I scheduled an appointment by phone on Friday, September 5 for a repair technician to come to my home on Monday, September 8. The scheduling call was a bit odd, and the person I spoke with didn’t even ask me what the issue was regarding; Only which appliance we were needing repaired. I received an appointment confirmation text on Friday, September 5 which indicated the arrival time on Monday, September 8 would be between 10:30 AM-12:30 PM.

On Monday at 9:40 AM, I received a call from the scheduler I had spoken with on Friday, and they said my technician would be arriving at 9:45 AM. Not only was this 45 minutes outside of the agreed upon arrival window, but it was also only 5 minutes from the suddenly advised arrival time. I explained that I had confirmation for a different time. The scheduler said “Are you not home? If you can’t make this work, then we will have to reschedule.” There was no apology or alternative option, or frankly, customer service.

I’m 9 months pregnant and had arranged for a family member to be here at the original arrival time so I could go to a doctor’s appointment. I had to reschedule my appointment to make this new window work.

The technicians who arrived were absolutely wonderful, and took many cleanliness precautions. They also were clear as to what the issue was with the washing machine and next steps. Had it not been for them, I would have simply taken my business elsewhere.

In the process of paying for the service, I discovered that the scheduler had also input my email address incorrectly. I spelled it for them during the initial scheduling to be sure it was correct, but they failed at even this.

Aside from the technicians, this was an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience.

My dishwasher would not drain. A quick Google search dropped Mr Appliance at the top of the list, so I filled out their online form and received a call within 20 minutes to schedule the preliminary appointment. Luckily they had a cancellation so I got a call a few days early to have a tech drop by. A tech came over to diagnose the problem, did so and quoted the price. I agreed and they returned a few days later with the part to do the job. The tech was efficient and friendly and now my dishwasher works again, with a higher quality drain pump and, it's guaranteed for a year.

Emiliano came out to inspect my KitchenAid dishwasher and had it fixed and running great as soon as the part came in! Taught me how to properly maintain it as well. Great Service!

I have an old washing machine that I love and when it started making funny noises I knew I wanted to repair rather than replace.
I was able to get service scheduled within 2 days and even though a part had to be ordered, the service technician Ron picked it up at the store the next day to make sure we didn’t have to get rescheduled much farther out.
He was efficient and kind. So easy to work with. Now my washer is running again and it’s great that they give you a 1yr warranty on their work! Definitely worth the cost to repair.

Our tech was very knowledgeable and friendly. He fixed the problem quickly and asked if we had any other questions or concerns. He seemed to take pride in his job and making sure the customers were happy.

My newer Bosch dishwasher stopped working. The team was very thorough and, even though the repair cost for a 16 month old dishwasher was large, I am satisfied. I had done hours of troubleshooting before calling and knew it was not simple, and turned out to be the control board was bad. The technician answered questions and verified that the appliance was working before he left. He offered good advice about the dishwasher and my other appliances. I hope I don’t need to, but would call them again.

Emiliano was great. He diagnosed the problem quickly. Unfortunately they had to order the part so he had to come back to install it. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I had them come out to diagnose a gas smell coming from my oven. They agreed there was a gas smell, but were unable to diagnose the issue. They suggested I call NW natural to diagnose the issue I just spent $132 for them to diagnose. I called and left a message with their service, but never received a call back. I called back again, and spoke to the officer manager who was unable to help.

The service tech was able to diagnose the issue with our washing machine very quickly. Gave us a quote for the part and labor, as well as scheduled us right then for the repair. He arrived on time both visit, very professional, and respectful of our home. We highly recommend Mr. Appliance for your repair needs.

Always a good experience working with Mr. Appliance. I have used them 4 or so times in the last 10 or so years. Repair person is always nice and knows what they are doing. I don't bother getting 3 quotes anymore because I have used them enough to know it will be reasonable. My only complaint is due to the brand I got they can't work on my refrigerator.

March 11 2025 - Since we found this company it has been our go to place. We started back in 6/ 2023 and we always return here . We have the best experience and get great results. So yesterday my LG front loader washer alerted us a code OE, washing machine tub was not draining, So before we called this company we had a drain company come out and check the drain pipes for clogs just to make sure it wasn't a clogged drain. Laundry room drain pipe was clear and good. That being said we called Mr. Appliance Ryan ( our go to guy ) came out the next day. He checked the drain pipe and gave it an all clear. It was the water pump , ( he said it was common in LG washers ) going bad, making a growling sound . and had a tub full of water. My advice is have your model and serial # prior to calling so they can have a part on them if available, and Ryan did have one with him, Yay ! He installed it and we are good to go. All Wives and Mothers know that feeling oh ! ^$@*%? the washer machine is not working crap.... Ryan saved my day, A good guy, proffesional, knowledgable, experienced and explains as he was doing along with my husband.. reasonable rates, depending , ( more than we expected this round ) , community based , This company is in the neighborly home services. I found through Bob Villa - Yes , I did ! Ryan is good to us, and we always ask for him. * Seems harder to find a honest good company that you can trust. I don't have to look any more now. I found it with Mr. Appliance . We highly recommend

My repairman was here when he was supposed to be. Made sure he understood what the issue was and got in and got the job done. Very nice and professional as well.

We worked with Ron today over a leak in our dishwasher. He was friendly and polite when explaining the issue with our appliance, and went out of his way to try and diagnose the issue. I would absolutely recommend working with Mr. Appliance.
