At around 10 PM, I submitted a request on Thumbtack hoping for any help I could get. Within minutes, John reached out — and from that moment on, everything just fell into place.

John showed up the very next day, diagnosed the issue, and clearly laid out my options. The following day, Fernando came by and professionally replaced my gas water heater. Their communication, commitment, and speed were incredible.

John did a water servicing to us. He was very knowledgeable and recommended cost effective but yet quality inputs. He has done a very good job servicing our water heater.

We just moved to Seattle and our new home needed the tankless water heater every-other-year maintenance service. We connected with State Plumbing Utilities via thumbtack. They gave a fair quote for the service and quickly dispatched our Plumbing professional John.

John communicated with us prior to his arrival and was on time for our appointment. He was kind friendly and professional. He took care of our tankless water heater service and let us know that he and his company would be there for us if any future plumbing needs were to arise. It dawned on me in the moment that we have two other issues we had identified in our new house that were plumbing related so I let him know.

John asked to take a look at the two other areas and he gave us good professional advice regarding one matter related to our washing machine and it’s plumbing. For the other issue, which was a cracked bathroom sink, the prior owner had purchased a replacement sink but had never had it installed and had left it behind and John was able to give us a very fair quote for installation and he fit us in immediately and took care of that sink removal and reinstall right then.

We could not be more pleased with our interactions with John and the service and repairs he did in our home. He was informative, respectful of our space, efficient, and skilled.
