Steve was polite. He had knowledge of the cooktop. He diagnosed the problem within minutes as if he already knew the reason for the problem. The nicest technician.
    Thanks Steve

For the second time Steve B. came to the rescue. We have a working washing machine again. Steve was on time and the repair work was inexpensive. I highly recommend them. We will purchase our appliances from them when needed.

What a breath of fresh air Kyle of Appliance Clinic was!! He was professional, kind, patient, and incredibly competent. So competent that while working on our squeaky dryer, he received 2 calls from other technicians for his guidance. He also is the only technician who can work on German appliances like Bosch. He went above and beyond by replacing a belt that was near dead. If he is a reflection of how Appliance Clinic conducts business (which he is), then Appliance Clinic is our new go-to for appliances. When any of them go out, we will purchase from them! We felt so relieved and reassured of our choice of Appliance Clinic, now and for the future! Thank you Kyle and Appliance Clinic!

    😲 WOW
First everyone was nice. I came in for a drive belt for my washer. It was $21 dollars I was like okay and they told me being a genuine GE part it's that much. GEs website it's $11. I was willing to pay it because I need it today but then I asked if I can return it and they said it's a 20% restocking fee. Really! What? It's literally tiny and in a plastic bag. You walk over and put it on the hook and walk away.
Then they charged an older gentleman $11 for appliance light bulb. That you can go anywhere to get for four.

    Edit
    Responding to the owner..
That's why I was going to pay $20 dollars so I can have it they same day. On the GE site it's $11 plus shipping so $20.
What got me I wasn't allowed to return it without a 20%r restocking. It was a washer drive belt.So you're telling me I pay you to put back on a tiny hook. For goodness sakes I can go and do it for you for free!
Then the older gentleman was told he couldn't return it if it's the wrong. That was $11.

COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

better off researching and repairing yourself.

The technician spent less than 5 minutes with the washer, said he had seen this issue before, and confidently claimed it wasn’t worth repairing. He mentioned that parts were on backorder and just the parts alone would cost around $900.

For a $130 service call, I expected a thorough inspection—at the very least, taking the washer apart to confirm the issue rather than just going off prior experience or assumptions. What really frustrated me was learning afterward that the parts he said were on backorder are actually very common and readily available, even if not OEM. I would have much preferred trying a repair, even with non-OEM parts, rather than being told it’s not worth or able to be repaired.

I ordered the parts and repaired it myself the day after. For less then $50 and half hour of my time. I do not recommend this company.

Canceled on the day of service after waiting for over two weeks for a repair. Rescheled a week later. Said if I canceled I would be charged $125 for the original visit.

Honest and helpful. Office staff was super helpful when we had questions about different features on the appliances for sale in the shop. Nice to work with knowledgeable people who offer personalized care. Highly recommend.

Had a very positive experience at first. Staff member, Virginia, was very helpful, knowledgeable, and spent time helping me make a decision. When purchasing, she asked for my address. It wasn't being delivered, so I asked why they needed my personal info. She said that it was policy, but she didn't know why. I asked if it was ok, buy a fridge without it, she said they needed it, but after I insisted, she said it should be fine. I came back to pick it up, but had just missed closing time. Another person (who said they were the manager) came to the door with Virginia and said that they were closed, and I couldn't pick up the fridge. But they took the time to insist that I give them an address & phone number. I offered them the chance to explain why they needed my personal info, but the manager only replied that it was policy, so I again declined, insisting that they didn't give me a good enough reason to need my personal info. I gave them an address & phone number, but then she insisted that I show them my ID. I declined. But they took my receipt/paperwork, and then spent 20 min canceling my order. Then I was instructed to come back tomorrow and pay for it again. I came back today, gave them the same credit card that they ran yesterday, but now insisted that I show ID or they wouldn't do the sale. So I left.

Again, it was such a pleasant, positive experience shopping here at first, but a manager (a person in a place of leadership) ruined the whole experience for me.

We felt so lucky to get Steve!
We had an older set that needed maintenance. We wanted to keep it as long as possible and Steve knew exactly what to do and had the parts in his van! We are delighted we have a resource now that is knowledgeable and that we like and trust!

Went there to get a dishwasher part one of the older ladies in the front of the parts place was very kind looking up the number the main lady with the longer hair, super unfriendly, horrible service completely rude that I came there looking for a part and I didn’t have a model number. If you’re gonna work with people, I’ll be a little kinder.
