Highly recommended! They had a rare plumbing part available that the competition said no longer existed. They even helped me assemble it

Our contractor sent us there to pick out fixtures for our home renovation. Marie was unprofessional and at one point even condescending. We had to walk out when she told us we would be better off going to Home Depot. Wouldn't recommend this place to enemy.

Terrible customer service. Came in for some items and had to wait for 'Pam or Pat' whatever her name was for 40 minutes because she was too busy doing nothing. When I stayed and did not leave, she finally talked to me and was acting so rude that it was hard to believe it's even possible. Took her forever to find what I need in the catalog, and when she did, turned out that she does not know how many inches are in a foot, so I had to do calculations for her. Oh, yea, she said that a pint of rubber glue holds up to 8oz of it! When I gave her a paper with calculations, she hit the paper with her hand and said I need to tell her what I need. This was my first and last time in Tacoma location. I've been to Keller in Auburn and Bremerton , and would highly recommend those to anyone, but never Tacoma store.

Called to ask if they had work station sinks on display that I could view. The persons on the phone shared that I would need an appointment. I then shared sure, I could do that, but I would need to know if they had sinks on display or making an appointment would not be necessary If I could not view. He said I may have them but you would need an appoint to review size and specks and things like that. Not the best phone etiquette and seem to not be knowledgeable about what is available in the store. Only seem to want to talk appointment.

I had an appt and was kept waiting about 15 minutes while listening to my absent saleslady’s giggles while she chitchatted with contractors. I understand the need to help the contractors/plumbers—but when she finally started helping me, she would abruptly leave without excusing herself if a plumber appeared. I felt as though she thought she had the sale sewn up (thru my designer who couldn’t be there) and she just really didn’t want to deal with uninformed me. Rude. Condescending. We are not going to order from Keller. And I hope someone tells Marie that it’s not cool to call women older than her by affectionate terms. Grrrrr. They need more floor help.

I use Keller Supply Tacoma showroom very often for my clients AND for myself. I always receive the best service from Marie and Aiden-they are friendly, helpful and know so much about their products. Be sure to make an appointment-that's not a suggestion, it's a requirement:)

They're busy in here. That might be a good thing, but there's such a thing as being TOO busy. The clerks, Marie & Aidan, are so busy they can't help you. First, you need an appointment, then you need to wait for them to have time to look up prices...they were going to take DAYS to look up prices on specific items that I supplied catalog numbers for! My contractor had recommended them, we were on a deadline...Keller couldn't meet that deadline.

I went down the hill to Water Concepts without an appointment, got served immediately, I then called back with specific items I selected and immediately got prices...I paid on the phone and was done with my order before Keller could even bother to fit me in....

We've had great service. Our contractor sent us to Keller for remodeling 2 full bathrooms & our kitchen update. Our sales person was very knowledgeable about all the parts we would need to get the job done, as well as guidance on sinks, tubs, & multiple shower heads. The parts department was very helpful in troubleshooting another plumbing issue in our other home. We really appreciate Keller Supply's service & friendliness! Thank you!

I would not recommend this company to anyone. We live in yelm, drove back and forth now 3 times to have the employee Emily order us our faucets wrong. They made us pay overnight shipping to get the wrong faucet once again. And now they're saying it might not be here Friday. Just save your money and go to a company that is able to actually get something right for once.

Horrible customer service! Walked in with my family on 08/29/2024 to look at some items, they barely made eye contact with us. Two ladies stood there, and continued chatting with each other at the desk. No one offered any help whatsoever so we left after about 10 minutes. Maybe they didn’t think we could afford anything, who knows?? We felt very unwelcome at Keller. We’ll take our business elsewhere even if we have to spend more.

During this process, I had contractors waiting on this install.

Purchased a fiberglass tub, which turned out defective. First salesman gave me a replacement delivery day. When I called the morning of, a second salesman replied with attitude "I don't know who told you THAT (we get deliveries today)" and relayed the replacement would arrive the following day.

When I called the next morning, I was told that the replacement did not get loaded onto the truck and would not be arriving. At this point, they offered to drop the replacement directly at my residence...in three days.

When I called THAT morning, I was told that the replacement was indeed on a truck, but headed to two other long-distance delivery locations and it would not be delivered until later that afternoon. I was also told at this point that the replacement had been in a warehouse less than an hour's drive from my residence.

When the tub arrived, it was also of poor quality and the delivery driver took it upon himself to argue with my contractor about the condition of the product. We did not accept delivery.

When we went to the store itself to select a different product, the salesman was disagreeable, and the same delivery driver made a snide remark to my wife and contractor during the visit.

The faulty products were disappointing, but that reflects on the manufacturer. The toxic employees and incompetent logistics are on Keller.

I highly recommend Keller Plumbing Supply. Marie and Aidan are always helpful and try to give each client personal service. Be sure to schedule an appointment for the best service.

Beware of this company. Salespeople will sell you items that don’t work for your remodel and then refuse an exchange or return. As a homeowner I relied on the sales persons knowledge of what was needed. In the end the homeowner is held responsible for all purchases. I was sold a linear drain that could not be installed 1,100 bucks and I had to buy a new one for another $700. Very shortsighted business model as I still had several more purchases to make. I shop Ferguson now-better prices, better customer service and they allow returns when needed. My original purchase was $50,000 worth of merchandise so an exchange of 1,100 was a very small part of the sale. Ridiculous

“So I called these guys after I got scammed by another septic company. Harmon is the one who helped me and I don’t know what we would’ve done without him (or his team)! They were professional, understanding, nice, and efficient. When I called, they came the very next day to assess the issues and even after there was a couple hold ups with permitting stuff, it still got done within the week. I can’t speak highly enough about Upfront Septic!’

Showed up on time, worked efficiently, and helped us resolve a stubborn drain issue. UpFront Septic made the whole process easy from start to finish. They explained the problem clearly which i appreciate. Highly recommend

The actual pumping took less time than scheduling did! The tech did a great job draining my 500 gallon tank. And at the end there were no hidden fees or anything. I would use them again if I needed to.

Would for sure work with them again, highly recommend! They had great communication and were super friendly. Honestly, I feel like they are everything you want to have in a contractor - knowledgeable, hard working, and quick!
