Wow! VMR has a great team of hard working friendly professional people who know home construction and do it well.

They tackled every task I set out for the with a smile from removing tile and installing new quartz kitchen counter tops with a new sink to digging a long electrical conduit trench to rewire my garages. When they removed a wall panel they put it back good as new and they cleaned up after themselves at the end of a task.

I am confident that as general contractors VMR can handle whatever you toss at them! I am quite content with how they worked on the home improvement projects I wanted them to do. Mike and Vlad's communication was excellent (even when I changed my mind, more then twice, lol) and clear as to what when and how we get the tasks done, the place looks great.

My wife and I are thrilled with our remodeled shower. The project involved demolition; raising ceiling; new light, pan, and fixtures; niches, and decorative tile with epoxy grout throughout. While there were a few issues dealing with various subcontractors--primarily along the lines of cleanliness--the VMR team addressed each concern with understanding and effectiveness. VMR's pricing was fair and reasonable. Their communication with clients is superb. Having fully satisfied customers is clearly a high priority at VMR, and we heartily recommend them to others.

Mike and his team at VMR did an outstanding job with our remodel. They installed all new floors, refaced 3 fireplaces, did a custom wall in our primary bedroom, installed new kitchen countertops and more. As a Realtor, I’m often asked to recommend a contractor and I’ve referred VMR multiple times. We would definitely hire him again and I’ll continue to refer VMR to friends and clients.

The team at VMR are true professionals. I managed extensive updates for our family home in Portland, OR and was so glad to work with VMR, as they produced excellent work efficiently, on time, and within reasonable cost estimates. We were thrilled with our kitchen renovation - our new quartz countertops and kitchen appliances were installed beautifully. They expertly custom-made our stairs with the same engineered wood planks in our living room, dining room, and family room as stair noses from the manufacturer were not available. They also installed our high quality carpets beautifully and recommended a fantastic supplier. For any issue that came up, VMR quickly devised a creative solution and executed flawlessly. They are responsive, detail-oriented, reliable, respectful, and take pride in their work for good reason. I would reach out to them again in a heartbeat and give them my highest recommendation. From the initial consultation to the final walk-through, we could not have been more pleased with VMR. Mike and Vlad were an absolute pleasure to work with. Their estimate was very fair, their communication excellent, and Vlad was always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were beyond satisfied with our project. The team at VMR was so wonderful to work with. I’ve lived in my home 24 years but this was my first remodel project. I was nervous to get started and not quite sure what to expect but the VMR team held my hand the entire time to make the process smooth and deliver an amazing new bathroom.

I was hoping for a modern and feminine bathroom space and really needed to update the small stand-up shower. It was dark and tiny and never comfortable to use. The VMR team helped my vision come to life and then some! They were so kind, explained things in detail and if something I wanted couldn’t be done, they found an alternative or were compassionate in helping me understand any limitations.

The crew they invited into my home was so respectful and did impeccable work. It was hard to see my vision for the space fully but Vlad, Mike, Russ and all the team executed my ideas well beyond what I thought was possible.

We had two tile bathroom countertops replaced with quartz and new under mount sinks. From quote to install the whole process was complete in under 2 and half weeks. Workers were on time, professional and cleaned up the site back well.

I was skeptical about so many 5 star ratings for VMR but they truly delivered. It’s rare to work with a contractor you can whole heartedly recommend and I’m looking forward to recommending VMR to friends. No remodel is painless but this was close. The crew was well orchestrated with someone at my house working nearly every day, no delays. Mike and Vlad were easy to communicate with. The only change order was fair. As a woman I’ve had many experiences with contractors who talk down to me. There was zero of that. Communication was timely, informative, and respectful. I had a vision for what wanted and they delivered. I would not hesitate to hire this crew for my next remodel. They are truly talented at project management, their work is high quality, and they even worked with me on a few “old house” details that were important to me.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with VMR. After a car hit my garage, they stepped in and made the entire repair process much less stressful. They were easy to communicate with, clear about pricing and timelines, and very competitive with other bids. What really stood out was how comfortable and confident I felt working with them. They provided invoicing that worked smoothly with my insurance company and were also extremely patient while I waited on insurance payments. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to others.

We selected VMR as our contractor for our home office remodel. Working with them was very easy and enjoyable. The final vision was not clear so did not turn out exactly as wanted but the work they did was good. Good subcontractors

VMR was amazing. They walked us through the entire process to build a new ADU from concepts > design > construction > completion. Ours was not an addition, but an entirely separate structure. Any time we had questions, they promptly answered and helped us navigate making informed decisions. Every vendor they worked with was fabulous - ALL of them. Very considerate crews kept the site tidy and (unless using heavy machinery or hammers) were very quiet. We absolutely look forward to working with VMR again, and have already recommended them to multiple friends and family members. 10/10

We absolutely adore the work that these fellas did on our original to the home bathroom. They were fast, courteous, contracted with other professionals appropriately and were great to work with. It’s really nice to know we now have a full service crew to work with whenever our sweet old house needs something upgraded!

Just had my kitchen, living room and bathroom remodeled by VMR and I am happy to say that they did amazing work. We got quality work from a bunch of quality guys - could not recommend them more strongly. Seriously, give them a try. They do grea Work, keep to schedules, are cost competitive, and every single one of them is a great person. Will gladly hire them for work in the future.

Standout crew. Todd and his crew are all-stars when it comes to managing a project with a lot of details. Summit performed extensive general contracting services to our home - including foundation work, electrical, plumbing, fixing broken cantilevers. They work excellent with subcontractors and are extremely honest and trustworthy. They left the site better than they found out, and proved that genuine transparent companies still exist. I have never been more impressed by a company and their service! Thank you so much everyone at Summit.
