He gave me a fair quote upfront for the heating element replacement. On the scheduled appointment day, Igor arrived right on time and got to work immediately. He was efficient yet meticulous, carefully disassembling the dryer to access and replace the faulty heating element. Within an hour, Igor had the new heating element installed, reassembled the dryer, and ran a test cycle to ensure everything was working perfectly before cleaning up the workspace.

Igor is an outstanding appliance service technician. He gave us good advice on our damaged worn out from overloading washing machine. He saved us from a dryer house fire from a plugged dryer vent and heavy load of lint debris inside the drier.

Igor was great, very knowledgeable and efficient, I called him at 5:00 pm with a broken dishwasher, thinking I might be able to make an appointment within a day or two, but he said he could be there at 6:30 pm, same day, and fixed it with new pump by 7:30. I am a very happy customer

I feel completely ripped off by Igor. He charged me almost $200 for a washer door gasket that cost just $60 online. That’s over three times the real price. This isn’t reasonable markup-it’s predatory! Either he thinks customers are clueless? Or he doesn’t care. I strongly advise others to stay away

I have used Igor for a few different appliance repairs in the past and he's been great. The most recent was today. My rental apartment had a washing machine issue. I called Igor yesterday and he was there today. He coordinated everything with my tenant, he was on time, he diagnosed the problem very promptly, he had the part in his stock, quoted me a fair price, and it was fixed within an hour. Igor was able to come out and look at my oven the day after I called him. It was overheating. He was on time and very thorough. After had looked at the oven he explained my options for fixing it and was able to give me an accurate quote. He had the part he needed in his vehicle so my oven was fixed in no time. Igor came to fix my washer and it only took him a few minutes to know what was wrong with it. He even ordered the part and picked up same day. Super impressive with how quickly I was able to get the dryer heating element replace. Set the appt on line, recieved message from technician quickly and he arrived next morning. Igor was nice, professional and gave me tips on how to prolong the life of my heating element as I have a kind of tough venting set up due to the foundation wall on my house so it can mess with the airflow. Will definitely use them again for any appliance repairs.
