The plumbing problem was swiftly sorted out. This was my debut experience with this plumbing company, now under new management, and with their impressive service, it certainly won't be my last if I require plumbing assistance in Tacoma in the future. Had an excellent experience.

Even though they arrived outside the time slot, I'm still handing over five stars. Cameron was fantastic, he successfully unblocked our two stubborn drains. For a while, we actually thought we'd have to dismantle a wall to fix one of them. Dover was very responsive and helpful in this process. Crews were friendly and professional. The quoted price was fair and they were very considerate in making sure we had an operating toilet between work days and the yard was cleaned up well.

I had a sewer line job done by one of Seattles biggest companies. After two year's I had roots in a joint they installed. The big Seattle company refused to stand behind their work. The Sewer Tech team was working down the street, I contacted them and they came and immediately cleaned my line so our sewer line would function.

The next day Dover, (General Manager) and the Sewer Tech team came, dug down 7 feet to expose the line and fix the problem, which was an improper connection not done to Seattle code. Sewer Tech guys repaired the problem and gave me a fair price for the repair. In addition one of their strengths is sewer line lining, they do it themselves not job it out to a third party. I wish I would have hired them in the first place.

They were super responsive, tidy and always on time. I feel fortunate that they were working in the neighborhood. They carry the necessary equipment on their vehicle eliminating several trips for camera, cleaners and such. Very efficient, understanding and willing to explain what work was being done.

I have already recommended to my neighbors and will continue as I feel they are an honest and well run company.

His honesty and integrity are unparalleled and the workmanship exceptional. We've had many comments about how great the concrete finish work looks, and drain line is working great.
