I couldn’t be more pleased with this company! After a terrible experience (and sky high quote from!) Drain-Pro of Puyallup... i am so grateful i was referred to this company! They got our sewer line repair done in a timely and cost effective manner! But that’s not all! Everyone who works here is respectful and cheerful and kind and trustworthy and and and!!! Bravo! 5 stars! Wholeheartedly!!!

I do not recommend All City. We purchased a home in Oct, the sellers used All City to replace orangeburg side sewer pipe per our request as part of the purchase. When we moved in, All City forgot to turn back on the water (had to wait 2 days because they were too busy), they left our front yard a disaster with torn up shrubs everywhere (estimate said they were to remove them completely), tools and gloves all over, and a huge pile of dirt in the middle. After waiting a couple months I ended up leveling our front yard by myself, threw away the tools and gloves, threw away the dead shrubs, and reseeded the front yard (in Feb/March). The estimate included clean up/leveling yard/and reseeding but they failed to do that. We didn't complain to All City about these things, however; fast forward to June, we realized our sprinkler system wasn't working correctly and the two valve boxes, along with the hole All City placed for the side sewer were flooding. We called several times to All City and reached out to our real estate agent. All City refused to even come out to see what we were talking about claiming they are not responsible and do not provide coverage because it is a sprinkler system.. We clearly told them that even the hole where they placed the new side sewer pipe was flooding but the lady just said "I'm sorry but the owner said there's nothing we can do and it's not our responsibility." My agent suggested we contact a sprinkler company to diagnose the problem, and sure enough, they confirmed that due to the side sewer construction, the wires and lines were cut causing debris to get into the lines. The worst part of this is All City FAILED to tell us they cut any lines, instead they covered up all the pipes and jerry-rigged the lines to make it appear it was all good. Of course, we wouldn't be using our system in Oct when we moved in and couldn't test it during the winter so they thought they could get away with it. Very dishonest company and horrible customer service. I've advised our agent to NOT refer them to any clients as this has been the worst part of purchasing our home. They should be ashamed of the poor quality of work and service.

All City is the BEST! Dan is easy to work with, honest, reasonable pricing and good work ethic. His crew is top notch, clean, accurate and not in a rush, they get the job done right the first time! The office is also easy to work with, way to go on those permits!!! Thanks,

This is the example of how to run a business. I recently moved into a home and the inspection show issues with the drainage system. The realtor negotiated for the sellers to pay for the repair but the work was to be completed after the escrow was closed. I was not involved with the bid or contract with All City, I chose them based on my realtors recommendation. The issue was two fold, the existing pipe had settled causing water to backup in the pipe and there was a ton of roots and root damage to the pipe. So the contract was to install a liner in the existing pipe to fix the damage and make it so the roots couldn’t do anymore damage. The crew started work and was extremely professional and hard working. They ended up spending almost 3 days working on our house to make sure everything was done perfectly. On the last day the owner, Dan, come by to address some concerns about the grade for the drains caused by the ground settling they decided to replace more of the pipe to make sure the issue was resolved. In the end I felt they listened to and resolved all my concerns and have gained customs for life.

All City was hired to replace the sewer line at my new house. Work was to be complete and inspected before closing. One week after closing I returned from a trip and found a plumber (John) on site still working - no one had communicated with me that they had not completed the work. Once we sorted out why he was there, he agreed to do some extra plumbing work for some cash, which I paid. He was supposed to run a line for a gas stove, but two weeks later I'm left with the gas completely disconnected from the house - and now I have to pay someone else to fix it. I called John 8+ times, left multiple messages, and never heard from him. Later, another plumber I brought in determined the toilet drain had not been properly set (wasn't even glued) and the sink vent wasn't put in straight. I wouldn't trust these guys one bit. When I called All City to explain so many problems were be discovered with the work and I didn't want the plumber to return, they happily just said ok - no questions or comment about the mistakes, no apology, nothing. Look elsewhere if you need work. I had been warned beforehand that the plumber was a functioning alcoholic and wish I paid more attention to what he was pouring into his mug, because the work that actually was completely was awful. Fingers-crossed the sewer line works...

Dan and his crew just finished putting in a tricky side sewer line at a 100 year old rental house. Since the neighbor refused to allow us to go through his property, the crew had to think outside the box. Wow, did they ever! They came up with a great plan and finished the project without disturbing the landscaping and had the job done in one day. The cost was more than competitive as the "Guys" wanted to charge big bucks and in the process would have torn up the landscaping, sidewalk and street. I highly recommend All City Construction!

My nearly 100 year old house in North Tacoma had concrete drain pipes that were failing & after some investigation we found the neighbors were tied in to the same system - something that is not legal anymore.

I gathered some bids and I liked All-City the best. They came out twice to talk over how I wanted the work done. They were able to do the work, digging only at the entry and exit points of the pipe, and replaced everything with new PVC.

It was nice to see how organized the crews were. In only (I think) 2 work days there were several trucks, a couple of back-hoe type tractors. There were several jobs happening at the same time, and they worked from 8am to 7pm but everything was done cleaned up at the end.

They smooth out the dirt and do a general cleanup, but you should expect to do some landscaping in the end. Nice job, worth the price, and no surprises with the price.

