OUTSTANDING IN EVERY WAY!!
I normally don’t write reviews, but when you come across a company that is simply outstanding in every way, I felt I just needed to. Kliemann Brothers HVAC has been incredible from start to finish. From the start with Stephanie R coming out and explaining all of our options in a clear and no-pressure way, to Jeremy’s outstanding professionalism in the installation, explaining everything as he went along and answering any questions we had, to Nathan’s expertise in making the final touch-up’s, to Hannah and the amazing office/answering staff who have always made us feel like we are an appreciated and valued customer, rather than just a sale, these folks are the best company I have ever had the privilege of working with. Bottom line and in my opinion, if you want an HVAC company and service that is affordable, professional and reliable, hands-down, Kliemann Brothers HVAC is the absolute BEST OF THE BEST!!!

Cole and Jaden and Team Kliemann Brothers excelled from start to finish. Estimator Athena was prepared and knowledgeable and communicated well. Our install was orderly and organized and we could not be more thrilled to have our old electric furnace replaced with our new whole house heat pump. Highly recommend!!!

!0/2025 Yearly maintenance:
I want to add to my previous recommendations regarding Kliemann Bros. Maria is a total professional when she arrives and gets right to task. Extremely professional, discusses with me the work she has done and suggestions for the next maitenance visit. I am confident in her work. I am lucky to have her as the technician who maintains both my heat pump and on demand hot water systems. Kliemann Bros. is a great company to work with.

Update 09/09/2025:
Well you know how great a company is when you have an urgent/emergent situation and they respond without breaking a sweat. My tankless water heater developed a substantial leak and Nathan was the first technician to arrive. He quickly accessed and diagnosed the problem, called Matt the service manager, and they came up with a plan to have Sean, another technician, with the appropriate equipment and parts to stop over and fix it. Sean did an awesome job.Sean went about his duties with a quite professionalism and was able to stop the leak with no problem. Both technicians did a stellar job and gave me the confidence that the job would be completed without a problem.... Thank you Kliemann Brothers for having great staff who are extremely capable of getting the job finished.

Update 05/15/2025: As I have stated in my previous reviews, I am so happy with Maria from Kliemann Bros. Maria is a consumate professional. Always calm, goes about the work in a proficient, experienced manner. Maria worked with Elliot today and they serviced the heat pump and on demand hot water heater. Both performed the duities as expected. Thank you for having such dedicated employees who set my mind at ease regarding my heat pump and hot water heater. Kleimann Bros is my choice for furnace and hot water heater work.

Update 11/27/24: I am always pleased with Maria from Kliemann Bros. She is professional and goes about the work in an efficient manner. She was working with Chuck today and they were the perfect team. Fast job on my maintenance and off they went. I will always recommend Kliemann Bros for their great work staff who never steer me wrong.

Maria P from Kliemann Brothers was the technician who did the check on both my on-demand hot water heater and my furnace/heat pump. Maria was a total professional. She got right to work, very efficient and quiet Maria answered questions to my satisfaction. I have requested Maria for all my follow up appointments if possible. Thanks for being a business I not only recommend but trust.

Our diagnostic service technician Nathan was professional, on time, and able to relay information in a way that was easily understood. He dialed in our new system and we appreciate the whole team for setting us up for success!

Zach arrived on time and was friendly and professional. He explained what the system needs abd what associated costs there for the visit. He also made suggestions for further care. He was honest. Someone had turned off the pump and he showed us how to turn it back on. He also explained that maintenance is needed since it is 20+ years old. Kliemann Brothers installed the system 20+ years ago and I highly recommend them.

Zach did a great job, showing us what he was doing and explaining how some things work so that we understand ‘why’ maintenance is so beneficial. Zach gave us some good ideas on improvements that fit “US”. Really great experience today!

The experience was great overall from meeting with them through the installation. I was relacing my oil furnace with ductless. It has been disappointing over the couple months I've had the system. I specifically asked how quiet or noisy they were I was assured they were quiet much different than the fan i showed them and advised I could use the quiet mode. I have notice on the colder nights when it gets in the 30's there is loud fan that turns on cool air and it does this every couple hours starting at around 11pm, 1am, 3am, etc until about 9am. It wakes me up every night. I was advised it had to do with my heat pump with the colder nights and assume it will be the same on the hot summer night keeping my house cool. I would have never agreed to have a unit put in my bedroom if knew I would be able sleep on the colder nights

So our '50s oil furnace needed a service. Filters and nozzles and all that. A guy from a different company came and did that, and immediately after he left, the furnace started blowing diesel fumes all throughout the house. Didn't have heat for a week. So called 10 other companies before Kliemann said that they actually do service old oil furnace. THANK GOD. So they sent a great lady named Maria out to help me us. She was able to take it apart, thoroughly inspect it, diagnose the issue, realize that normal tactics weren't going to work and tried something new as a last ditch effort. And it worked! She was amazing and we cant thank her enough. If you got an old diesel chugging furnace like I do, definitely give this place a call. They won't disappoint.

Our furnace went out on a Sunday. We were able to get an assessment on Monday morning and the repair on Tuesday. I’m so satisfied with how quick and kind the service was preformed! I will definitely call again with any needs for my home.

Installed with them years ago, and continue to use them over the years. Their technicians are very knowledgeable and personable. They take the time to explain things and are very thorough in their work. I can't recommend them enough.

