Five stars for Appliance Hospital! I was convinced I’d need to replace my dryer, but the technician came out, quickly diagnosed the issue, and saved me from having to buy a new one. They were professional, honest, and took the time to explain what was going on in a way I could actually understand. No upsell, no pressure- just knowledgeable help and great service. I’m so glad I called Appliance Hospital. Highly recommend!

I have been waiting for Appliance hospital to finally make it to my house to do a repair and I’ve been rescheduled multiple times due to technicians calling out, or parts going missing, or whatever they say pops up. Meanwhile I’ve been months without a washer and every time I say fine let’s do next month, on the appointment day they cancel it. I would not recommend using this business if you’re trying to get repairs or things done in a timely manner. As of today, I’m STILL waiting after months of being without a washer

I only gave one star because 0 stars wasnt available, i have been without a washer for several weeks now and have repeatedly attemptedv to contact the appliance hospital to find out what is going on with my washingmachine repair and the additional parts i have called all 4 contact numbers listed for my area several times and am unable to speak with someone ! Very, Very poor customer service!

Stitch did a great job repairing our 25 year old Wolf range that needed to have the thermostat replaced. They initially thought the regulator needed to be replaced also and sourced that part too. On the repair day though he discovered that the oven took a long time to preheat which we didn't even realize was a problem (has worked that way since we moved into the house). Based on his assessment he said a different component that he had in his truck which was cheaper would do the trick. He was able to fix the range for less than the original estimate. I'm so glad our range works better now than it has for the last 8 years we've owned the house & that we didn't have to buy a new range! Thank you!!

Stitch and Barry quickly and professionally repaired our washing machine. They were very helpful and friendly!

A technician came out to look at our Maytag dryer that was no longer heating. He determined it would need a new thermo kit and heater. The quote to get repairs and labor was almost the same price as a new dryer we ended up purchasing from Cotco for $499, which seems ridiculous when a new heating element is only $30 on Amazon alone. I was most frustrated that we spent $119 to have it looked at and then the technician didn't even put it back together. The technician told my husband he would at least put cross bar back on for easy moving, which he never did. I called and left a message with company and never received a phone call back.

Every time I use my dryer I think good thoughts about this company. Came on day promised. Arrived at time arranged. Completed job within 20 minutes, start to finish. Did I get the day I wanted? No. Everyone's job is emergency.

Pandemic caused shortages of parts. I was lucky. The part I needed was available from the manufacturer. I was lucky, too, because I bought an extended warranty at time of purchase. The warranty people helped me locate a factory approved repair shop and then paid the bill.

I recommend doing that. Both times I've done this when purchasing a washer dryer combo. It's worked out great both times now. My repairs were always after the original warranty had expired. Worth it.

I had good service from "Doctor Jeff" and would recommend him or Appliance Hospital for your home repairs. Think Courteous, Clean and Efficient. That's what I wanted and that's what I got. Thanks for the service!

We have used this company before and they are always so friendly and get things fixed quickly! Steve was technician who came out to fix our dishwasher. He was able to get everything done in two visits, which were literally within 2 business days! He was so kind, nice and just overall a great person!
