Exceeded my expectations in every way. Where other contractors came out and gave bids, only Gillette took the time and expertise to investigate the problem, explain the available options, and ultimately recommend a solution that saved me a ton of money and fixed the problem for good.

They approached a terribly scary situation -- sewer backup due to failing orangeburg ... EEK -- with honesty, professionalism, and skill. And their hard work knocked the job out quickly -- done between 2-3 days -- and were sure to keep us in service during most of that time. Cannot recommend this company more. THANK YOU!

Absolutely a great company to work with! They came in and did the job fast, but also took into consideration our business schedule so we weren't without toilets during our busy hours.. They were polite, professional, and I can't even see where they dug holes to access the sewer line!

These guys have repaired two sewers for us now. The second job was a pretty difficult situation and they solved the problems right away. Good communication, great people, solid work ethic. Really glad there's still honest, straight forward contractors out there, especially for such necessary work. A+ quality.

Jason was awesome and honest about the what needed to be done and how long it would take. He was very good about communicating with us when he start , middle and end. . The company was awesome about the payment arrangements. If you need your sewer fix I would recommend this company.

Gillette cares for each customer like it would a family member with a sewer problem. The quality of their work is top notch. Although not cheap, I consider Gillette's work product to be the best value for the money of all the bids we reviewed. I highly recommend them and give their name to anyone who tells me they have a sewer issue.

Jason came out to survey our sewer line situation. He concluded that our line did not need replacement. He found the problem which was not related to the sewer line but a plumbing issue. I wish there were more honest companies like Gillette in the world.

Jason and his company replaced my sewer line with a trenchless PVC pipe for about half the cost of some of the more well known companies that are known in the industry. They were very professional and impressive. If you need a sewer line replacement in the Tacoma area, you should hire them and you can expect a great result. Five stars, great company!

I had Gillette Sewer come out to give me a bid last November. After multiple calls and being told the estimator would get back to me I finally gave up in March. If you don’t want to do the work that’s fine but just say it. I cannot comment on the work they do since they never did anything.

Jason and his team did an amazing job repairing our very old and very damaged sewer line. He is extremely knowledgeable and had a plan for everything that might go wrong along the way. His team worked extremely long days in the pouring down rain to make sure we were back up and running in the shortest amount of time. We are so appreciative and can't recommend them enough.

Jason came out on short notice to provide a bid on a house that we were working on purchasing. He provided multiple options and a ballpark estimate after seeing the job. His detailed estimate sent later, was actually higher than the final cost.

As promised, his team was in and out in under 4 days, with almost no disturbance to the landscaping, and only a few asphalt patches in the driveway. He worked effortlessly with the city to facilitate tie ins to the main sewer lines, and report damage to city owned lines.

Additionally, Jason reworked his crews schedules to fit our project in prior to our scheduled close date, making a stressful situation much more manageable.

Jason and Gillette Construction really knocked it out of the park here on several counts. Their bid was substantially under Hart's Services, and they finished the entire sewer replacement in less than two days. They had a 4ft hole in the back, a 5ft hole in the front, and a 6ft hole in the street for pipe-bursting and completely replacing my entire sewer. You can see the two clean outs and back-flow valve they installed - and what a tidy job they did. I was super impressed at their communication before during and after the job. I cannot even begin to explain how wonderful this company is. First off, we had multiple companies come out to give us estimates on replacing our sewer line and Gillette was by far the most through. I felt completely at ease with them from the start. The crew was courteous and extremely knowledgeable. They started when they said they would and finished on time. They made every effort to ease our stress throughout the whole project.

I highly recommend working with Gillette Construction for your sewage needs. I reached out to them for a third bid on what we were told was a needed, somewhat-urgent sewer replacement.

I was impressed with their integrity and knowledge -- believe it or not, Jason actually told us that we didn't need to replace our line and with some preventative tips, could wait at least a year, maybe more. This was a huge $$ relief, especially due to other transitions we're going through.

It takes a top-notch company to talk themselves out of business, but when we do need to replace -- or even check up on pipes -- I know who I'm calling (Gillette, if that wasn't obvious). 😉

Jason is an absolute superstar!!!! Spartan plumbing screwed me over on my home purchase and left me with a completely unusable plumbing. Jason cleared the line and gave me a great estimate to replace it. I’ve had several emergencies this year that set back the replacement but Jason has been extremely patient and I plan to use him for all my plumbing needs.

I don't hesitate in recommending Jason and his team. They were quick, cost conscious (came in at about half of the other estimate I received), and just decent people with an honest business model.

They asked questions and went above and beyond to fit different plans for my property into their work. Jason also took the time to thoroughly explain processes and work with me every step of the way. Great experience.
