Rob has been out to our house in Battle Ground a couple of times, he has repaired our dishwasher and oven. Both times he accurately diagnosed and repaired the issues the first time, no back and forth or guessing at what was wrong. Always super friendly, and just all around the right kind of guy for coming into your home.

I just turned my oven on to cook dinner for the kids and was reminded of how grateful I am to have it back up and running!

Jake was great! He was available earlier than scheduled and messaged ahead to see if he could head this way, great communication and timely service. He was so quick to find the issue and had the replacement part with him. Start to finish, it was done within 30 mins! Highly recommend. I have American HomeShield so the total was just $125 service call

This is my second experience with 5 Star and again they came through.
Jake is kind and efficient.
They are up front with what is going on. Gives you options, and assists you to decide what’s best for your appliance. No pressure. The refrigerator has one more life thanks to Jake.
Hard working company that should be your first call.

Jake is always prompt and can fix anything! He’s come 3-5 times to fix random appliances and goes above and beyond. Even drove a few minutes away to get a part and came right back and fixed our dryer in minutes. The best!

George is absolutely fantastic - we have used him for years at multiple houses. He is incredibly knowledgeable and provides honest work - he never tries to sell us on things a repair doesn’t absolutely need. I wouldn’t call anyone else !

I was so happy with the service that I gave the business card to all my neighbors. What I liked and appreciated about with with Banceu’s- (1) timely responses to both calls and messages. (2) no pressure- just did an assessment, made a recommendation asked what I would like to do. (3) they had to order a part. They called me back and arranged the installation with no additional calls from me. (4) high level of expertise.

I was having a big problem with my LG fridge. it wasn’t cooling at all. Dimitry came by checked it out and said the compressor was shot. He fixed it next day and at a much better price than other companies offered. Now the fridge is back to working like a champ . Totally recommend him!

My Frigidaire washer stopped spinning. I called Fuse Appliance Service. Tech Dmitri came the same day and diagnosed that shock absorbers were blown. He brought them next day and fixed it. Great service!
