Very pleased with the work done by Emiliano M. He was respectful of our home, taking care of his shoes and where he placed his tools. He got right to work and was able to diagnose the issue with our oven pretty quickly! He did a thorough check, noting anything other things that might need fixing (ex. we didn't know we had a burnt bulb in the lower oven). He is truly invested and interested in appliances! You can tell by the way he talks and inspects things. We had no doubts in moving forward with the repairs after he diagnosed it. The oven was ready same day! Very happy with his work and trust him with our appliance repair needs.

Gilbert came out to replace my garbage disposal under warranty. He was fast and polite and professional. Great job. Highly recommend

We called yesterday to schedule a repairman to diagnose our built-In microwave. They were out the very next morning. Gilbert was knowledgeable, professional and very good at his job. He was familiar with the issues and diagnosed and repaired it in about an hour. Couldn't be more pleased with the service and the tech.

Gilbert from Mr. Appliance was fantastic! He showed up on time, was friendly, professional, quickly diagnosed and fixed the hot water pump on our dishwasher. He took the time to explain what was going on, and made sure everything was working before he left. He was also tidy and showed care for our floor and cabinets.

It’s such a relief to have great service from someone who clearly knows their stuff and genuinely cares about doing the job right. This guy told me to bring my Samsung oven by his place between 8-11am. Show up at the address which is an apartment. Called and texted him with no response. Terrible way to run a business. I ended up brining the unit to the appliance hospital. I would recommend them if you need a repair, or to drop off an appliance. They are professional and have a real establishment.

One star as I cannot leave a zero-star review. "Honest" came out while I was at work and my wife was at home to accommodate the repair of our dishwasher. Some $375 later, which nearly exceeds the unit price, the unit was not fixed. They attempted to charge me for a part they installed but they could not provide the part number, when asked what the rate was for labor they said "it is variable based on tech experience." Once cornered with having to provide labor rates and part numbers they called the tech and told him to leave the house immediately. I have the feeling they tried to take advantage of my wife and ran once they were asked to actually itemize the job. Hire at your own risk and get everything up front. This is a shady outfit.

Fast, friendly service! Tech showed up on time, ran a diagnostic, and repaired my dryer. It was up and running in less than an hour! Highly, highly recommend these guys! If you want quality work done fast!

They were very nice. It took a couple days to get the part (not their fault, they did try to match something they had on hand but my dishwasher didn't like it) but all in all it took less than 2hrs to get my dishwasher up and running again! Pricing was quite fair. I'll definitely use them again in the future.

After performing work on our oven a new issue occurred. There were some follow up communication issues but they made up for it and fixed the problem and gave a partial refund

I had an issue with my refrigerator not cooling properly, and these guys came to the rescue! The technician arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had all the necessary parts with him. He fixed everything within an hour and made sure the fridge was running perfectly before leaving. Professional, honest, and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend for any appliance repair needs!

Not very honest. Was contracted by the management company to fix the dishwasher in my rental after telling the owner it would be cheaper to fix rather than replace.

Took 5 trips to fix and broke the faceplate in the process. Ordered the wrong part twice and then just rammed the wrong part in and left without saying anything. Said they would come back to fix it but told the management company they were done.

Refuse to order the right part and told me to just complain to management company. Not very honest and are lying to both sides. Call someone else. Photo is the condition I have to now use my dishwasher. The wrong faceplate they left doesn't even have all the buttons labeled. I just hover the plate over the buttons to see what I'm doing. This is their "honest" version of "fixed".

We just purchased a new house and the dishwasher and one of the ovens was not working so we called 5 Star. Jake from 5 Star was awesome! Showed up on time, was very quick, professional, knowledgeable. They asked what the issues where and for Make Model and S/N’s before hand so he could come prepared with parts. He fixed our Oven and Dishwasher in one visit in about two hours, Jake also shared many great maintenance tips with us. Cost for parts and labor was less than 1/2 of the dishwasher to fix both appliances. They may not be the cheapest in town, but you definitely get what you pay for with 5 Star!!!
