Low Price Contractor came out summer of 21 to fix our bathroom/kitchen from a broken water pipe. Insurance claim covered the cost and the team got to work. They got to almost the end and never returned to finish the job and kept full payment. The work they did complete is failing miserably. Cabinets are sagging, detaching from ceiling, backsplash is crooked, sharp and uneven, countertops are falling apart, cabinets are also breaking apart, flooring is uneven and bubbling up, Sheetrock is cracking, bathroom tile is cracking, bathroom sink is detaching from wall and trim is all cracked as well. The microwave/vent is not functioning properly. Kitchen outlets were left incomplete and sticking out of wall. We had no clue we could file a complaint or claim against them until someone else told us.

I had a wonderful experience working with Dennis and his team at Kota Developments. They graciously fixed and installed the heating and mini-split systems in our condo, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. Their team was professional, responsive, and clearly takes pride in their work. Everything was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail, and the quality of the installation was excellent. It’s such a relief to have everything working perfectly now. I truly appreciate their kindness, expertise, and reliability, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy and high quality work. Thank you!!

I hired Isaac and his company I.K.T Construction to redo my concrete driveway at my house after getting a few bids to brake-up/haul away old cracked sunken driveway and pour new one. He was very price competitive, prompt and thorough in his bid and throughout the construction process. And just a very friendly easy going guy. Even when the job ended up expanding and being more challenging for him and his crew to complete it was no sweat for him. And the results speak for themselves. My driveway came out amazing and his finish guys had a very high attention to detail so it looks so good! And with the ground prep and rebar reinforcements he added my driveway should last a very long time looking new.

Isaac and his team do excellent work. Professional, punctual and hard working. Would definitely use them again for future projects. The patio and walkway both look great!!
