Very happy with the last experience with TNR. My fridge stopped working previously and was fixed about a month ago. Unfortunately, the refrigerator started doing the same thing again - buzzing, coding, and eventually ceasing to work altogether. I was so upset! This would be the second time I would lose everything in my (2 year old) fridge within months.
Austin at TNR came to the rescue. We were given a window of 11-2 and he showed up promptly at 11 (after calling to make sure we were available). He was able to correctly diagnose the problem and set expectations on when it could be fixed. The BEST part was he was able to get it running so I didn’t have to eat out of my cooler for the next few weeks.
The cherry on the cake was getting a call a few hours later letting me know he had a temporary fix to get my ice maker working again too (until the parts came in for the proper fix). He came back over THE SAME DAY and made my side-by-side a properly functioning appliance until the repairs can be made.
I could not be more impressed! You just don’t get service like that anymore!! -
We recently remodeled our kitchen and replaced all of our appliances with the Viking brand. The refrigerator didn’t close quite right and it seemed to be getting worse so I called Viking who put me in contact with TNR. They called to schedule an appointment that same day, which I was not expecting since the Viking folks said it would be in the next 48-72 hours.
Rory and his young apprentice showed up right on time. They quickly assessed the problem and fixed the door issue within a few minutes and asked if there was any other problems with the other new appliances. They stayed almost an hour showing me features and tricks on my new appliances that I hadn’t even thought to ask, including adjusting one of the elements on my gas range that I asked to have set a little lower. They were awesome! My black lab would like them to stop by weekly to give him more attention 😁
Thank you guys for your great customer service and willingness to go the extra mile (literally, since I live near Eugene OR and they came from Washington)
Will be happy to recommend you to family and friends! -
Jason, Dorian and, the owner, Tim, all did a fantastic job repairing my miele dishwasher. Very nice people who took the time to do it right and the final price was very reasonably. Great work guys!

If I could leave zero stars I would. I booked an appointment with this company 2 and half months ago and they never showed for the first month. Finally they come out and order the part that’s needed. Now they can’t have my part in for my oven until after the holidays. I have NOT been able to cook for my family for thanksgiving and now christmas…. Thanks a lot for the support on the phone as well you people are ridiculous. Update: I was honest and kind to the woman on the phone the owner makes it out to look like I treated the staff rudely when I did not. Also clearly stated who is listed under the property.

Anthony came to my house today on a service call for my refrigerator. I was extremely happy with the service he provided. He was very professional, answered all of my questions and explained everything that he did and what needed to be done with my appliance. I would definitely refer this company to anyone that asked and will be using them for any future appliance needs. I am also very grateful for Rikki's help when my warranty company was less than helpful on giving their approval for scheduling my appointment. Thank you TNR! Shannon

I can't speak to a positive experience with them. Several other reviewers mention being 'ghosted' or not having returned phone calls. Our experience was poor communication of the like. Not letting us know expectations for repairs, part ETA's, or that they have closed the ticket of maintenance/repair. Service tech was condescending around the appliance use which just left a bad experience worse. Thanks for your labor but no thank you for continued services.

TNR was great, start to finish. We have a built-in Dacor Fridge, which stopped cooling. We struggled to find servicers that could diagnose and repair the issue. Thankfully, TNR stepped in and saved the day! Kyle was able to diagnose the problem, and Tim and Rory were able to complete the repair.
In addition to actually repairing the the fridge, they also showed great integrity in the way they built out the bill and dealt with warranty issues. I certainly trust them and will call them again for any needed appliance repair. Plus, each one of the people we worked with were kind, respectful, and a pleasure to talk to! -
TNR = Turn N Run
If you are looking for help with a Warranty issue go elsewhere. Tech came out in Dec. Said they had to order parts. They ghosted us. Several calls, VM nothing. Finally got ahold of someone in Feb who blamed the manufacture that the part was not sent. Contact the manufacture who confirmed the part were shipped weeks ago. Even offered to overnight them again and said they would contact the TNR to see what was happening. Not sure of their conversation but my assumption is it didn't go as planned since the manufacture is now 100% handling my issue and has already provided a solution. -
TNR provides excellent service, their technician Jeremy’s work on our appliances has been top notch! We have a brand new appliance suite in our home and every thing but the dishwasher has needed some service in the few months we’ve had them☹️
TNR’s professionalism starts with the person that answers the phone, and carries through until your appliance is repaired. If you live in the Columbia Gorge, TNR Appliance is the repair service to call, Highly recommended! -
Not very satisfied! We had a tech come out. He said that there was a forum on our refrigerator that says the water hose for the water dispenser leaked because it was not the right size per the manufacturer. That being said they ordered a new hose and “replaced it” now it has only been about two months and the water dispenser is leaking again! Choose wisely and do research before buying new appliances!

