We recommend signing up for their Service Program too. Local people who provide Service and when needed New HVAC products. They also provide All Rebate information and are an Approved HVAC company for Tacoma Light and PSE.

All Seasons replaced and upgraded our 15 year old builder grade heating and AC system and it is now working better than ever. The old system did not effectively cool the upper level of the house but it is now comfortable even in the hottest summer weather. The heat pump is so quiet we hardly know it is running even when standing near it. We upgraded to a 3 zone system so now we can control the temperature separately in different parts of the house depending on our needs saving energy. All Seasons is competent, professional, courteous and responsive to our needs. Very satisfied with their work.

These people are very helpful in getting things done. I had no heat for awhile and they managed to get my heat pump system installed quickly. Robyn, who answers the phone and so much more, pushed things forward. The president, David, was hands on and aided in the installation. The two installers, Dave and Cody, were great to have working on this project. All in all, I am very pleased with everything and would recommend this company to anyone.

All Seasons provided an excellent experience from beginning to end. Their evaluation was though, the proposals were were clear and the Carrier equipment offered was very competitive on efficiency, reliability and price. The turnaround from contract to completion was fast, less than 3 weeks. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and installation was performed carefully. We are very satisfied with the experience.

Installation was done earlier than the time alloted. Installers were courteous and professional. They went over how to operate the system. They cleaned up after themselves. The price was reasonable. I have only been alone with my new toy for a few hours, but so far I am pleased.

I truly appreciated this company! I was having a situation that while was not considered an emergency, was getting progressively worse.
I had made an appointment a week prior with a different company, and their electrician completely forgot about my appointment somehow and didn't show up / didn't text or call -nothing. This was after making me wait a week for the appointment!
So you can imagine my relief when I called All Seasons and Robin was able to send me an electrician the same day.
Mr Joe, the electrician, told me he only had a couple hours before he would have to leave for another appointment. In the time he was here, Mr Joe was able to identify the problem and fix the vast majority of it! When Mr Joe left he assured me he would come back the next morning and finish up!
I am so grateful for him helping me on such short notice. Mr Joe was polite, had years of experience and was very thorough.
I can't tell you how relieved I am to actually have power in my kitchen tonight!

If you're wondering about the pricing I will only say that it was extremely fair and I am absolutely sure they did not charge me anything extra for"emergency" service. I completely expect to use this company again, to have some floor heaters replaced with in the wall cubby heaters before winter comes 😁.

All Seasons Inc. is a phenomenal, locally owned business that exceeded my expectations. I was initially in agreement to purchase an air conditioning unit from a competitor, for a large price. When I was recommended to All Seasons Inc. from my brother (they installed his heat pump), I agreed to have them visit and provide me a quote. For the price I had agreed to purchase the new air conditioner (which was a lower-end model at that), I was able to purchase the highest-end heat pump from All Seasons Inc! Not only was it a better use of my money, but the equipment is exceptional, my house has been perfectly cool throughout, and Dave and his team have been very responsive. In fact, the initial quote was provided in-person on only short notice, given my they knew I was already looking at another offer. But they prioritized coming to my home and providing me with detailed information and options. I can't recommend them enough.

Ever since I bought my unit with All Seasons, they have continued to impress. Several years in now and their service is as good as it was when I first purchased from them. I needed replacement filters to deal with the wildfire smoke and they were at my house within 2 days, and threw in an anniversary service of my system that I had forgotten to schedule. Still a great local company. Highly recommended!

Although I didn’t not end up purchasing equipment, due to my budget. Dave was extremely knowledgeable and if I was looking to get a top tier system installed I would definitely recommend all seasons.

My experience with all seasons was terrific. It was everything I could ask for Dante came out and performed a diagnostic and was very friendly and kind. Dave gave us a great deal. David Installed and was professional, efficient and did a good job explaining how
to the use thermostat. Robin In the main office was really friendly,fun to talk to and made me feel like family. Our furnace was installed efficiently and quickly and by a local company We highly recommend All Seasons.

The installers are courteous and knowledgeable, the office staff is friendly and helpful, and the owner Dave is a wealth of knowledge from his decades of experience. The technicians at ALL SEASONS INC who did the installation,Taylor and David were absolutely amazing!. They both were very professional, extremely friendly, polite and very knowledgeable!, they were a delight to have in my home!. The electrician Bob was also very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly!. All of the staff who kept in contact with me were great, and kept me informed on every step of the installation process!. I am extremely happy with my new heat pump system and would highly recommend this company to anyone who is thinking about getting a new heat/ cooling system in their home!. Overall I give them a 5 star rating!.

