I’ve had the pleasure of working with Igor on two separate occasions now, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. About a year ago, he came out to fix my washer, which had not been draining properly. He was prompt, professional, and diagnosed the issue quickly. He had the right parts on hand and got everything up and running smoothly in no time.

Just yesterday, I called him again to address a problem with my dryer, which was making strange noises. As always, Igor arrived on time, thoroughly inspected the issue, and had it fixed in no time. He took the time to explain what was wrong and offered helpful maintenance tips to keep the dryer running smoothly.

His prices are fair, and I appreciate how transparent he is about costs and options. It’s rare to find a repairman who is not only skilled but also courteous, reliable, and honest. After these two great experiences, he’s officially my go-to guy for all appliance repairs, big or small. I trust him completely and will continue to call him whenever anything breaks down. I recently used Master Appliance Repair to fix my clothes dryer, and I couldn't be happier with the service. From the moment I sent a text message that my dryer was not heating,(it was a weekend) Igor, owner/lead tech, was quick to get in touch with me to schedule an appointment.
Igor arrived on time, was friendly, courteous, and clearly experienced. He diagnosed the issue quickly and explained the repair process in simple terms, including an upfront estimate with no hidden fees. The repair was completed efficiently, and my dryer has been working perfectly ever since.
What really stood out was the technician’s attention to detail and respect for my home—he wore shoe covers and cleaned up the area before leaving. The price was fair for the quality of service provided.

Igor was very fast in responding to my initial request and was here the next day. He quickly determined the issue and had to order a part to install. He exceeded my expectations and was back in just a couple of days to finalize the repair. Great service and highly recommended.

5 stars! Igor has fixed our dishwasher and our refrigerator. He responds promptly, and brings knowledge, skill, and professionalism to every job. He not only fixed the broken thermostat on our refrigerator, but left the appliance in better shape by covering some rust spots on the back and giving us some advice on preventing future issues. I hope we don't have any more appliance issues, but if we do, I will call Igor.

Igor was great to work with and saved me time and $ from other available repair options. He was communicative, offered flexibility in scheduling, and did a thorough job diagnosing and resolving the problem. Igor even helped with a separate issue I mentioned regarding the mounting of the dishwasher that was nagging us for a long time, and he came up with a workaround fix! I will definitely reach out to Igor again for any future appliance repair needs!

Igor answered immediately when I sent in a request for our dryer repair, arrived punctually for our allotted service appointment and stayed until 8 pm to finish the repair the same day. He also threw in an extra free repair by replacing the rotation device that was wearing down in the dryer.

Not to mention helping me locate for free the correct replacement drawer in our fridge that was cracked.

Igor worked on our Whirlpool refrigerator and quickly figured out why the water/ice maker suddenly stopped working. He was able to fix it right away. Very professional and we would call him again if needed any appliance fixed.

Igor assessed the problem with my dryer and spent time fixing it, installing new wires with the control board. He also an identified leak that he was able to fix during the same repair session. I appreciated his care and consideration of my time and needs. I would definitely hired him again!

Engaged these folks to fix a gas range that came with the home. Knob got stuck while it was on and I tried to “unstick” it. Called them on Wednesday and it was fixed by Friday. Super responsive and knowledgeable - gave us some helpful tips for maintaining the rest of our appliances as well. Would recommend and hire again!

Igor did a great job. He was super professional and courteous. He probably saved me a lot of money. Plus, I’d rather support a local business and repair a machine over making an unnecessary replacement. Plus, rumor has it that the newer machines may not be quite as robust. They have parts that are doomed to early failures like plastic gears in them.

We needed a repair on our gas cooktop starter for one burner. We previously had Igor repair the icemaker on our refrigerator, so we contacted him again. He has done an excellent job on both appliances. He is responsive, comes ASAP, and efficiently completes the repair. We highly recommend him and will use him again.

My GE Profile refrigerator stopped working. I called a business that prominently advertised 24 hour emergency service. It was a sham- in reality they could not come until 4 days later.
Luckily my next call was to Igor at Master Appliance Repair. He came out the same day I called him and quickly diagnosed the problem. The part had to be ordered but with expedited shipping we could get it the next day. Igor promised that he would come back when the part arrived. Even though it was after hours when most repairmen shutter for the day-Igor kept his promise and returned with the part to get my fridge operational again. Yay!
Along the way Igor gave me helpful operational tips and advice. This man is knowledgeable. Igor is truly a Superhero of appliance repair!
