We had a problem with the water line to our ice maker and we didn't have the equipment to move the refrigerator without scratching the floor. The Tekniton technician, Blake, brought the air-cushion equipment, fixed the problem, checked the other operation of the refrigerator, and was friendly and personable.

Well, they came out and serviced my Midea AC Unit, initiated by Midea for a recall, and then they broke it. They snipped the freon line and now my ac doesn't work. They said, "Call Midea and they'll replace it" but they won't because that is why they contracted with this company. They left without another word except, "sorry".

Any faults I have are more specifically towards Samsung.. Bought Samsung appliances November of 2025, a fridge/freezer and their washer dryer all in one.

The laundry machine's rubber seal for the door broke during a cycle which could've been our fault but the fridge stopped working only after less than a month of use from January 2026 - February 2026. The machines are under warranty so we didn't have to pay. The laundry machine was fixed with no fuss. Noah determined that the fridge might've been a manufacturing error so it had problems from the get-go. Noah was able to get it working after getting the replacement parts. Will update this if there any problems with it in the near future.

They came out for a Warranty repair on my Samsung appliance and they were incredible! I waited less than 24 hours for the service and he had it right in just an hour or so. I'm extremely pleased and will be using them for any appliance repair I ever need!! Great customer service!

Dishwasher broke 12-13-2024. With holidays and work the only day we could get someone to look at the dishwasher was today 1-2-2025. Jonel came evaluated the issue and educated my husband. It was a lot less money than we expected.

Gary was fantastic. Found the problem and repaired my refrigerator quickly.

Our tech did a nice job but his work was overshadowed by ineffective communications with the local dispatch team in the Portland-Vancouver area! The only way to communicate with the dispatch team is to ask for a supervisor at the call center! It took over a month to get our washer repaired due to mid ordered part and no show by tech because of over scheduling!

The repair person who came to work on our three year old Kenmore washer was prompt, friendly, and efficient. He had the problem with the washer sussed out quickly and fixed it quickly as well with no parts needed and just a rinse of some clogged water plugs. I'm very happy with the service provided.

The technician was very nice. Declared the issue with my dishwasher solved but three days later the same issue returned.