My fridge was fixed. The only suggestion for improvement is communication piece.
I think it's a good idea to have text notification software, so that there is no issue with emails going to spam.
I asked to send emails to me rather than my husband. It wasn't sent to me.
I was told the repairman will come after 11am since I had an appointment 9-11 am and he called me at 9:10 that he is 10 min away. It was a lucky that my husband was able to come back otherwise it could've meant no repaired fridge for me that day. -
We purchased a home warranty for our new home. The range vent went out shortly after moving in and requested service. TNR came out to our home, inspected the vent and then explained the manufacturer no longer manufacturers replacement parts. After doing some easy on-line searching, we found the replacement part about 2 miles from our home. The warranty company only assigns repair claims to "authorized" repair businesses. Lack of knowledge and motivation to solve the problem was evident. If I would have none the certified technician was gong to come on sight and Googled the resoluiton, I would have saved myself several weeks and scheduling challenges. Not a good experience.

We are very happy with the repair completed on our Miele dishwasher. It's not easy finding appliance support for this brand and the technician at TNR was very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered the part, and came back to make the repair. The entire staff we worked with was professional and responsive. We highly recommend TNR Appliance LLC!

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Not sure where to begin, so I'll sum it up by saying we're pushing 4 months working with TNR on a warranty issue. Still not fixed. They sent a tech out twice, who knew NOTHING, and never called back when he said he would. The scheduling person wasn't happy that I told her how unreasonable the timing and service was, so she pushed me out another TWO WEEKS longer than the first date she offered. We finally moved on to another company. TNR was a HUGE WASTE OF OUR TIME!

Had a GE dishwasher that was acting finicky after only having it 3 years. Would randomly turn light up panel, and randomly decide not to work. Would turn off at panel, disconnect then reconnect wiring, turn back on at panel and everything would work fine.
Called GE and they scheduled an appointment through TNR. I was hoping GE would cover the costs as the dishwasher is like new. TNR tech came out, said he couldn't find anything wrong with the dishwasher, charged my wife $180 for I'm not really sure what.... Three weeks later and the dishwasher won't even turn on anymore. Can't recommend GE or TNR. -
I had a warranty claim on my Frigidaire stove due to a failed burner and was connected with TNR to have the service completed. There was a minor issue with the first repair that resulted in one of the owners personally coming in to handle the follow up repair. Amazing customer service, he allowed me to watch him complete the repair, explained to me everything he was doing, advised me on how to do repairs myself in the future if I wanted to and was overall just a great conversation. I rarely need appliance repair, but will recommend TNR up and down! 10 out of 10!

Outstanding experience with Rowan! Older GE washing machine wasn't draining and door kept getting jammed. Rowan was able to spot the fix, and walked me through the condition of the existing machine with the doors open. I would use TNR again in a pinch. Their scheduling team was quick to respond to our house call on the west side of Portland.

Jeremy came and fixed my dishwasher today. He was super friendly and helpful and went out of his way. Highly recommend. I’ll definitely use them again if I need services in the future.

I almost rated TNR 5 stars. Brenden came to repair our fridge and was extremely professional and walked me through all the work he was doing. He was very tidy and kept the whole workspace clean. I was very impressed.
Unfortunately after he left the freezer was running even warmer than it was before he came to fix it and now there was a loud rattling noise after the fridge stopped it cycle, which did not exist before.
If TNR had said when I called "Sorry, our bad, we'll be right there to address it", this would have been a 5 star review. Unfortunately their response was "The earliest we can be back is in 2 weeks, if that's not acceptable, you have to call your warranty company and ask for a different service company"
How is a 2 week wait acceptable to fix the fix? What would you rate this company at if you were in my position?
**Update**
The owner followed up and they are sending a tech today. Unbelievable service response! Its hard to find that kind of responsiveness today. Updating to 5 stars! Thanks so much Tim! -
The best appliance repair service I've ever had. Fixed the immediate problem and was so thorough that another issue was found and fixed. Scheduling also was easy with good follow-up.

Jeremy worked on both our clothes dryer & ice maker in our fridge. He went to work very expertly and had our confidence right off. He was very pleasant to talk to and was very informative as to what he was doing as he worked. When need arises again, we won’t hesitate to call TRN Appliance Repair.
Thank you Jeremy, Steve & Teresa