I'm not sure if today's work is considered maintenance or repair, but this is the 2nd time I've had the pleasure of working with Zach. The first time was finding the problem after a flood in my bathroom caused water to get into my ducting, which in turn caused the crossover duct to be damaged. Once he was able to identify the problem, the duct was ordered, and he was able to make the repair today. Zach is pleasant and knowledgeable; he definitely deserves recognition. Thank you, Kliemann Brothers for Zach and all the others who represent your company.

The tech, Zac, arrived the same day that I called the office. He was courteous, professional and thorough. He was friendly but stayed on the task. He diagnosed the problem quickly but went further and tested the system components for short circuits. He answered all my questions and even fixed a failed seal around the vent pipe of an adjacent furnace. We are very happy with the service we received from the moment I called to the finished product.

Everyone we dealt with starting with Ben in Sales, Hannah in the office and then Jason performing our install. They were friendly, understanding of a stressful situation for us, courteous and professional. We were very impressed and thankful. Daniel came out to make some final adjustments and did a great job. Very knowledgeable and friendly to deal with

Excellent customer service. Quick response time. Colin was very diligent and professional. Our system took extensive troubleshooting, and he was able to get our heat pump back up and running. He took the extra time to find a solution that other companies had not done for us. Wish we would have called them sooner!

I have a gas furnace from 2013 that was put in with the home build. I wanted to add a heat pump to it and reached out to Kliemann Bros in Spring 2022. A woman visited to get data and provide an estimate. When doing so, I WAS ASSURED a Trane heat pump would be compatible with my existing furnace. The following winter gave us many problems. On nights that dipped into freezing temps, the furnace would fail to kick on when the heat pump was unable to keep up and had to turn over its duties. To Kliemann's credit, they did promptly send a tech out to address it. Unfortunately, the issue persisted and my family had many icy mornings because of it. They kept sending a tech, but to no avail. I will add that the technicians that were sent were all very professional and seemingly did what they could to remedy the situation, especially Nathan. The furnace just wasn't fully compatible with heat pump. Their advice in the end was to either add another zone to the system or replace the furnace with one that would be compatible (I will add once again that I was assured my furnace was compatible when they made the sale).

It's been some time since their last visit due to the previous mild winter, so the fault has not occurred for a while. Well, it happened again just recently due to the recent dips below freezing. I reached back out to them, and to their credit, the staff I spoke to were friendly and helpful over a few calls. A technician was scheduled as a placeholder as a service rep attempted to assist over the phone. The tech was dispatched early which caused some confusion, but we worked through that. When on the line with the service rep at their main office again (and tech on way), I asked for Kliemann to do any necessary diagnostic free of charge, with my stance being that the unit they sold me has yet to be made compatible with my furnace. The unit their representative gave an ASSURANCE of compatibility to. My request was denied. I’m writing this review now, as I no longer want to associate with this company moving forward. I will not pay more when I’m roughly $16,000 deep into a system that was never truly compatible with my furnace.

I have to agree with the majority when speaking to the professionalism of their employees. They did provide a complimentary controller upgrade at one point too, which was a nice gesture. 3 stars because the Company made an assurance that was not fulfilled, but in the end I'm still left with a functioning heat pump. I will go elsewhere for any future heating/cooling needs.

I would more than recommend Kliemann Brothers. My furnace went down on a very cold new years day and they came out and fixed it and restored heat to my home for my me and my family. Josh the technician was the best. He was very knowledgeable and a really nice guy. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Kliemann Brothers came out the same day when my tankless hot water heater went down. They came in a lot lower than the competitor and installed the next day. They picked the right size and power option for our house. It’s so much better than our last one. Thank you, Ben, Preston and Josh!

Maria is the best! She is very thorough in her work, and knows her way around all the equipment. She found some issues and knew exactly what to do. So glad she's the one they sent!!!

Zach check our system had some red codes come up, we did a hard reset before Zach got here, he had mentioned to maybe get the less thicker filters but the system is running great. Zach called before out appointment time he was done with his first asked if he could come early we said great. Professional kind knowledgeable even put his get coverings on. Unfortunately our thermostat was bad they replaced it on the warranty no charge to us, Daniel was very knowledgeable showed up in the time frame as promised put his booties on in the house and after he installed the thermostat he went outside and check the heat pump and ran some test to make sure all was well with the system. Communication between the thermostat and heat pump was perfect. Thanks again for coming to our rescue. Having heat is important.

Wonderful from start to finish!! Athena came to our home to do an assessment of what we need, she answered all of our questions and gave us a firm bid on the cost!! A firm bid!! Wow! I've been in the service industry all my career, no one tells you exactly how much it will cost..up front, no hidden charges! We were so blown away by her professionalism and knowledge, she was friendly, and personable, we felt so confident!
That was just the start of our great experience! The guys who came out yo do the install, unfortunately I didn't write down their names, were punctual, friendly, professional, and so knowledgeable. They made sure the install was perfect and explained everything while here.
We did need our service person because of an error on our part, he came out and fixed our issue quickly, and with a friendly and professional attitude.
We are so very happy with the entire experience. Thankyou, to all!!

We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Kliemann Brothers. Our gas furnace was acting up, blowing cold air, etc. Colin arrived, immediately diagnosed the problem, fixed everything in short order, and (critically) explained everything in layman's terms to me. I won't allow lack of routine maintenance to gum up my furnace again, and I'm pleased to have Kliemann Bros handle it going forward. To the owners: Colin is fantastic. He is polite, competent, and works fast. He is a true asset to your team.
