Wow, what a breath of fresh air! I waved off the first estimate guy because he was an hour late and couldn’t be bothered to call, and up next was Miles. He set a time, called when he was on his way and arrived 10 minutes early. His bid was really reasonable, and he did a fantastic job! He even cleaned up! Finally a young entrepreneur that gets it and runs his business like a business!

One of my exterior hose bibs burst last week during the extreme cold spell. I woke up to the sound of water blasting everywhere outside at 4am. Turned off the water to my house and started looking up and calling plumbers immediately. Nobody answered. Nobody but Miles at Your Local Plumbing Company. He heard my issue and even though he doesn’t normally work on Saturdays he said he could be at my house in 45 minutes. He showed up and fixed the issue. Not only does he know what he’s doing but he’s chill, even when the weather is chillier. Thanks Miles.

Renovating a bathroom and Miles took care of all the plumbing. Such a personable man who did quality work at a very competitive price. He did a fantastic job and I will definitely call on him should I have any future plumbing needs.

Being a single mom and a new homeowner you're always concerned you're going to be taken advantage of. My water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced and the first few estimates seemed a little overpriced and quite frankly the plumbers were pushy and limited when offering options. He reviewed a variety of options with me weighing the pros and cons, ultimately helping me find something that fit my needs and budget. He removed my old water heater and replaced my new one amazingly fast and never once did I feel obligated, pressured, or unsure with any step of the process. I would have to say that it was an extremely pleasant experience working with Miles while he did a complete repiping of our home. Quotes were spot on even as I kept adding tasks and he provided valuable input allowing me to make informed decisions and options as the job progressed. He maintained a clean work space and kept us updated at each step of the job.

I recently called Your Local Plumbing Company to come out and give me an estimate for finishing a job re plumbing my house that someone else decided they didn’t want to finish. Miles showed up on time, very professional and personable with a smile and gave me the low down on what needed to be done. After coming in with a quote that was not only fair, his work was fantastic and neat. He cleaned up after he was done and with my OCD, I couldn’t be happier with his workmanship. I commend him on his professionalism and friendly vibe. Don’t hire anyone until you call Miles and have him come out and give you a bid on your job. You will be glad you did.

Miles is wonderful. He repaired our leaking shower and sink, was honest and straightforward about what work we could do ourselves, what would be a temporary fix until we’re ready to remodel, and took the time to walk us through different options down the road. He’s knowledgeable, professional, prompt, tidy, and genuine. He’s even great with kids and pets. We’ll definitely be calling on his services again.

Miles had done previous work for me. Replaced 2 outside faucets and replaced the old outdated shutoff valve with a new updated one. Explained everything before, what he was going to do and the cost. Excellent service, efficient, quick and professional. Why i called him from my phone contact list (so wonderful not to have to search Google for a plumber, knowing its like having your own personal trusted plumber). This job was for a leak in a section of my drain pipe in my crawl space from my kitchen sink. Had an electrician fix a wiring issue and told me there was about a 2 foot section cracked and leaking bad. Called Miles. He went under and instead of just fixing the obvious problem. He did some researching and noticed the pipe was completely clogged, all the way to my sewer drain. Im thinking now he has to reschedule since on our phone call, told him just a 2 ft section and should be quick. He tells me, i need to get more piping and will be right back and get me all fixed up. Afterwards, i asked him if he could replace these old shutoff valves under the sink. He said sure. Ive got some on my truck. Replaced the 3 valves. Just like last time. Gave me the updated cost before doing job. Very PLEASED!! PROFESSIONAL, UNDERSTANDING ALL MY CONCERNS. Im very comfortable working with him, knowing i will never be taken advantage of and his prices are very competitive and not over priced. Well done once again Miles. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM FOR ALL YOUR PLUMBING NEEDS. YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED.

We needed a gas line ran underneath our home to install a gas cooktop. Miles responded quickly to my first call, came out soon after for an estimate and as soon as the cooktop was delivered he came and installed the gas line. He was very professional, quality of work was awesome and at a very fair price. Miles was a pleasure to work with and we would ask him back and recommend him any time.

We needed a gas line run to the other side of the house for a new gas range. Called Miles for an estimate and his was one of the more reasonable ones. I appreciate Miles being on time for both a appointments and the excellent work. I will use Miles for any future plumbing work I need done.

Miles is very personable. He explained everything clearly and I felt he was very trustworthy. He saved me money too! He offered a few options that I hadn't even thought of and I was very appreciative. I will definitely call on him again for any plumbing needs in the future!

Miles is professional and on time. He came to my busy home and was able to work around my family with no problem. I highly recommend Pierce county plumbing. Jarad and his apprentice that was with him was very respectful and very communicative let me know every step that they were performing. They were also quick and thorough with their work. I had 2ft of copper piping that he replaced with pex pipe. They were done within a hour. Once done I got thorough report of what was done. I even got a bonus lesson on copper vs Pex piping.

Miles was fantastic! He came by on very short notice and gave a reasonable quote. He fixed the main issue and went the extra mile to make sure our toilets and showers were fixed as well. Great with our four dogs too! We would definitely recommend Miles to anyone seeking a great local plumber. Thanks again Miles!

Miles is the man! He has helped us with 3 different issues (leaky dishwasher, hot water tank, and shower) and did a great job on all of them. He worked with our schedule to make appointments, is very personable yet focuses on getting the job done and done right, and his services are reasonably priced. Miles is fantastic. My grandmother lives on a fixed income, in a very old house. We couldn’t find a single available plumber in our area, and Miles and his company were recommended to us. He was able to find the problem right away, and immediately got to work to fix the issues. His pricing is very fair, and he went out of his way to make sure she still had a working bathroom. Miles is professional, friendly and kind and we are SO glad to have worked with him! I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Miles did a great job swapping out our old hot water heater . He showed up on time had the job done in acouple hours . He took our old tank with him so we didnt have to worry about getting rid of it . And he did it all at a great price compared to some of the other quotes I got .

I can’t say enough about Miles! He is communicative, responsive, dependable and does excellent work! In October he repiped my whole house and did it in 2 days. My water was only off the 2nd day and he worked late to make sure I could have water that night. Due to my rusty pipes previously my water heater needed to be replaced and he came back to do that a couple weeks later. Since I was doing a repipe I also had a tub taken out and a walk in shower put in. Due to a less than desirable job by the other contractor, Miles then came back again and reset my drain. As I said at the beginning, I cannot say enough good things about Miles. He is my go-to plumber and I will recommend him to anyone and everyone. Thank you Miles for being such a great businessman. You always went above and beyond!
