Vitaliy and his team went the extra mile in absolutely everything that they did. I needed help moving certain furniture from one place to another, they came very quickly, moved very efficiently, and were extremely careful with all of my belonging. High level of professionalism while at the same time being very careful and intentional. Will most definitely be using their services again!

Vitaly and his company are fantastic. Very straightforward to work with, friendly, good communication, and excellent quality work. We’ve had them do a few landscaping projects, including trimming a massive oak tree that was hanging over my and my neighbors house, taking down a problematic Douglas fir and Alder, along with a few other things. Each time he comes out, makes sure he clearly understands our needs, and provides fair quotes. This last time we were doing a lot so he even threw in a couple of the smaller things in at no cost, which I appreciated. They show up on time, are efficient and respectful of the property, and transparent. He even noted if anything went slightly amiss and doesn’t try to cover anything up. Before they leave they make sure everything is tidy and that Inal happy with the job done.

In December 2024, we called NW Reliable Home Services to perform standard maintenance on our ten-year-old roof. The roof was in good condition, and we wanted to make sure that there were no issues that could result in more significant costs later. After getting bids from four different companies, NW Reliable presented a bid comparable to and price competitive with the others. What impressed us most was how comprehensive their service was. Things like nails missing on flashing and shingles were replaced without charge. They made sure the job was done right. They also pointed out issues with fascia boards and future needs. They earned our business and will be among the first people we call for future jobs.

Vito and his team were great! They expertly removed two large trees from our property with precision and care. When we struggled to move one of the large sections, Vito returned to cut it into manageable pieces, ensuring we could handle it easily. Explained everything great up front and offered the best price. Even including removing the old fence that had fallen down. Reliable indeed! Excellent, excellent company to work with! I’m an Estate Manager and work with service providers on a regular basis. I needed a company to help remove Trees that had grown too big for their space. I spoke with the owner about taking half of them out, removing dead ones, and trimming the lot of them of them that remained. He worked us in quickly, communicated with us instantly, providing options and professional input. They were punctual, professional, friendly and did exactly what they came to do, leaving no trace behind! We are so happy with the result. Highly, highly recommend. We’ll be calling it hem again for our next project!

I wanted to remove a hedge from the back of my property and replace it with a fence, my neighbor referred me and I was not disappointed. Vito came out listened to what it was I wanted, answered all of my questions and explained to me the different options I had in achieving what is was I was looking to accomplish in my backyard. When I was ready they were able to work with my schedule and did a fantastic job. I was unable to be home on the first day of work where they removed & chipped a large hedge and also removed 10+ stumps but when I arrived home my driveway, patio and backyard were completely clear of any debris and the only sign of anyone being there was the missing hedge. I would recommend this company again and again. The time they take to explain what they are doing & answer all questions, their professionalism and respect of your property & time and the ease at which they communicate making it feel like a trusted friend, give them a chance and I have 100% faith you will be happy with the results!

Vito and his associate did an excellent job fixing my rotting deck beam that supported my deck and a water damaged floor board. Needed porch steps fixed so they were ergonomic. Painted porch beautifully with textured (sand) deck paint. The color we chose, (with Vito's suggestion) was Chocolate brown. I love how it looks, no slipping down the steps in winter. I needed a gate secured for puppy escapes. He went above an beyond to figure out a solution. I appreciate his quality of work and friendly attitude. I will be having him do more repairs, and roof cleaned. I highly recommend. You won't be disappointed.

They cut down a 100 ft huge tree, trimmed limbs on 5 trees and put up a beautiful fence, nice and sturdy! Very hard workers! Cleaned up everything and the backyard looks great. Would definitely use them again for other work!

Excellent design, implementation and followup skills. They worked with us on designing and then building a beautiful cedar fence at a good price. We also had them remove a very tall (but dead) birch tree, trim some other trees, and also grind out about 20 stumps around the property. The owner Vito stays personally involved in each step of the process and provided us ideas and suggestions as they worked. He kept us fully informed of progress and followed up after each milestone. Good price, good people, and just a heck of a nice guy! We will be having him back in the spring for landscaping and a new patio. Thanks Vito!
