Keep my Money, you need that more than me!!

We had a very disappointing experience with this dishwasher leasing company.

We signed a 3-year lease and used the machine for about 2 years before selling the restaurant. After the transfer, the company refused to return our deposit, which we believe is unfair.

During the lease period, the dishwasher often failed to reach proper water temperature. We contacted the company for service, but their technician insisted it was a water heater issue. However, all other faucets in the restaurant were producing very hot water, which suggests the problem was likely with the machine itself.

Overall, the service was unhelpful and the company did not take responsibility for resolving the issue. We would not recommend this company to other restaurant owners.

Horrible company. As businesses struggle with Covid 19 and lost sales these guys are thieves out to rip businesses off because of their greed.
I would not recommend this company to my enemies.

Watch out for the owner Brian they will tell you they service the dishwasher and when you need service they don't respond.The owner hung up on me twice.Brain the owner said we is the owner and he can do what he wants.Buy at you own risk.I am hiring a lawyer see you in court. Useless you take this non working dishwasher see you in court.Bought May 2018 NOT WORKING

Dish washer didn’t work well. Also when we gave it back during COVID they charged us full price and took us to collections. Please save yourself and use another company

Just like Dave, I wouldn't recommend them. I used them for four locations for 5+ years and when covid hit, they were the only vendor to send us to collections. Not one bit of understanding nor help.

Fast service and techintians ready to repair your equipment at fair Price ,counts with big inventory on quality Cleaning Suplies for your kitchen and all your business needs Degeraer ,pot n pan ,silverware soak ,glass cleaner,floor cleaning ,also if you want to fix it yoursel you will be able to find parts for most of the ADS or CMA low temp or high temp equipment. Special order parts may be available.

What a great company. One of the few left that doesn't take advantage of businesses. Awesome worker came out to rebuild our commercial dishwasher. Very polite, courteous and reasonable. Couldn't ask for a better experience. We will refer them to anyone.

Due to covid, the business closed & the owner filed Bankruptcy. Once CD learned of the owner bankruptcy they sent the account to collections. I'm listed as a member of the LLC with limited duties & zero financial gain.
Their collection company is taking me to court for the unpaid remaining contract.
I recieve only $1400 month in disability
Bad people, bad company

Please don't use this company, we went out of business with the loss of 14 jobs and all the heartache that comes with it. We only had a dishwasher from this company for 2 months, they picked up the machine in perfect working order and then sued us for the balance of the contract over $5,000.
Going out of business is hard! most vendors are understanding and will work with you, do yourself a favour and work with a more ethical company.

Due to Covid, our tap house lost 15 employees,
C & D were promptly informed they needed to pick up the machines.
Post covid, C&D was the only business that sent this business to collections.
Once they learned of Bankruptcy they filed collections against me.
Not as Owner or business, but because of the small font line item on a seperate credit application. C&D also charged for full contract amount for an additional 12 months and failed to give credit for Prepaid charges.
The state of Oregon allows protection for LLC members. The Credit application makes it legal for them to even go after any employee, member or owner even in cases of Bankruptcy
The JUDGE tried everything within the law to find a loophole. And offrecord stated how deceptive, the size and the placement of this non standard item on a separate sheet credit application . Accounts Receivable tried to get restitution in the amount around $4,600.
Judge got it down to $3,100 due to bad accounting practices by C&D
I'm on SSDI for $1400 month & now responsible for this debt.
Now I'll have to sell my car to keep my otherwise excellent credit
BEWARE; NO PROTECTION TO ANYONE OR ANY BUSINESS.

Seems even the best of customers, coming into the worst of times, by being shut down by covid, to personally pursue a disabled individual, who's not even making a livingable wage, will not be a consideration in these peoples humanity
