My washer had a blown water pump. Rob knew right away after testing and he had the part in his truck!! Great fast and competent service!! Very professional and awesome customer service!

5 Star was timely and professional in every possible way. Jon was our tech. He visited our house twice. Both scheduled visits had been communicated ahead of time, and Jon was on time and completed his tasks quickly and courteously. We now have a working ice maker. Thank you Jon and 5 Star.

Prompt excellent service. Very informative and took the time to answer my questions. Jake is wonderful. This is the 2nd time he has done a repair for us and we are very pleased with the service provided.

We had a power outage that messed up the control on our refrigerator. It was easy to schedule an appointment to get it looked at and repaired. Rob was great to work, arrived when scheduled, and answered all my questions. Pricing seemed reasonable for the work completed.

The repairman, i'm sorry I can't remember his name, was very kind. He wiped his feet before entering, he directly went to work on fixing the issues, he was efficient, his communication was excellent. This job is not finished so I gave it five star, but I do not know the outcome completely yet.
From what i've seen, I would highly recommend!

I wasn't home of the time of service (I was at work, boyfriend was home) but according to my ring camera the tech was in and out in 3-4 minutes, replacing one part, it fixed the entire issue and my dishwasher works beautifully again!!! Very thankful! Great job guys!

Quick and easy to make an appointment to have a technician check out our non-functioning ice maker. Good diagnostic analysis, great explanation of issue and variety of approaches to deal with the situation. And then voila, he opened the freezer drawer and there was a secondary ice maker!! I was totally unaware of it. I thought the large tray was a convenience for storing smaller frozen items. Very grateful for this quick, easy, convenient and 'cheap' fix. Again, very well explained. Only paid the call and diagnose fee. Thank you.

Service tech was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about the equipment. He was able to quickly troubleshoot to accurately determine the issue causing my dishwasher to malfunction. After getting authorization for replacement parts, he scheduled a second visit and finished the job in a timely manner. 100% Satisfaction!!!

This is the second time I used 5 Star In Home Services. The first time, they were assigned by American Home Shield (AHS) for a icemaker repair. Jake was the technician and he was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. When I filed another service request, I was delighted that 5 Star was assigned (If not, I was planning on requesting that company ). Jake provided the same high quality service . Whether it is through AHS or not, I would not hire any other company if I need an appliance repair .

Jake came in response to an order I put in to American Home Shield. I was impressed with how fast my order was attended to. I was contacted within hours and my appointment was set for the next morning. Jake was on time, professional and thorough. He explained everything he did as he was doing it and cleaned up before he left. He informed me of what I should do if the problem should reoccur and I feel I can rely on him (and his company) to fix it should it need it. I would not hesitate to recommend this company given their performance so far.