Great service in a bad situation - The entire team at All City Construction has been great to work with. I had them come give me a quote for a sewer service replacement and they came in at about half of what Roto-Rooter had quoted me (never go to contractors that advertise on TV), and they helped me get lined up with a low-interest loan through the City of Tacoma (Google 'Tacoma Conservation Loan Program') to get the work funded without me having to take out a private loan or put it on a credit card.

The work itself didn't go as well as any of us hoped, there was a second sewer line coming from the back of the house that none of us had realized was there, but when we figured out that something was wrong they were out first thing in the morning to get it fixed. The problem was pretty unique, and they ended up needing to come out three times to properly fix it, but every time they came out they did it without complaint, immediately, and at no extra cost to me.

Overall, getting my 100+ year old sewer line replaced was a bit of a nightmare, but it would have been much worse if I had been working with a contractor that was less responsive and helpful than All City.

The company gets five stars, even if the project only gets two.

Had a side sewer emergency on the weekend and needed help FAST! These guys are recommended by a friend who had a great experience with them and we were not disappointed! They came almost immediately, fixed the issue quickly, and charged half what we were quoted by another company. I almost hate to give this review because I don't want them to sound "too good to be true," but this is our honest experience. They made a repeat customer out of us and we are in the process of getting a bid from them for additional work we need done.

Dan and his crew was amazing. Dan came; knew exactly what was necessary to get rid of 50 year old Orangeburg. Pipe bursting was what my sewer line needed.

All city construction had everything prep and scheduled to go in 4 days. The dig up, pipe bursting, clean out and cover up was done in 8 hrs.

I was curious by the work the crew perform. Each crew member was respectful and responsive to answering my questions while still working efficiently.

I HIGHLY recommend All City Construction.

All City lined my 75+ year old sewer. Compared to open cut the price was fair, the crews performed the work professionally, and the end product looks great. All communication with inspection was handled and timed well with completion of the work. Will recommend All City in the future.

Wow, we cannot say enough about these guys / this company. Literally everyone is so nice and helpful - from Lynn, Peggy, Roxanne in the office to all of the guys who have come out for various jobs, and Dan is phenomenal. Everyone does a great job of communicating and getting back in touch when promised. They are honest and stick to their timelines! We have used them for numerous projects - replacing our entire sewer line from our house to the other side of the street, replacing our hot water heater, and fixing a leaking sink upstairs. Every single person who has come out to work on the various jobs were incredibly kind, respectful, smart, helpful, and just all around wonderful to work with. The jobs are always done quickly, thoroughly, and safely. Dan is fantastic, he does a really good job at explaining things to those of us who have no idea how plumbing works. And their pricing is always incredibly fair and honest. I truly cannot recommend All City Construction enough! 11/10 recommend them to any and everyone!

I was very satisfied with the work that All City Construction completed on my new house! The whole process with All City was seamless and every employee that I dealt with was professional, very kind, and patient. We purchased our house knowing that it needed a new sewer line installed. After we had our sewer scope during our inspection we found that the pipes were original clay from 1910. I had the video of the scope in hand during our month long closing process and was attempting to budget to see how much this would be. I called 8 different companies and none would even consider looking at the video as the house was not in our possession. I called All City at the recommendation of my realtor and GLAD that I did. Dan watched the video, diagnosed that we needed a new line, provided a very reasonable quote withing 1.5 business days allowing us to budget and schedule the work quickly. They scheduled the job within 1 week of our closing, came out on time, were EXTREMELY professional, and had the work done in 6 hours allowing us to use our plumbing that day! They completed a new CIPP sewer line, had it inspected with the city, removed the concrete clean out and put in a new PVC clean out with a cap. The work they did was so clean and they left the area very clean and placed all my brick work back. The payment process was easy and Peggy, Roxanne, Lyn, and all the staff at All City were all very helpful and kind. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for great value, great work, and a professional staff!

My experience with All City Construction has been absolutely top notch!!

I purchased a home the had the sewer line replaced in April 2024 by All City before the purchase was made. In August 2024, we had a toilet back up. Thinking it was just a plumbing issue, we called an emergency plumber. They couldn’t get it resolved and the city had to scope the sewer line. After being told it was on the property side, I called All City after finding out they replaced the line earlier in the year. All City was there the same day, even though I called late in the afternoon. The next day, which happened to be the Friday before Labor Day, All City showed up to fix the line - no questions asked. They did this so quickly and before even knowing for sure if the city was responsible. They found a connection point just past the are they had replaced collapsed. No one could see this with scopes from either direction. We couldn’t have been more grateful for their quick work after a week without the sewer being usable.

Going above and beyond, All City has stuck by their word and has reimbursed the emergency plumber fees we had to pay. This is such a relief and really shows how much care they have for their customers.

Everyone I have spoken to has been so kind and caring. They all could sympathize with our situation. The customer service is absolutely incredible.

I will always recommend All City!!

All City Construction did a fantastic job with my sewer line repair. Dan was incredibly informative explaining what was necessary to complete the repair and provided a very reasonable estimate. They started work right away and by the end of the day I was signed off by the city and good to go. Peggy and Lyn at the office were also very kind and helpful. Highly recommend giving All City a call for any sewerline issues. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a wonderful experience with an employee by the name of Daniel. I was stranded in a parking lot in Bellingham, and your employee assisted. Truly appreciate his generosity.
