I called them for a pipe repair, and they connected me to a plumber from "5 Star Plumbing." I was overcharged by a couple thousand dollars, and they are refusing to send me an invoice because it'll be proof that they overcharged me. When I called this company again, they said that they "don't work with a company called 5 Star Plumbing" which doesn't make sense because they're the ones that connected me to that plumber. If you are planning to use their company because of the high rating, please find a different plumbing company to call because this place is a scam...
