The product they recommended was the best option for our basement, and they offered a great solution for a few other spaces that were under-performing with the existing system. Peter, Victor and team were fantastic. We used them for a big job with heat, electrical and air exchanges. The work is top notch plus they were super customer friendly. Walking me through all of the maintenance and helping with little stuff that others wouldn’t take the time to do. They’re great - 10/10 would use them again.

Victor and Peter did a fantastic job for our range hood. We have been wanting a good hood for a long time and the previous downdraft was just a joke. During our recent renovation, we finally get a proper hood installed perfectly. The installation is non-trivial as so many details need to be considered. Even though we did a lot home work and tried our best to buy the right hood, we still face issues due to the low ceiling and unique mounting situation. Victor and Peter helped us completely customized the hood and made it work! The hood is securely mounted and adjusted to the perfect height. I can’t think of any better outcome from this. They also made sure the makeup air system is properly installed and passed the permit inspection. A lot of other GC/vendors had no idea what a makeup air system is. Thank you guys for the great work!

Just got the new heat pump yesterday. Tavo made 2 trips out before the install to make sure everything was going to work right. Price was less than 2 of my estimates, but more than one of my estimates. Tavo tested every one of my vents airflow, saved the data, ran tests, checked return flow, found that I wasn't getting enough flow, none of my other estimators did this. They were all going to just install a heat pump. We had to add a second return, it almost doubled the cubic feet per minute of air around my house. My house feels sooooo neutral right now. Not hot, not cold, no more heating the downstairs up to 75 to get my sons room to 72 for bed. Tavo, Sean and Pablo were awesome, these guys worked as a team, joked around, had fun, and did a full return install and a heat pump in one very long day. Started at 6 am and left my house at 5. The easier contractor that I have ever dealt with. Bid never changed, no you need this, I can't do this crap. I love these guys. It's too bad I don't have more work for them.

After weeks of research I found that the installer is the most import part of getting a heat pump, a good installer is what makes your machine run for years. There are only a handful of units out there. But gettin a great installer is the most important thing. This was the only company who thoroughly tested my current equipment and duct work.

I would rate them "above 5 stars"! Tavo and team are just awesome. Tavo came and inspected my heating system, cleaned up a couple parts, and wouldn't even let me pay him anything for the that initial trip. We of course signed up with him to install AC, and he provided top notch service and components, again! After a recent remodeling contractor messed with some duct work, I called Tavo and he very caringly listened and offered suggestions and advice, and will be visiting again soon.
Every interaction with them has been above and beyond, super trustworthy, hardworking, diligent, and affordable! Service does not get better!

Been using this company for years!! Excellent team, honest company! I still remember one winter late at night our furnace went out and we had a new born in the house. The owner worked with us over the phone with no charge to fix the issue! He could have easily charged us after hours fee to come out costing hundreds!

Wonderful service, work done quickly and correctly. Tavo and his helper, Sean were always on time, and were always happy to answer my questions, and address any concerns I had. Additionally, written estimates from this company are appropriately detailed, and other admin/logistics are handled efficiently.
