John Fairweather did an excellent job for figuring out a deeper issue with a toilet leak- even on a Saturday, he went to the store for the necessary supplies right away and finished the repair. Sending pictures and videos with explanations on top of a phone call. Highly recommend him!

I am leaving this review as I have had a tankless water heater and subsequent descaling performed yearly with this company and John in particular; they have done an outstanding job! Couldn't be happier. They are prompt. They're on time. They do good work. Very customer service oriented and just the kind of people you feel like have your back. I look forward to doing business with them more in the future for various plumbing needs and my yearly maintenance checks. Their price was also lower than the other quotes for both install and yearly maintenance which is important in this economic climate!

5 Stars! We needed seismic/earthquake straps installed on our water heater as part of our home sale, and after reaching out to multiple plumbers, State Plumbing Utilities was the clear choice. Other companies wanted to charge just to come out for a quote, and some quoted nearly four times what John asked for.

John and Mark were incredibly responsive from the start, and their sense of humor over text made the whole process surprisingly fun. They scheduled us right away, gave a heads‑up when they were on the way, and finished the job faster than I ever expected. They even found a way to work in a discount, which we really appreciated.

The installation was professional, clean, and done with real care. We were worried about how the straps would attach, but they handled everything flawlessly and made the whole process completely painless. I cannot recommend them enough. If you need plumbing work done, these are the people you want to call.

We got our water heater replaced through state plumbing utilities. The work done was quick. Timely arrival and work helped. Scheduling and communication was also very efficient.

We suddenly noticed water leaking from a pipe in our garage and it was getting worse fast. We were stressed and needed immediate help. John from State Plumbing Utilities responded right away and helped us quickly through FaceTime to shut off the main water line so the leak wouldn’t cause more damage.

Great guy, installed tankless water heater at my moms and installed new cartridge and handle in my shower. On time, great pricing and superior service. I would highly recommend this company. Out standing customer service. The technician was on time he arrived there before me ready to work . He is was very polite. When he assessed the issue he was very knowledgeable about the product. He came prepared to fix my issue with having the new replacement product on hand instead of just coming to my home to assess the issue
and make another appointment to get ther product later installed. He informed me on how he would get it repaired . I am very satisfied on his workmanship, and workethic .ill definitely utilize this company for both my properties .
