I had Benjamin came and helped me with my Samsung fridge freezer’s problem of not being cold enough. He explained and ordered and replaced all the parts for me. Good service.

This company was contracted by Samsung to fix my brand new washing machine that leaks water on the floor. They have come out three times since July and the washing machine is still not repaired. Their technicians have admitted to me that they are still not 100% sure what the issue is. However, they keep telling Samsung that they are able to repair this washing machine if they get just one more part. The consequence is that I have been without a washing machine for more than a month. Would not recommend.

Steven v. worked on my 55day brand new Frigidaire & got it working right Seems like the maker has no quality control. Thanks
