I will not recommend this place.we had a very bad experience few months back.I left a review earlier.i think they deleted that account and created this new profile.The office person(I don't remember her name) is really rude.Service is bad.They make you pay and after that everything is your fault.They don't do anything wrong because they are doing this since 1955😆😆😆

Kyle showed up to fix our dryer, the button had stopped working. The part for the dryer had been discontinued, but Kyle found a way to fix it, and even recovered a lost Hot Wheel we didn’t know was in there.

Purchased a new Whirlpool electric range here. Also purchased a Speed Queen laundry set a number of years ago. Always nice to deal with them and their install service and haul away were excellent! (Thank you Miguel!) We like supporting local businesses too.

We have used this company a few times in the past with ok results. Today after 5 phone calls to schedule an appointment, I simply asked do you want our business? We've called 5 times today. The owner got confrontational and said I was not the only customer on the planet. I told her they were not the only business on the planet. I strongly DO NOT recommend THE APPLIANCE CLINIC for any of your appliance repairs.

We have had Appliance Clinic repair our oven in the past. They always do a great job. We just purchased a new oven from them. Their service personnel are very knowledgeable and friendly. I will always have them repair our appliances.

I bought a used set of speed queens and about 6 months later the dryer stopped drying. I narrowed it down to the heating element so removed it and took it to appliance clinic to get a replacement. As always they were very friendly and helpful, intact informed me that speed queen has a transferable warranty. They ran my serial number and found out the unit was still covered under factory warranty for another 486 days!!! So they came to my house and repaired my dryer for free. The technician that came was very friendly and went the extra mile and adjusted the belt as well. Thanks very much for always being my go to DIY superstore!!

I waited a week for them to get back to me about what time of day they could actually show up, and then they blew it. I told them in the original call that I had one other appointment on the next day they had open to show up. This was the one day I had off that week and I needed to see a dentist. I told them NOT to schedule me for that one hour.

That is EXACTLY what they did, as if they never heard my request. After I asked them to reschedule, they had to call me back with another option, which was 5 days later on a day that I was working. And then they had the audacity to tell me they would charge my CC $25 for cancelling the appointment.

This review is costing me $25. Please take your business elsewhere. Anywhere. Make my $25 sacrifice worth more than that to them in lost business.

I purchased a refrigerator freezer and a microwave hood vent from Appliance Clinic. My service and experience purchasing the two items was stress free (no pressure) and the prices were good, as each item was on sale. I was helped by Acacia in the store and she has been wonderful throughout the entire process. The appliances were delivered by Miguel and Joel and they were on time, very professional and very careful moving the refrigerators in and out. They were also very careful not to make a mess. The entire experience with Appliance Clinic was exceptional in every way! I appreciate all of their efforts!! I highly recommend them and will definitely buy from them again! Five stars for sure!

Noah was incredibly helpful. He arrived at my home promptly, was highly professional, and did an excellent job repairing my TV. He even went above and beyond by helping me replace the light bulb in my refrigerator. I really appreciate his expertise and attention to detail. I will definitely reach out to him again next time.
