Legacy Plumbing & Excavation (and specifically Ayden) are LIFESAVERS!! We had a faulty/leaking water inlet valve and the hot water was SPEWING from the wall for several minutes before we found the main shut off valve outside. In the course of getting quotes, we were AMAZED that Legacy Plumbing & Excavation offered a free quote (others were $99 or more). They responded incredibly quick to my email, and Ayden showed up within the two hour window, as promised. The amount was a bit more than I was hoping, but they were the most reasonable quote. Ayden did a great job: he removed the drywall, installed the new casing, cleaned up, and ensured everything was working. OH! And what really impressed me was he took the time to double check that the main water WAS off before beginning (it never hurts to make sure!!). I am very happy with the quality work and attention to detail! Thank y’all so much!! ❤️

I was very pleased with the service that Legacy Plumbing provided for me today! I had a leaky faucet connected to my washing machine. They came out the same day I called and fixed it for me.

I fear my review will not fully express how much we enjoyed and appreciated working with Legacy Pluming. The Team that included Ben, Richard, Nick, Andy, Eric, and Michael, were professional, courteous, accommodating, experienced, and committed to taking care of us during a difficult situation. All our pipes were copper and were or beginning to fail causing water damage in several parts of my home. The Legacy team arrive on time, let us know when they were on their way, cleaned up after themselves and successfully completed a complex repiping. The job was 100 percent approved by the permit official, all piping worked perfectly.

Thank you all for a perfect job! We are so pleased with the work outcome and would be happy to display your sign to share with our neighbors. Anyone needing plumbing service please check with these folks. They are the best!

Angie's List referral with fast return call, estimate same day, & repair next day, on time. Plumber + assistant were professional, friendly, & didn't leave a mess. Cost was fair.

Highly recommend Brian and the team. We needed a hot water heater installed. Not only were the prices fair but the plumber was kind enough to arrive early and complete the work before the agreed upon arrival time. Now for anyone that’s been without hot water for a few days this was a huge blessing. Highly recommend

I've never been more grateful for terrifying, detailed photos of the piping throughout a house as I was when I had these folks go through for our home inspection on a house we were going to purchase.
Dozens of photos and details of what was occurring as well as costs associated with what the fixes would be. Had we gone through with the purchase of that home I would have had them correct all these things as well. The prices for their quotes were extremely reasonable and lower than many other plumbing service providers.
They were also so great at keeping in touch and letting me know when the inspector was about to be over there. I'll absolutely be using them for the next home we (hopefully) are able to go through with purchasing. Trustworthy. Which is something you don't get to say too often when it comes to a topic I know little about. I didn't feel like they were trying to sell me up on anything. Just trustworthy people doing their job.

We had a great experience from start to finish. Everyone we dealt with was professional, knowledgeable and price was fair. They helped with an urgent sewer line repair situation pertaining to the sale of our house and made sure tight timelines were met. Highly recommend!

We used Legacy for a repiping of our home. They started the job the next day after we approved the estimate, and they finished within 3-5 days as promised.

We really liked the plumber (Christian) assigned to the project. He went above and beyond to make sure that everything was working correctly.

Jerry with Legacy Plumbing replaced my broken Instant Hot Water Heater for the whole house. He did the whole job in about 3 hours, and added some safety mechanisms that were lacking from the original installation by someone else.

James really tried to fix the drain in my tub. He spent several hours trying to find a solution and different drain kits, nothing worked. My tub is so old and funky, they just don’t make parts for it anymore.
The follow up call with Jay from the office was helpful and appreciated. I wasn’t charged for the service call or for any of the parts that James bought. Legacy is an honest professional company.
