I Chose 5 Star In Home Services because I was impressed they had over 1,000 positive reviews, nearly all of them 5 Stars. It also meant a lot to me that they are licensed & bonded, plus give senior discounts. I originally called them, but further communication was easy by text messages. The service person, Jon, was prompt, friendly and figured out the problem quickly, so he gave me a 10% discount on the service call. He had brought along a part to hopefully fix the problem, however my washing machine has multiple issues and needs to be replaced.

We went with this company because of the reviews and the price was lower than the others I had called or looked into. Jake was very professional and friendly but most importantly very knowledgeable and we thank him for the honesty and we would recommend this company any day, and they were able to get me an appointment quickly.

I thought it was a 5 star visit but after Jon left after “fixing” the washer, I ran a load of laundry and we got excessive water all over the floor, even doing a 2nd load to make sure it wasn’t just excess water on the pedestal from the repair. The water leakage is worse than before! When things were put back together from the other room it sounded like hardware parts were flying and being slammed around, and the wall behind it took a beating.

Technician Bob came to my house, evaluated my washing machine and ordered the parts. Parts came to my house so I called 5 Star In Home Services. An appointment was made, Bob came, torn it apart and replaced the old part with a new one, tested it and it ran like new. Gave me some tips and left. Talk about a master technician. Bob is just that, a Master Technician and I highly recommend him to everyone. Have a great day Bob.