Dave and the rest of the guys from All Seasons were terrific! I had 3 companies give me a bid. Dave was informative, not hard sell. He gave me information not just about the heat pumps they installed, but about the state of my circuit box and other things to my particular situation. One of his guys waited for me to come home before installing some wiring to see if I had a preference for the way he installed it. When they started to install the outdoor unit in one place, but I wanted it in another, they had no problem moving it. In working in the crawlspace under the house they noticed some leaky plumbing which no other contractors alerted us to. Very easy to work with and very competent.

All Seasons installed an entirely new HVAC system in our home. The installation was professionally done in the timeframe stipulated. We had a small problem after activating the system. I emailed Dave from All Seasons on a Sunday afternoon. He responded within five minutes and dispatched a technician to our home the next day. A quick repair was made (at no charge) and we now have our new system up and running. We could not be happier with our experience.

All Seasons was very easy to work with, did what they said they would do, and gave me excellent pricing on my heat pumps. They removed my old gas furnace and replaced it with clean electric energy products. Their team was helpful, friendly, and professional. I'd highly recommend them.

These guys installed the entire heating/air conditioning system in a new home of mine in 2008. They plugged the condensate pump into an outlet without checking to see if it was live, which might be a good idea on a brand new home that isn't even finished. And, there were other live outlets they could have plugged it into... . Since the outlet was not hot, the pump did not come on and the condensation spilled over and ruined the entire laminate floor. Total disaster! Did they take any responsibility?

Unfortunately I used them again on another home a few years layer... new elect. furnace and heat pump. I dont think the refrigerant was ever fully charged properly. As im selling the home, I am required to have it serviced. I found someone local who could take care of the job right away for less than ICS, and they discovered the problem. (Maybe that's why the monthly heating bill never went down...?) I understand there is no warranty at this point, but they won't even help me with it. So much for "taking care if your customer". I'll never make the mistake of using them again, and I have several homes coming up. As a GC, I could never treat my customers this way! Doesn't matter if it was 5 years later, I'd still make myself available to try and help. These people clearly don't care about you after they get their money.

I called this company to service my furnace and disconnect my heat pump and reconnect after we relocated it. We were never given a proposal or estimate ,so since this was an emergency ,and they knew it was, we had them do the disconnect. In all, the total time on the job including the return and service the furnace was 4 hours. We were then given a bill of 3500 dollars plus tax. For 4 hours work!! They said this was overhead and profit. I now am getting a lawyer and settling this after they refused a 1500 settlement. Which is more then fair. I would never recommend these preditors to anyone!!! You all have been warned!

My contractor used ICS as a sub while building my house. Less than a month after I moved in my heat pump stopped working so I called ICS for warranty support.

At that time I was told the following:

1) They would not do warranty service because the contractor had not paid the bill to them.

2) Even though I am the home owner they would give me zero information regarding the balance owed because I am not who they contracted with.

3) They refused to accept payment from anyone except for directly from the contractor

4) They refused to take me on as a time and materials client because they only work for contractors directly.

In the meantime .... I am stuck with a furnace that doesn't work. A diagnostic bill from another company to identify the actual issue. And a hefty repair bill to fix the issue which in the opinion of the new company was caused by multiple installation issues to begin with.

It is safe to say that I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT recommend this company AND if you find that your builder is using them as a sub contractor you should make every attempt to force a change in that department unless you don't care about having a serviceable warranty on your HVAC.

It would appear that all of the other reviews on this company carry water and that this company cares about one thing. And that one thing is not angering the contractors that feed them work regardless of how it affects the end user ...... BUYER BEWARE HERE

Very pleased with the water heater repair. The technician was quick, clean, and professional. Hot water is back, and we appreciate their prompt and effective service. Highly recommend them!

I strongly recommend avoiding this company due to poor workmanship and unprofessional customer service.

This company had installed our furnace before we purchased the house, so we contacted them in hopes that their knowledge of the existing system would enhance its compatibility with a heat pump add-on. The installation of the heat pump was unreasonably expensive and took over two weeks to complete, which seemed unusual. We shrugged it off, thinking that the work would be of high quality and come with a reasonable warranty. Unfortunately, we have had problems with the heat pump since day one. The cooling has consistently malfunctioned, and recently, the company has repeatedly refused to schedule service. We have called three times over the past month, and each time, the response was, “Call back in two weeks.” On the latest call, we were given the excuse that “we are going through some stuff,” which speaks volumes about their lack of professionalism and the overall ill health of the company.

Please avoid Indoor Comfort Systems if you are seeking professional and reliable services.
