Will came out and fixed our Dacor stove and our refrigerator. He was very professional and explained everything. I would recommend Appliance Hospital to my family and friends.

Warranty repair on new garage refrigerator/freezer. Dr. Steve explained everything, ordered all parts and returned to complete the repair. Great experience!

The technician fixed the oven heating element on my Whirlpool Range for $300, but now the control panel on the stove gives us an error message. Kinda felt like ensuring a repeat customer, but I'd rather buy a new stove than sink more $$$ into repairs 😕 Appliances should last at least 10 years. I'm only on 7!

Appliance Hospital repaired our Sub-Zero refrigerator in the past and did an excellent job so when our Wolf wall over stopped working we again called them and Doug diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts which are due in 2 days. They have the expertise for these appliances. It took some time for the part to come in but once it did they installed it immediately and it’s working well.

Appliance Hospital saved me from a major headache. After buying a new LG gas dryer and needing to convert it to propane, I called what felt like every HVAC, appliance repair, and gas company in Portland and none of them would touch it. Even LG’s own “authorized” providers wouldn’t do the conversion. I was starting to think I’d have to return the dryer or risk DIY.

Thankfully, Appliance Hospital came through. They were responsive, professional, and (most importantly) willing to take on the job. The technician, Stitch, was fantastic. He was friendly, efficient, and clearly knew what he was doing. This type of conversion isn’t just swapping a part. It requires taking the dryer apart, accessing the gas valve and burner, and putting it all back together without damaging anything.

If you’re dealing with a gas-to-propane conversion or any appliance job that others won’t touch, then I highly recommend calling them. Big thanks to Stitch and the Appliance Hospital team for getting it done right.

Doctor Joseph was friendly and did his best despite the parts no longer being available. He was able to get my oven door open so I could use all but the self clean...thank you Lana Federal Way

Appliance Hospital was able to promptly set me up with an appointment and the technician showed up in the time frame scheduled. He was able to repair my refrigerator during that same appointment, plus they guarantee their work for up to a year!

Stitch from Appliance Hospital was amazing, very friendly and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the issues with my Bosch oven and even made a special trip back the next day - Christmas Eve - to bring the part I needed so I could do my holiday baking!

Got an appointment to diagnose the issues with our DCS gas range. Ovens, broiler and griddle wouldn't light. Determined the igniters were not functioning. They ordered the igniters (5) and a clamp for the broiler igniter. A month later only the clamp was not available and they refused to make 2 service calls which I agreed to pay. One to repair the ovens and griddle. One to repair the broiler when the clamp is available so we sit here without any ovens. So much for customer service

Our technician Vash was fantastic. He's was not only professional and punctual – he could not have solved the problem any faster or better – but also a great communicator, very informative and educational, positive, pleasant, and reassuring about scenarios that Appliance Hospital can help with in the future. Thank you Vash!

A mom can never be without her washing machine. Steve did exceptional work fixing the issue with our washing machine so this mom could wash clothes. He was kind, knowledgeable, and did a great job. I highly recommend this company for appliance repairs.

Our washing machine was stuck locked and full of old water, and they did an amazing job coming to take care of it. Stitch did an awesome job diagnosing the problem, fixing it quick, and checking to make sure everything was working properly before he left so the problem wouldn’t start back up again immediately. He was a perfectly polite house guest and a knowledgeable repairman; I will absolutely be calling for him again.

They provided the worst P.R. I’ve experienced in quite awhile.
Our refrigerator started leaking water. First visit was to assess the issue-OK. Second visit he came out and “hopefully“ repaired the problem-mmm, but it did not. I had even tipped the guy!
I was scheduled for a follow up repair, so once again blocked my schedule for work. The day of the appt, they called & canceled. I then had to repeat canceling work- only to be called and again they canceled the day of. So far, 4 work days blocked and no repair finished. I was told there are about 40 techs that work there. I’d think another could have been sent.
Finally they made it out to repair. During the repair he broke a part & had to replace it the next day. Upon his pushing the fridge back, I heard a crunch, not sure what it was. For all the visits, he only called once in the beginning to let me know he was on his way. I questioned the no call, he said that days visit, he tried calling, but it went straight to vm. My phone shows no record of a missed call, much less a msg left.
Six blocked work days, two days of clearing the fridge out so he could work on it & not sure the issue is fixed. We luckily purchased an extended warranty, so didn’t have to pay.

    Great customer service.

Be nice when you talk to people on the phone. Most older women who answer the phone here act like they are doing this service for free. You are literally being paid by the customers. The least you could do is be polite and show some curtsey.
