Jeri from Mr. Appliance did a fantastic job for us. There was excellent communication with the scheduling and arrival times, both text messages and a phone call. They send you a picture of the technician who will be performing the work so you know who to expect. Jeri was friendly and knowledgeable, he explained everything he found during the diagnosis. They didn’t have a specific part in stock, but he was able to defrost the freezer using a steamer to get the air flow back to the refrigerator. Then we were able to use it until the part arrived in 3 days; which I greatly appreciated. He arrived promptly at the scheduled return day and time and was able to install the part in under an hour. Couldn’t have asked for better customer service. Thank you Jeri for your kindness toward my inquisitive 3 year old!

Emiliano was professional, competent and lovely! Please commend him for me. We had been told to call again to schedule someone who could repair a cable rather than plug in machine. I had no ifea he was coming at the time planned for a plugin machine.

The heating element went out in our dryer. I called Mr. appliance and they were able to schedule an appointment for the very next day. The service agent Ron was incredibly
helpful and kind.

Thankfully I was able to call in Friday and get an appt today for my broken dryer. Ryan showed up within the arrival window, quickly diagnosed the issue and had parts on hand to fix. They were super friendly and polite and knowledgeable. Hope nothing else breaks soon but if it does I’m happy I have some to call!

When Emiliano arrived he put down a pad so he could put his shoe protectors over his shoes. I was very impressed with that. He went right to work and determined quickly what the issue was. He had to order the part so came back a couple days later. He had the part installed in a few minutes. He had a smile on his face and was humming and singing a song. He was very easy to talk to and explained things as he did his work. He also asked several times if I had any questions. You have a great employee on your hands. Thank you for coming out so quickly to fix my refrigerator. Job well done.

I called about finding a lot of soap suds left in the bottom of my dishwasher after running the last few loads.
Ron was my service technician and was absolutely delightful.
The dishwasher was confirmed as working perfectly. I need to stop rinsing my dishes when I use Cascade Platinum Plus pods, or use a liquid detergent that is not pre-measured when I run smaller, less grimy loads.

The tech was fine (Ron Davis) but communicating with the office leaves much to be desired. Due to the tech becoming sick, the installation was postponed for 5 days. Why not send someone else? The office was contacted twice and I was told service/email would be coming on two occasions when in fact it did not. Seems whoever gets contacted at the office was not passing the info along or was not handled in timely matter by whoever they contacted. I will never use this this company again or never recommend Mr. Appliance to anyone.

I had a terrible experience with Mr. Appliance. Their technician came to diagnose my downdraft range hood. He was unable to give me a diagnosis and said the reason could be a number of things. They also gave me no suggestion for repair. They then proceeded to charge me $132 for no service and no diagnosis at all. I tried to explain to them that I received no diagnosis, and asked them to call me back to discuss this. Instead they sent my information to a collection agency without even telling me or trying to address my concern. I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST USING THEIR SERVICES, THEY DO NOT CARE AT ALL ABOUT ETHICS OR THEIR CUSTOMERS.

Emiliano was great! He was friendly, worked fast, and was honest with us about our problem. I appreciate him approximating when I'd need to have the suspension replaced again by the amount the washer is used. Definitely recommend.

Total joke , showed up to give quote , wanted over 600$ to replace door seal on washer , which is more than half what the unit cost. We declined because at that point we would just buy a new one. Then they non nonchalantly say the visit to quote us will be 155$ . This was not explained up front when the call was made for appointment. The unit info was already given over phone first time I called . All the technician did was show up and put together quote , less than 20 min . Total rip off.

Emiliono was an absolute delight. It was like a family member was doing the repair. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He is an asset to your company. Because of him we will be using your company for any future repairs and will recommend to our friends and family.

Emiliano, Mendez with Mr Appliance was very professional, extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. He went the extra mile to make sure everything was taken care of and the job was complete. I hope that if any of my appliances have any issues he will be the one you send. There seems to be very little professionalism in service jobs today. He is unique and I greatly appreciate his work ehic.

I called Mr. appliance on a Wednesday for a dryer repair and they got me right in there schedule. Then they called and actually came earlier than expected which was awesome! They sent Emiliano Mendez out to the house. He was super professional and personable from the knock at the door until the job was completed. He k ew exactly what was wrong, planned ahead and brought the parts with him that he thought would be the culprit which saved another trip. So that takes wisdom in his trade which made it so we were up and running the same day. We have 6 high school kids in the home and the laundry piles up fast when we are out of commission in that department. I’m giving him a 5 star review only because it won’t let me give him a 10 star review. Ask for Emiliano to be your technician! He is the best I’ve ever had come to the house! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MR. APPLIANCE AND EMILIANO! Amazing!

We requested Emiliano Mendez to come out and take a look at our dryer. He quickly identified the issue and had it fixed within a couple hours. While working he was very polite and kept the workspace tidy. He even cleaned out quite a bit of dryer lint for us as well. I definitely recommend him!

Amazing experience from start to finish! From my first call after our washer stopped working and we needed a repair to the final call after all the parts came in and the repair was complete — the professionalism, skill and commitment to customer service was exceptional. Emiliano was super skilled, diagnosed the problem without difficulty, was incredibly timely and efficient and showed us so much kindness with phenomenal attention to detail. Highly recommend!!

Straight up awesome!

Emiliano Mendez was the right person for the job. He came to the door with a smile on his face and the attitude of what you would expect from a long time friend.

Our story: The dishwasher was 3yrs old, our cat brought in a live rat into our home and while the critter was waiting to be caught, it quickly chewed through three wires that run the drain pump.

We called Assurant ($159.00 paid for a 5 yr warranty) - they scheduled the repair (with a service provider from Sherwood Oregon- not local) and when the tech came (from the other service provider) he quickly assessed that there was a little scat below the dishwasher from this one time rat experience. Quickly, that rep took photos and said he couldn't fix the machine due to the presence of scat under the machine and he quickly left. Later I was informed that Assuant Insurance had canceled our policy due to the techs notes say "vermin infestation". I was told, by Assurant, that we were on our own for the repairs.

So, I called Mr. Appliance in Vancouver WA. They quickly scheduled us and on Monday. At the time scheduled, Emiliano knocked on our door. We showed him the wires we found under the dishwasher and he said "no problem". It took him a little less than an hour to splice the wires, plug in the harness and tell us it was fixed. (Side note: We were in the backyard working in the garden when Emiliano came out the back door jumping up and down with happiness saying "I fixed it!")

We loved his enthusiasm, his expertise and his outstanding customer service and his love for his company and job.

This is how it should have gone down with the appliance service provider from Sherwood. But instead, Emiliano was the Rockstar who fixed it instead!

Our tech, Emiliano Mendez, was excellent. Prompt, professional, and efficient. He was able to troubleshoot the issue with my Bosch dishwasher very quickly and correct it within minutes. He explained what the issue was and showed me how to easily troubleshoot and repair it myself should it happen again.
If I ever have a need for appliance repair in the future, I will definitely be calling Emiliano and Mr. Appliance for assistance.
I have managed on site repair and installation for 25 years, these guys are top notch professionals and are well deserving of the 5 star rating.
