Dmitrii was quite possibly the best HVAC tech that we have ever interacted with. He was professional, punctual and thorough in his examination of our hvac system. As one could guess, having a working heater is pretty important, so we really appreciated his ability to identify problem areas and clearly communicate the next steps that he would be taking with the home owners (we’re renters) to resolve the issue.

I had to make a call off of a random Google search bar, and it allowed me to find Fuse repair. Dmitri was absolutely amazing, polite, and punctual. He had zero issues repairing my washing machine and only took half the time I expected of him. If I have any other issues with my washer and dryer or my HVAC system, I will 100% be calling Fuse again.

I typically want to get a rough estimate prior to getting someone to come out. I called a few repair shops and no one wanted to give me a quote over the phone. Macy was able to work with Dmitrii to provide what I needed. The communication was good and timely. It is important to do your own research as I have been taken advantage before by some other repair company. Fuse can help with washer/dryer, fridge, HVAC system as well. They will be my first call in the future when I need appliances fixed as I had a very good experience with them.
