I had a large tree in my backyard that needed to be limbed and NW Reliable Home Services did a great job! Their team made fast work of cutting up the limbs of this tree, cleaned up the mess perfectly and were wonderful to deal with. I highly recommend them.

I had a large window that had exterior trim wood rot that I'd been attempting to get repaired for some time.
The process with Northwest Reliable Home Services was so easy. I simply sent several photos by text of the window to show the size of the window and the rotting section that needed repair; that same day I had a very reasonable bid and was scheduling my repair.

On the day of service they arrived early, spoke with me about the work that was going to be done, and then immediately got to work.

I'm extremely happy with the ease of the bid , fair pricing, the time it took to complete the job, the excellent customer service throughout the entire process and the care they took while on the property. The final product looks amazing!

As a side note, when they completed the job I showed Vito another project I had that needed attention, which was a section of my fencing that was bowed. He gave me a very fair price and was kind enough to complete that extra job on the spot without having to schedule.
I'm putting this company on speed dial 😁 as I will definitely be using them again!

This is my first house, which is a bit overwhelming, but Vitaliy and his team did a wonderful job of not only cleaning the gutters, but identifying the potential issues of the gutter/draining system and answered my questions and offered ideas about the trees trimming and fence/concrete improving as NW Reliable Home Services is a very versatile company that can take care of multiple home improving projects. They also brought to my attention (and fixed it) that the nails on top of my roof needed caulking to avoid water leaks, which was overlooked by the roof replacement workers two years ago. They’ll definitely be my go-to companies in the future.

Vito came out to bid the job and, once hired, did an excellent job of fixing our gate. He came out on what was one of the coldest days of the year to do the work. He’s a great communicator so I never had to wonder what he was doing. He complted the project in great time and took the old boards to dispose of them. All I had to do was pay him! I will keep his card and call him first when the next repair comes up.

Vitaliy and his team did a very nice job installing a new fence around my house, and the price was right! He understood exactly my requirements and was very pleasant in our conversation. I will hire him for more future jobs and projects at my house. Totally recommended!!!

I talked to many other contractors & Vito was the only 1 that took the stress & worry away after talking. I am out of town & after meeting for the first time I knew I could leave & the project was in capable hands. Did I mention they also worked within my very tight budget. However they didn’t cut corners on quality, which I appreciated.

I called Vitaliy to see if he did pressure washing. He was out shortly after I called him with estimate & went over everything I requested to be done.
Next day they came back & worked all day. The were back next day to finish the job. It looks so nice now. I am so pleased with Vitaliy & his crew they are so pleasant & they do what they said they would.
