Marie Knows her customers needs and works with them to help in choosing plumbing fixtures and design ideas in this gorgeous showroom. Marie made the whole process of helping me select what was needed for my remodel such an easy and relaxing experience!
Ferguson’s New Tacoma showroom is amazing!

Ordered a part for my gas water heater. They had it in stock in Seattle, but gave me the option to have it shipped to their Fife location to pick-up the next morning. Great customer service.

Was greeted at front door and was helped as soon as I went in they found me what I was looking for very helpful and great customer service!you guys are awesome.

We came in for some essentials for a gas line job. They were so understaffed that it took over 30 minutes to get through a line of 4 people. There was only one man at the til, and nobody else in sight.

This is unfair to the employee who stated he was new, and he was very stressed as all the customers were clearly annoyed.

We will likely still come here, but this issue should be addressed to prevent further complacencies.

Update; I have changed my rating from 1 star to 4 stars thanks to the owner taking notice of this and addressing it. That is all I hoped for. Please do not stop paying attention to feedback, thanks!

Not enough counter help when it's busy. Everyone in the office avoids helping at the counter when there is a long line. Even when the guys working behind the counter ask for help.
Sent an order in at 9:30 and wasn't even pulled yet 2 hours later. What's the point of even advertising 1 hour will call🤔

Every time I step into a Ferguson Enterprises branch, I always get great service. I have to tell you though, the staff at this branch are a step above the rest. I'm just a single owner/operator with not very deep pockets and Ferguson really doesn't make much off of me. Whenever I walk into this branch, they treat me like I'm worth a million bucks. Thanks a lot you guys!

Its a supply house for professional plumbers limited sales to residential customers if any at all, big company so always expect extra time to pick up your order even if called in ahead of time.

Total idiots. I called to locate a hot water heater as I'm from a different area.
The guy on the phone told me yes we have your hot water heater but let me double check before you make the long trip here.yep he confirmed it was here will call waiting for you.
I made the trip to Tacoma ,I got there and with a huge attitude they didn't have my hot water heater. I own a plumbing business being doing this for 27 years, I will never use Ferguson again, unprofessional, poor attitudes and just a mess of a organization

Found these guys here on Google and went in because my tub/shower was constantly dripping. I required a cartridge replacement (took the entire set up off and brought it in because I am no plumber). Derek was super kind and helpful on locating the right parts and helping me understand my current configuration (some pieces for the trim were fused together). I really felt like I got the VIP treatment from everyone in there who also helped. After putting everything back together, I have no more dripping faucet!!! Don’t wait until you have a water stain in your tub like I did. See these guys for all your plumbing and hardware needs!

Harry is the reason I shop at Ferguson, he has great customer service and quick to handle my orders. Everyone else is awesome too. 5 stars!
