What’s best about their service is you can SAVE about 100.00 by signing up for annual service. Why do it? Because you won’t be sitting up at 1am wondering if that soft humming sound on the furnace is a bad sign.
Best part- if you want honest and friendly service, ask for Maria who provided thorough service walking me through what she was working on - what ONE replacement needed attention for a blower to make sure it worked well continuously.
She honestly was the best service tech I have ever met ! Cleaned the area better than when she arrived. I have a 12 year old furnace. My complete paranoia is now seized and I’ll sleep better for it.

I was out of town when the installers were here, and give them top scores for not freaking out my wife, who's agoraphobic with social anxiety. The heat pump looks great for a big machine in a small yard, and the new furnace actually spiffs up our hundred-year-old basement. The combination is 100-999 times better than our old furnace, depending on how you measure it.

My project was a retrofit of an air conditioning system in a townhouse that didn't have existing venting. Stephanie, my sales contact, helped me design a fantastic solution that met my goals. She also made time to meet with the HOA contact to ensure we met all expectations. The price and warranties were excellent.

The installation was impeccable! The crew leader, Shawn, was incredibly polite and worked collaboratively. He never became ruffled and treated his whole team with respect. His team, Jason, Biruk, and James, were clearly well-versed in the technical aspects and were all helpful and friendly. The team worked very symbiotically.

The clean-up process was excellent, too. Shawn made sure dust was kept to a minimum. I was expecting to have dirt everywhere, but that wasn't the case at all! Everyone was respectful of my home and cleaned the house beautifully.

I have dealt with many construction companies over the past 20+ years and this experience is by far the best by far!

Kliemann Brothers is top-notch! I had them install a heat pump with ductless and ducted units inside, and they were so professional- I highly recommend them. I will continue getting my maintenance through them as long as I live in the area! I have been especially impressed with Nathan and Chuck as our maintenance technicians.

Very smooth run operation ... from the initial visit at the house to measure and check heat pump and air exchanger requirements, to setting up the installation, to performing the installation. It was all very well done.

Josh was great, he took the time to explain the filter set up (3 filters) and two stage heating for my Trane system. After having the original installer come out for regular service, Josh found that one of my filters looked like it had never been cleaned and that my two stage heating was never hooked up by the original installers - a simple wire connection that could have lowered my gas bill. I'm switching over to Kliemann Brothers for future service. Thank you Josh and gang!

2 Feb 2026: Josh P arrived on time & ready to check the gas furnace in attic & heat pump outside. He wore bootie covers on his shoes to keep my floors clean. He said my furnace filter was clean & left the filter he brought for later. Josh is very professional, efficient & timely. Thanks Josh!

4 Aug 2025: Kitchen sink water pressure intermittent. Just had surgery & could not talk. Contacted Kliemann Bros via text as I could not wash dishes etc without the sink water pressure working. Josh quickly narrowed the problem to a failing facet head not tankless water heater. Quick, courteous, & expertise assistance. Thanks Josh & Kliemann Bros.

Bartolo & Jeremy arrived promptly and worked hard installing a heat pump, gas furnace in tight attic, and two gas tankless water heaters. Every day they covered the floors and cleaned and vacuumed all debris. Evan installed all gas lines. All answered all my numerous questions. I used Kliemann Brothers in 2005, 2022 and Aug 19-23 of this year. Kliemann technicians are outstanding and I will use Kliemann Brothers for all my HVAC needs.

29 Aug 2024: Kliemann Technician Will arrived promptly and checked out my two gas Rinnai Tankless water heaters for water not heating up & loud sounds. Just got these tankless water heaters last week. Switched from big electric heaters to gas tankless. He opened the water flow to full and increased both tankless heaters to 130 degrees F from 120. Explained how the loud sounds are from the tankless pretests every time it starts. Both gas tankless are in my house as I don’t have a basement & one story (1958) house surrounded by hardscape. It’s me & Cats. When I sell the house, there will be enough hot water baths & showers for more people. I thought I had done lots of research but still learning. Will very customer oriented, patient, & knowledgeable. Thanks Will & the Kliemann Brothers team.
14 July 2025: Thermostat blank display. Called Kliemann Brothers at 8am. Zach arrived@11:30am after texting me & calling he was 30 minutes out. He promptly spotted a water clog issue and removed a metal strap and leveled the water draining area. Display works as advertised. Great customer & technical skills. Thanks for the speedy response.

