Legacy Plumbing & Excavation did excellent work. Matt was honest, reliable, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. The job was done on time, the pricing was straightforward, and the quality of the work exceeded expectations. I highly recommend them for any excavation or plumbing needs.

James, a licensed plumber, was professional, knowledgeable, efficient in his plumbing work. He was friendly, patient answering all questions. He took care in removing my old sink not damaging my tile counter top and installed a new sink, garbage disposal and faucet along with a change in plumbing as I went from a 2 basin sink to one. There was a very small leak that later presented at the p-trap after the service and Legacy was prompt in re-sending James out to take care of the problem the next day. There was a mistake initially in sending out the right person with the needed skill set/license which they corrected. Things don’t always go right, but I think that Legacy’s prompt response to correct problems is a reflection of integrity and what you look for in a company.

Have an old house and had a drain pipe that rusted out and needed immediate replacement. Spoke to Nick who was awesome and he got me scheduled for a free estimate for their first appointment in the morning. James is the tech who came and he walked me through all the steps needed to repair correctly. The estimate was good and he was able to do the work immediately on the spot. We couldn’t be happier and relieved that our problem was fixed and shouldn’t be an issue anymore. James was a true professional and was a terrific experience with Legacy Plumbing. Would highly recommend and will be using again in the future.

Water heater went down late last night, called them. They had somebody here the very next day before I even got out of bed. The tech was quick to diagnose what was going on. They utilized the manufactures warranty to save me cost. (I’ve had companies not do that so I would buy their parts increasing my cost significantly.) Had it shipped to their shop so they can immediately come out upon delivery. He was able to do a bypass so we had some hot water in the meantime. Honest, upfront pricing, which was completely reasonable. Excellent customer service. A local company with deep roots to the area, and it shows in the way they treat their customers and work product. Highly recommend.

This business was truly a blessing to work with. To the people that came out right away to give the estimates. To Ayden, who came to do the work. I was given 3 options, for me to choose from. They were very knowledgeable about what they were going to do. I was very happy with the over all experience. The were professional, polite, friendly. This business is number one in my book. What really impressed me was I was given the quote and that was exactly what I paid. Another thing is that they hire Veterans which is big with me. Don't know where to start this company is awesome they really did go above and beyond to do a great job, James and Adam did an outstanding job under the house and inside plus a real bonus is they really loved our dogs especially James. Inspection was 100% no problem. Also I can't forget the excavation crew of Deegan and Mikel they did an outstanding job with pretty crappy weather lots of rain mud also inspector was impressed with the job all in all I know this review doesn't say enough about this company and it's AWESOME employees James, Adam, Deegan, Mikel,Nick I've already referred them to friends and I will again. Whoops forgot to tell y'all this was a total repipe plus sewer line to the street GREAT COMPANY you won't be sorry

I'm the president of a 60 year old company who is dedicated to high-level customer service. My business depends solely on building relationships with our customers who support our products and services. I'm a firm believer when you receive incredible service, it needs to be acknowledged.
It is unfortunate, but i have experienced and many of my friends have experienced horrible service when it comes to finding a good contractor. Investing money, time, and resources toward something that doesn't get finished, or end up being what you expected can be devastating. I believe in a complete process from beginning to end and it all starts with understanding the expectation, communication, and an agreement.
AZ Homes blew me away right from the get go. I had some home repairs needed to be done. I met with the project manager and explained my situation. The communication from their side went way above and beyond anything I have experienced before with anyone!
They asked all the right questions, set up meetings and time to inspect the location, provide feedback, and give me plenty of options to repair everything needed in stages. When the crew was onsite, they were all extremely respectful! The team working on my home literally left zero mess! You couldn't even tell they had ever even been at my home it was so clean. Throughout the day the project manager called me keeping me updated on the crew, what they found, and what status the repair was in. It was the first time I have ever worked with a company who actually cared about what they were doing!
I'm going to be doing more repairs in the near future, I will only be utilizing AZ Homes to perform or help me through that process. They are the only team I trust moving forward for anything related to my home or business!
