Professional, competent, and friendly service. Patrick and Jean were great in communicating, scheduling and getting the work done in a timely manner. I had a leak near my main valve and my waterline was out dated, they replaced it from the main to the house and fixed the leaks. Excavation and drilling was done in one day. Great service, affordable, and they support veterans. I highly recommend Legacy Plumbing.

This is a great company! They were prompt in responding to my inquiry and even communicated that they had an earlier appt time available. If you need bathroom remodeling, this is not a reliable place. It is a new company and do not have the infrastructure of contractors. James and Nolan replaced the bathtub / shower unit and walling around it. The new walling got a small chip from an electric screw driver while screwing the facet. We were promised the walling company will fix it for free. Sfter weeks of the end of project, there was no news from the company. At the meantime the work didn’t pass the inspection by the Countybevide walling and faucet were secure properly. The faucet literally was easily pulled away from the wall because there was no support structure behind the walling to secure the faucet. However, the response from Andy was swift。 James returned the next day ，opened the walling and added a wood support to secure the faucet。The second inspection was passed.The general responses from Brian were swift but actions fall short. We never received the copy of the signed contrsct, only invoice for deposit. The business process of this company was quite fluid and lack of transparency ,let alone professionalism. I will never do business with this company again.

We had a project to get done to complete the process for our home inspection and Ben came out the same day we called busted it out for us in a timely manner! Super grateful!

I had a problem with my toilet and called Legacy Plumbing and Excavation around 3:00 AM. I spoke with Brian. Brian set up a same day appointment and gave me some over the phone advice. I kept plunging and I got the drain cleared myself. I called Brian back to let Him know that I wouldn’t need His service. He was very nice and said “no problem”. It was such a pleasure talking to him at such an early time in the morning and getting such a personable voice and understanding person on the other end. They have My promise that if ever I need plumbing work, Legacy Plumbing and Excavation will be My FIRST CALL. Thank You Brian !!!

Michael Healey came to my house to give me an estimate on repairing a HansGrohe kitchen faucet. The estimate was very high ($700+) but I decided to go ahead. He explained to me exactly what was going on with the faucet. As we continued to talk about the problem it came to me that my problem was something I could live with for quite awhile. In the end I did not hire him but will when the issue worsens down the road. I could not have asked for more in his helpful discussion and demeanor.

Really appreciate the overall service from Legacy. We were able to avoid a large trench, and have our whole sewer line replaced with a combo of two trenches, and a boring technique/tool. The project had some surprises, and we had a tricky situation with our neighbor, but the team at Legacy was solutions oriented, and were able to propose a solution that made everyone happy in the end. Sometimes when things don't go perfectly, it highlights the values of a company even more.

I was amazed at the quick service I received from Legacy Plumbing. I had lost hot water and was expecting company at 11:am the next day…. Which happened to be today Saturday. What are the chances I can get service that quickly. Well I did with Bryan. He told me a repairman would be here at 8am in the morning and be finished by 11AM.That indeed is exactly what happened… but my story is even better. Nolan was the repairman who came and discovered that my heater could be reset and I didn’t need to purchase a new one. It was his kindness and honesty which struck me profoundly. I only had to pay the emergency service fee and was so relieved and grateful. I highly recommend Legacy and Plumbing and wish them the very best with their business of true caring for their customers.

Ben came out and was great! He was on time, a few minutes early actually which I appreciate. Got everything fixed up and cleaned out quick. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I will for sure use legacy again.

This terrible company destroyed my yard and driveway when they replaced a neighbor's sewer line that runs in an easement under my driveway. They did a terrible job patching the driveway, they destroyed several plants, and replaced my very nice soil with rocky back-fill. Their grading is so bad I now have several new puddles whenever if rains. They also failed to control the sediment as they were trenching and have clogged the drainage in my driveway. When contacted they refused to do anything. They came out took a look, and said yep that was us. They also buried my irrigation control boxes and destroyed my irrigation lines (and refuse to fix them). They also left trash on my property (used saw blades, beer cans, and ABS pipe cutoffs. Don't trust these guys to do the right thing because they have shown will not. See their photo of 'finished' work and notice the puddles and mud flowing down the driveway into my drains, clogging them.

Legacy Plumbing just completed a full Home re-pipe of Us. Really great work and reasonable pricing. From Owner to workers , they were all super knowledgeable and Friendly and answered my every question. They showed up everyday right at 8 AM. ready to work. Seth, the lead plumber on the project did an Amazing job and kept the project moving forward. can't recommend this company enough. They Hit it out of the park !

I had Legacy put in a hot water heater and a new garbage disposal. They were awesome to work with I would recommend them to all my friends
