A few months ago I hired Investment builders to remodel my bathroom and they did a great job, and their design team helped alot too.

Their technician Installed LVP in our kitchen and took great pride in his work and took the time to do it right.

This company was called out to paint lines on a parking lot at an apartment complex I was visiting. The worker was rude and cursed at residents while the property manager did nothing. How can any management company hire people who are so rude?
*when I went back to visit and the work that was done the week before had already started to fade 🤔

Worker came in and was extremely efficient and quick with fixing the sink and tub.

The whole team is wildly arrogant, constantly talking down about the companies who hire them, boasting "WE are professionals!" As if no one else can be. Yet they can't even identify a basketball size hole in the roof they assess, then after over a year of fighting about it, and providing undeniable proof of the hole, they took months to "repair" (it's still there and worse now), and they left dangerous, unsecured, tools all over the roof for weeks. We have been tacking diapers to our ceiling over our only toilet for a couple years now because of these "professionals" Make no mistake, they are professional CON-tractors.

Aidan, came in and did repairs properly and efficiently. What a great guy! He is good at what he does and likes his job too.

After a week of having no water pressure unable to take a shower or do dishes they were a welcome sight. They were professional and worked hard to get our pressure up and running again. They cleaned up afterwards sweeping, vacuuming and shaking out the the carpets. Thank you Adan

Work was finished in less then a week. Professional and efficient. Plumbing from upstairs repaired, wet drywall removed, ran the dehumidifier and fan for three days, installed new drywall, and finished and painted. Best of all, he cleaned it all up.
