I wasn’t going to give them a review at all but I’m so disappointed and pissed off they did a terrible job had me buy cedar for the post the then latter said I should’ve bought fur. That’s just the start I have photos I’m sending with this review, I had to pay another contractor a 1000 to fix all the stuff they didn’t do right on top of the 7000 I gave them I would not hire them to build a dog house!!!!!! The real kicker is the post they used to hold up yhe corner of the deck you can see there is nothing under it but some dirt they put in the hole I’m telling you people don’t hire them

Honestly this is probably the best experience I’ve ever had with a home service in my lifetime. They came and assessed my fence and deck and found it was rotting and gave me a great price to fix it. I had some issues with my HOA and they are helping me resolve the issue. I’m super happy with the work and overall experience and you will be too!!

Really have to extend my appreciation to NW reliable home services. As you can see in the photos, the support holding up our upper deck was rotting, and after multiple quotes from different providers, they were the first to express genuine concern for the risk this had on our family. Not only did they come out same day to take a look, but then they moved other jobs around to ensure that the beam was replaced before the deck could potentially collapse. Clearly, this is a company that leads with empathy, but also has a very keen eye for design. We love the new look and are very grateful for their services. I highly recommend!

I had a huge tree hanging over my roof in 98607 and needed expert help fast. These guys were amazing! From start to finish, their tree removal and trimming service was top-notch. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. It's hard to find this level of professionalism and care these days. Highly recommend to anyone in the 98607 area looking for dependable tree service!

We originally called Vito to get an estimate for adding a roof to our existing deck. As we discussed options, he suggested changing the layout of the deck, something we hadn’t considered. His ideas helped us see the possibilities and we love the open concept. We asked him to add a cement patio and walkway.
We got so much more than we expected!
Every person who worked in our yard was knowledgeable, respectful and friendly. Vito was just a phone call or text away, and kept us updated on progress and changes. He was upfront about cost and stayed within the estimate with minimal changes due to our choice of upgraded materials.
We appreciated his honesty and professionalism! Vito and his team were a pleasure to work with. We look forward to many years of enjoyment in our new outdoor space.

We hired NW Reliable Home Services to clean our siding and gutters, paint our trim/eaves and rebuild our back stairs. Vitaly(owner) kept us informed on when they would be here. Made sure they were clear on what we wanted.
As Sergiy pulled our old steps away from the house, he found dry rot. He showed us what was going on and explained the danger in not fixing it. We wanted it fixed for sure. As he fixed the dry rot and rebuild the steps, he showed us what went wrong before and how he was building them so that won't happen again. The steps he built are sturdy and have nice hand rails.
The siding, trim and eaves look amazing.
We have a few more projects to do at our house and we will book NW Reliable Home Services when we are ready. So thankful we found them.

We had Vito come out and give us a quote to demo and replace our cedar fence. He was punctual, personable, and knowledgeable, but to top it off, their pricing was extremely reasonable. His team arrived on time and ready to work. Their crew member, Andrew, lead his two man team with integrity and was a joy to work with. I can’t say enough good things about this young man’s work ethic! The quality of product and service we received from NW Reliable Home Services was top notch! These guys take pride in serving their customers and their clean up was impeccable. I will definitely hire them again.

We had an amazing experience with our recent outdoor repairs and upgrades! Vito and his team at NW Reliable Home Services handled a wide range of projects—replacing a falling-down fence with a beautiful new cedar one (which they also painted), widening and enhancing our deck with pressure-treated wood, building a cinder block wall for our flower bed, and adding pressure-treated wood to the back of it for a clean, polished look.

They also repaired and treated our roof, trimmed tall bushes we could not reach, fixed a broken water spigot, and Vito's worker, Andrew, safely and efficiently removed a rotted pergola. Every part of the job was done quickly, professionally, and with great attention to detail. They were prompt, reliable, and incredibly efficient, delivering high-quality work throughout. They always got the jobs done quickly and with good quality!

What also stood out, was how well they communicated with me as a Deaf person. They took the time to talk slowly, to listen, made great suggestions, and ensured I was fully informed and comfortable at every step. NW Reliable Home Services deliver friendly, respectful, and quality work within your budget. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for outdoor repairs or improvements. Truly top-notch service and great people to work with!

Ilanis General Construction performed excellent quality work on my 2-story single family home to apply new cement siding, trim, replaced rotted OSB and waterproofed the exterior. Audiel and his team provide thorough and honest work!

We had a pipe burst requiring an entire bathroom remodel and we are very happy with the work Anthony and his team did! He communicated directly with my insurance agent and was able to get the project started timely after figuring things out with insurance. He kept me updated every step along the way. I would highly recommend!

Anthony does great work. He starts early and finishes the day with his team at a reasonable hour. I had hi tile an 18 ft fireplace with blue marble and it looks amazing. Highly recommend!

We hired Clear Cedar to redo our outdoor deck, from cedar boards to Trex. This required substantial work to the existing under-framework and condition of the patio given the more exacting framing needed to support Trex (e.g., spacing between joists, etc) and age of the existing deck. Anthony came by more than once to give us an estimate, to show material options, and to go over design. He gave us a realistic estimate but also made us aware of potential unknowns that could arise once they removed the existing boards that could cost extra. His bid was consistent with other bids. He was very accommodating in scheduling, and when we did encounter other issues, he gave us a fair price for the add'l work. All terms were in writing and signed, including the change orders for the very few revisions/add'l work when they occurred. He requested a reasonable deposit up front. He was very good at communicating progress, expected commencement dates, and there were no unreasonable days--even after his wife gave birth to their child a month earlier than expected. He and his employee Nick were very conscientious and meticulous in the work they performed, of keeping the area safe and clean after finishing each day, and were considerate of and accommodating to our family's needs. We are very happy with the quality of the work, and Anthony (as well as Nick) was just an all around nice, professional, and respectful young man.

They are hard-working, on-time, polite and communicative. They have also been very quick to respond to questions and concerns we have had.
