From start to finish it was an enjoyable experience. Calling in to setup an appointment to the technician that came out. All were very professional.

Super happy with AMS Appliance Repair! They showed up on time, figured out the problem with my refrigerator fast, and had it fixed the same day. The tech was friendly and explained everything clearly. Prices were fair, and the service was solid. Definitely recommend if you need appliance help.

Hired them for dishwasher repair. They diagnosed clog, cleaned the pump, and now it drains properly. Upfront job pricing and no surprises. On time and efficient. Great value.

Mike was great and able to diagnose the problem and repair it. I was thrilled.

At first, we were happy with AMS-76 because they came out the day before Thanksgiving 2024 and fixed our oven. But less than a year later, the same part went out again. They said their work is only covered for two months, even though the repair cost $350 on a $600 oven. The technician wasn’t friendly and acted like writing a receipt was a hassle. Our appliance insurance only offered $160 for the part, and we’re still trying to deal with that. Very disappointed overall.

Repairman was obviously experienced. Tried very hard to find the parts needed to repair my gas stove but they are unavailable and there are no substitutes. Certainly not his fault. I appreciate everything he did and will certainly use AMS Services again if needed.

Very courteous and knowledgeable technician.
He explained everything well and showed me how to keep the dishwasher free of debris that could clog the drains.

They sent us a service repair guy that knew nothing about our commercial freezer.Didnt even get it fixed at all. Had to call someone else. Unbelievably bad experience!

Serj did a good job. Dryer is working today. But there is no connection to the heat to go outside as we can feel the heat behind the dryer.

Service tech came out the same day as called and diagnosed issue. Did not move forward with repair cost due to high cost to replace parts.

I do not recommend AMS. On appliance repair. Paid $400 for new ICE maker and contact them and they said there is no warranty. After they said $120 for diagnosing it and $218 for part. And I guarantee you it fixes everything. 2 weeks later there is no warranty. 0/10. Don’t hire this company on reciept it says 30 days on part and labor.

Samsung said u install wrong pieces that’s why it’s not working to full capacity. There is a gap and that’s why it’s leaking Samsung ticket is created.

We literally took “potluck” trying to find service for our refrigerator on the weekend. And we could not have been more pleased. From the first contact by the technician to the final result, we are totally satisfied. Our technician, Serg was competent, very professional in all ways, and completed the job quickly and efficiently. We will not hesitate to use AMS again if the need arises.

The technician who came out to my house had no clue what he was doing. He provided like three different diagnoses. He could not figure out the problem. I will not use you all again.

They were amazing!!! Work was great, & very neat he even tidy up my laundry room when he was done. Above & beyond professional & Courteous. You can’t beat their price either it was VERY REASONABLE & WORK WAS GUARANTEED!!!! I was happy they came same day I called & was here with parts to fix my washer exactly when he said he would be!!!! DEFINITELY GIVE THEM 5 ***** STARS

Norman was very nice and found the problem and went to work to fix it. I gave a 4 star because I need to wait for the ice maker to start to work again. Norman said by tonight or tomorrow morning it should be filled and ready to dispense ice once again.

Service was great. They kept us informed and always followed up. Technician always showed up when he said he would. Very friendly and knowledgeable!

Very quick response, and the needed part came in several days earlier than expected. The plumber came over and installed it right away. Very thorough and professional. I will recommend AMS to my friends.
