet rules by ordering pizza but they all had lunches. Great team! Would definitely recommend!

Jason and the team were very professional.
They showed up on time, and didn’t leave until the job was done. It was during a very hot day, but never heard them complaining, and once the job was done, Jason stayed to make sure we understood our new equipment. Would highly recommend Pacific Heating & Cooling 👍🏻

Tech. Julius Leach was on time, did a GREAT job on the maintenance of my furnance. He also gave me some great suggestions for some add-on's to help me with maintaining my furnance. Looking forward to re-newing my contract next year...

They came out the same day, and the technician, Chris King was super knowledgeable and fixed everything (turned out to be electrical). We bought a membership for routine maintenance which seems reasonably priced. I like that they'll call us to schedule, not me trying to get through to make an appointment. Or remembering to.

Ryan, Malachi, and Jason were awesome! They worked all day on the day after Christmas to help my family stay warm during the winter months. They were kind, professional, knowledgeable, and hard working. They handled all of the hard stuff for me and made my life warm again. They didnt have a weird old fuse on the their truck (old house drama), but they got one sent out the same night. Thanks Ryan, Malachi, and Jason. You guys are the best.

Update: Liam came out and was unable to make a permanent fix in my wierd old house but was able to make us warm until we could find a good solution. Top notch work. Thanks, Liam.

Mr. Anthony was incredible. He explained and physically showed me everything that was going on with our system. When I asked if I could have my husband on video chat listening in so I didn't miss any important information that needed to be passed on to him, he didn't hesitate.

Tony was so polite and very professional. He explained himself over again. He was able to get everything up and running again just in time before the summer heat hits us today. I would absolutely refer pacific heating and cooling to anyone who needs help with their system.
