Went in looking for a specific part and was given one on one attention without feeling rushed. Also they had a play area for my son to play in so no distraction!

Very poor customer service. Was barely greated as we entered the store. Sales person that was closest to the door didn’t take his eyes off his cellphone. We walked around the store a bit then decided nothing in there was our style. Then proceeded to leave and the sales person that was on their phone, was STILL on their phone and we could CLEARLY see they were playing a game. As we were about to walk through the door, he finally asked if we had any questions and proceeded to say “come see us when you’re ready”. When in all actuality, we are VERY “ready” to purchase something for 2 bathrooms. Looks like they won’t be getting our business. Very poor service.

We stopped at a few plumbing supply show rooms recommended by contractors and our experience was night and day. Rosen's Water Concepts personnel provided the epitome of good, and knowledgeable, customer service; had we not made a mistake on the plumber/contractor's name, we would have ended our search right there.

As it was we made one more stop and after about 30 minutes we were trying to find a polite way to cut the bumbling, "look it up on the internet ... oh, I don't know much about that" non spiel and escape the attractive showroom's poorly trained staff.

For efficient service from knowledgeable personnel who actually listen to what you say, go to WaterConcepts for quality and selection and for unbeatable customer care. As I said the difference is like night and day.

I do not recommend working with Water Concepts, good products but staff are incompetent and dishonest. Wasted 2 and 1/2 months with no product in the end because of staff mistakes, attempts to charge more to cover staff mistakes, and then staff lied to cover up even more mistakes. No way to run a business.

Nice showroom, but the personnel do not know the products they sell nor can they order accurately. The result for me was having to undertake a DIY modification to a sink with the assistance of a helpful neighbor, a scramble by the merchant to locate the correct drains, and finally a duplicate visit by my plumber! At the end, a lot of hassle, delay, stress and less than full compensation to address the added expense.

If you are looking for any fixture needs, please call Kari at Water Concepts in Tacoma. Extremely knowledgeable, very attentive and patient. I am clueless to this process and she took the time to walk me through each step in a way that I can understand. Top notch customer service skills. She will be my go-to for any future needs during my renovation.

My husband and I worked with Melissa recently on our home remodel. She was very knowledgeable, patient, and friendly and we were able to find products for all our bathrooms and our kitchen. We were so impressed by Melissa and her customer service, and highly recommend her!

Beware! Go elsewhere based on my experience. I did not know they ordered the wrong tub until it was installed. I repeatedly said 16 inch tub, as most they sell are 18 inch. My current tub was 16 inches. Never did I say I wanted a 14 inch tub. I now have an unwanted 14 inch tub. They are willing to replace it with the 16 inch, but I have to wait another 5 weeks with my house a mess from the tear apart and hardware everywhere. Plus to pay someone again to tear it out and put back in. So if you use this business, make sure the measurements are on the main purchase sheet so there is no ambiguity.

Melissa has helped me with multiple kitchen and bath remodels. She has extensive knowledge of the different fixtures and products available. She is able to tailor her designs to fit style and budget. Her ability to envision and redesign a space is amazing. I was always pleasantly surprised by her suggestions and the designs she had come up with. She is great with cabinet design as well as kitchen and bath fixtures. I was very happy with my experience with Melissa. I will be going back for all future projects. Thank you!

We were incredibly impressed with the service we received from Tre Egan today. Having a plumbing issue on a Saturday is never ideal, but Tre was a true professional from start to finish. He was highly communicative, respectful of our home even making sure to wear shoe covers and quickly diagnosed the issue as a faulty wax ring from a different company. He not only fixed the problem efficiently but also took the time to offer helpful maintenance suggestions and ensured the area was spotless before he left. The bill was very reasonable for such high quality work. We feel lucky he was the one dispatched to our home! Please make sure to tell Tre Thanks Again for a job well done.