We have had dealt with Kliemann Brothers for over 20 years. They have installed 2 heat pump systems for us over that time. I can't say enough good things about the merging of Expert Air with Kliemann Brothers. I called about a non-working mini-split and Kliemann sent Marie P out the next day. She was very thorough as she was diagnosing and repairing our issue. She was very easy to talk to and explained everything. It turned out to be an electrical installation issue under the house so it was fully covered on our warranty issued by Expert Air. Based on the quick response by Klieman to a job installed by Expert Air, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. We were very happy with the system that we bought from Expert Air and the merger of the two companies is a win-win for us. And a shout out to Marie - thank you!

Called for an appointment to troubleshoot an issue, service tech was onsite same day within 4 hours. The service tech Maria as well as the office staff were very personable, professional and helpful. I would recommend Kliemann for your HVAC repairs and was very satisfied with their service.

I am so glad I chose this company for my new furnace, hot water tank, and air conditioning unit. Kleiman Biros are always there for me answering all my questions for everything I need every time. This was a journey. End of December my furnace blower quit, I looked up the Lennox dealer because my system is still under warranty. I was able to get a tech that same day, his name was Nathan. He did a great job! He was careful to work cleanly and carefully and he wore the shoe covers inside! He diagnosed the issue and ordered the parts. Unfortunately for me, the parts were not available locally and they were ordered through the main supplier. The parts needed to come from Arizona, that added a bit of time. Erica in the office was terrific, she was very helpful and kept me informed about the inbound parts. The parts arrived yesterday and they were installed by another tech named Colin, again, just like Nathan, he was great! We had questions and he did an excellent job helping us!
Yes, it took extra time, but the three of them were very professional and the job done! If the parts had been local, I could have been all done in two days, but due to things beyond the control of Kliemann it took a tad longer.

Really happy with Kliemann Bros. We had an oil furnace that went out the Monday before Thanksgiving so we immediately had to start shopping for a full replacement, upgrading to a heat pump. Our experience with the sales representative, Austin, and the two installers Jeremy and Jack, was excellent. Not only were they quick to give us a bid over the holiday weekend, they were able to start the install very quickly, and in the meantime ensured we had space heaters to keep us warm. We got 4 bids, and Kliemann was extremely competitive (I.e. the lowest by far), with arguably the highest rated heat pump out of 10 or so we looked at. They also had the best financing options, which is such a relief given this was an unexpected project. Typing this from our warm living warm. Thanks Kliemann Bros!

Two years ago, Expert Air Control installed a Mitsubishi heat pump system with an air handler in my home. When I inspected the ductwork under the house this week, I found multiple serious issues that no professional HVAC company should ever leave behind: disconnected flex ducts, torn insulation with exposed fiberglass, unsealed metal joints, and duct lines lying directly on bare soil.

This installation completely fails to meet even basic standards for airflow, insulation, or moisture protection—let alone the standards expected from a Mitsubishi Diamond Dealer. It’s astonishing that work of this quality passed any kind of inspection.

The result: wasted energy, poor system performance, and air quality concerns. I strongly recommend anyone considering using this company request to see examples of their crawl-space work before signing a contract.

Klieman Brothes were quick to respond to our plight of our less than 2 yr. furnace that stopped heating properly. They arrived same day and found the minor issue, made the proper adjustment and were on their way. We appreciated most the same day service. late Tuesday night my electric furnace started sounding a little weird and was not heating my house. I woke up in the morning. It was 64° inside the house. I asked the neighbor if he had a recommendation for an HVAC company that wouldn't rip you off he recommended Klieman Brothers.

So I gave them a call in the morning on Wednesday and they scheduled an appointment for me Thursday afternoon. On schedule the service tech, named Joshua, came out and very quickly diagnosed the issue as a blown furnace blower.

At first they told me they were gonna have to order the parts, but after contacting his office, they discovered that they had the part needed in stock.

Joshua ran down and got the parts needed came back timely finished cleaning up the furnace and installing the new blower. The whole time that he was doing his work, he and I were engaged in chitchat related to family and camping. He was talking to me as if we had been neighbors for years, very friendly and affable guy at the end when he was done verified the furnace was working. I paid my bill and he took off. I went inside the house and the amount of forced air. It was coming out of our vents was significantly greater than when we bought the house five years ago. His service conversation manners and just being a real guy when my loyalty to this company the price was very good. The service was even better. Definitely gonna stick with these guys for my HVAC needs.

From the very beginning of the call about winning my new furnace and after more than 60 years of our old serving our family it's needless to say it was time to say goodbye! I don't know how to say Thank You Kliemann Brothers! I feel like we're family and you took such great care of me how could I not feel like that! From day one the kindness and compassion each one of you have shown me is something I'll treasure forever! And in a few hours my old relic was out and the new furnace was in and running!
