In a world of poor quality service, this company has rock star quality. I can't begin to express how pleased I am with the whole process of finally...getting a heap pump. Austin, who came out to give me a quote & explore my options, was so knowledgeable & thorough. He was prompt & the company sent out a photo of him so I would know what he looked like before he arrived. They also did a really good job of staying in touch every step of the way. The men who came out to install the unit were, again, prompt & so courteous. They kept everything clean as they went along & did a spectacular job. I could go on & on as I am pleased beyond reason. It's so rare these days to get real quality service! I would not hesitate to use this company. You will not be dissapointed!
I wanted an Alexa enabled thermostat & ordered it. Zack M from Kliemann Brothers came out to install it. He was knowledgeable, kind, quick & very efficient. He walked us through it's capabilities & made sure we didn't have any additional questions. What a great guy. A quality employee!! The Ecobee thermostat works great & I'm super pleased!

They did not deliver the lift on the day they were supposed to deliver it. Then they said they didn’t have the lift we needed. Then they said one was coming in and we would have it right away, then they said it was dead and they couldn’t deliver it. Then we told them we could try a different size and they said they would deliver it in 10 minutes. They delivered it almost 2 hours later. Then they said we wouldn’t be charged due to all of the issues we had…….they charged us. I won’t use them again.

The team at this location is top notch. I have been working with several of them for almost 20 years. Great sales team that is supported by an experienced group that get things done. I strongly recommend them for any power or climate solutions you may need.
