I am a real estate agent in Vancouver & Portland and my sellers hired Anthony to fix up and remodel their house before putting it on the market. Anthony and his crew did a wide range of projects including repairing exterior trim & siding, installing a new kitchen sink & microwave, installing new bathroom & laundry room flooring, installing new light fixtures, replacing bathroom faucets and the hardware for the cabinets & doors. Anthony showed up on time every day with a smile on his face and a great attitude. He was efficient, hard working and stayed true to his estimate. Anthony can do almost anything in the world of construction. The sellers were very happy with his work and the house sold for a great price within 2 weeks. That's why Anthony and Clear Cedar Construction is my first choice for a general contractor in the area. Why would you use anyone else? 5 stars!!

Long story short, I needed a commercially built baby gate to pass an inspection so I could open the doors of my business. I called these guys on a Monday (based on a Facebook recommendation), they finished the job on a Wednesday, passed the inspection on a Thursday so I could open my doors the following Monday. I was so impressed with the fact that they were available on such short notice, but also with their clear and quick communication, and with how friendly their guys were. I will be telling everyone about Clear Cedar. I was incredibly impressed! Thanks, guys!

Clear Cedar Construction LLC is the first Contractor we've ever used. I don't know how we were able to avoid the nightmares that some experience when trying to find a General Contractor.
All I can say is it was the best experience we could have hoped for, and we are hopeful to get on his upcoming schedule for another job we want them to do.

I hired Anthony to replace my kitchen backsplash and tile my fireplace surround. Anthony was fantastic to work with. He always stayed in communication with me and was very transparent and professional through the entire process. His crew, Michael and Aldo, were also wonderful to work with. I had an intricate herringbone pattern done on my fireplace and they did an amazing job. They always cleaned everything up at the end of each day and were friendly and trustworthy. Their craftsmanship is top notch and the finished projects are absolutely beautiful. I will continue to use them and highly recommend

Much overdue review, work was done in April 2025. Gutted a large utility room, and turned it into a comfortable living room. Washer/ dryer connections were moved, flooring laid, and they discovered a small exterior wall leak along the way which required some siding work. Anthony has fantastic communication skills and he lays out any insights that could be beneficial. I received a great breakdown of the work to be completed prior to starting. I felt that he and his crews work was done well and with care. Almost a year later, I have no issues with any of the work that was done. Would 100% use again.

Thanks to Anthony and his incredible team at Clear Cedar Construction, I can’t say enough good things about the stunning transformation of our guest bathroom! Before the renovation, the space was outdated and dreary, with a shower door that barely functioned, a dark vanity, and a mirror that felt like it belonged in an institution. When we enlisted Anthony for phase 2 of the renovation, I envisioned a bright space featuring sleek floating cabinets, backlit mirrors, and beautiful herringbone-patterned tile that would complement our kitchen and fireplace design. Not only did Anthony execute this vision with exceptional skill, but he also honored our budget throughout the process. His team's communication was top-notch, always keeping me informed about any changes, and he went above and beyond regarding my concerns about mold remediation. Plus, they were accommodating with our dog, Odi, which was an unexpected bonus! (Odi was the project manager) I absolutely love our guest bathroom, and I’m grateful Anthony’s team was there to guide us every step of the way. AMAZING...Mario Bustemonte of Service Group Construction did a fantastic job remodeling out home. Both bathrooms, the kitchen, carpet & flooring, doors & windows, all done beautifully. They worked to make sure I got what I wanted and also assisted me with some design. I highly recommend SGC to everyone, you won't be disappointed!

SGC tore off and replaced the roof on our home. They were very professional and easy to work with. They kept the mess to a minimum and did a good job of cleaning up afterwards. The new roof looks great and we like the gutter covers they installed also.
This company did the roof on my mother's home and her neighbor's house. Everyone is happy about the job SGC did for them. I plan to use them again on the rental home we own.

This company was contacted to install siding and paint our house. Jared was excellent to work with in negotiating costs and planning the work. Ken was amazing at actual siding work. A real workhorse and very reliable. All work was completed to our stisfaction and at the cost agreed upon. House looks great. We would recommend this company based on our experience.

Service Group has given my twelve year old wood stove/fireplace a major facelift changing from a dark and unattractive slate tile to an updated look with natural travertine stone. The result was amazingly beautiful and it changed my family room from the dreary 90s look to something bright and inviting. One important note is that the head of the company was so easy to work with. He took the time to personally inspect the work product to ensure the top quality. It is delightful and rare to see someone who would take such a pride in the work he does. Nice work!!

We hired RGC to put a new roof on our house and shop. From start to finish they were fair and honest and we are very pleased with the results. I initially contacted the owner, Mario, and I felt that he gave us a good deal price wise. We dealt primarily with roofing specialist, Jared, to actually finalize all the details of the job and he was great to work with. He gave me his cell number to call with any questions or concerns during the job and was always timely in getting back to me. Julio and his crew were great doing the job. They were conscientious and very hard working and did a great job! It took five days plus part of a sixth to put up over 60 squares and they did a nice job of cleaning up at the end. RGC was even highly recommended by ABC Roofing Supply where RGC gets their materials. Overall I am very satisfied with the whole experience and would highly recommend RGC to anyone needing a new roof.

Mario really listened to all my ideas, and patiently look at all the pins I had collected from Pinterest; he helped me shape the design and the look I was going after. My living/dining/kitchen space is now open and bright and I love it! He also did everything in a timely manner and at a very good price. I’ll definitely call him again when I’m ready for the bathrooms renovations.

We purchased a 1930s Craftsman Style Home In 2014. My wife’s original thoughts were...”things will be great once we bulldoze the house and rebuild”! That said, we took counsel with Mario of SGC and we launched a major remodel. There was not one surface that remained untouched...floors, walls, ceilings and exterior paint. Structurally we added a upstairs bath, gutted and rebuilt a modern kitchen and an existing bath. The results were remarkable. The planning office in Washougal told me it was one of the top five remodels ever in the city. I recommend SGC to anyone considering such an insane project...smiling. Great leadership....good natured, professional and bursting with Integrity!

Mario and his crew were very professional. We needed to install a wheelchair accessible shower in our home and we were on a time crunch. Mario came in under the other bids that we had gotten and finished ahead of schedule. Very professional and he included us in all the decisions that were to be made. I wish we had more projects at this time but when we do we will definitely call Mario again

just recently had Service Group completed a complete gut and replacement of my jack and jill bathroom, transforming from a cheap plastic apartment like look to a custom travertine/glass tile with frameless shower door finish. The result was simply a stunningly beautiful work product. Throughout the process, Mario and his team has done an outstanding job in keeping us apprised of the progress as the project moved from planning to demolition to installation to finishing touch. They are professional, customer focused, flexible and most important of all, very fair in the pricing and terms. I appreciated their work and for sure would consider them for my future projects.
