We had water damage to our kitchen and unfortunately had to pay for it out of pocket. AdvantaClean was professional, fast and very reasonably priced! A competitor quoted us almost 4 times as much as they charged.

I had some moisture leaking from one of my rentals. Larry and his team came out quickly to help diagnose and treat the issue. They are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and fairly priced. I could not recommend enough.

I am so happy with AdvantaClean's service. It was efficient, dust-free, and they used non-toxic cleaning solution for my vent covers and grates, which I really appreciated. Buying a house in this market, you take what you can get... as such, I needed some immediate mold remediation and crawl space work upon closing.

I was referred to Larry by May Construction, so I trusted Dave’s recommendation.

Larry came out, did what seemed to be a thorough inspection, took pictures, and a day later I had my bid. I’ll be honest... I thought it was really fair! So much so that I didn’t even bother with competing bids.

Within a week, Warren and Brian were out to clean the mold in the attic and re-pipe my fart fans. They were up in the attic LONG time for what I thought was a pretty small area. But, when all was said and done, the joists and OSB looked brand new!

The next day they came out and did the crawl space. They laid plastic everywhere and ran an air extractor from the crawl space out the back window.

What I really appreciated was they didn’t just tear out the old and replace the new. While they were in there, they found some leaking water lines and immediately texted me pictures.

When all was said and done, the crawl space looked immaculate! They did have to come back a couple days later for some very minor re-work, but Larry, Warren, and Bryan, we’re all super patient and did it without complaint.

My only recommendation would be for Larry to be a little more forthcoming with the process, especially for the crawlspace. Like I’m sure everyone else out there, I watched a lot of YouTube videos about vapor barrier replacement, and of course on those things they tend to go overboard. I just didn’t fully understand the process which led to some questions and some eventual re-work.

Anyway... they did a great job. A fantastic job. I would definitely ask Warren and Bryan to come back and work for me again.

Crawl space clean up. We had a musty odor coming from our crawl space. AdvantaClean came out and gave us an estimate in a very timely manner and was very professional. We had a couple of other outfits give us a bid and they all tacked on unnecessary fees, such as fuel costs, equipment replacement fees, and work we were not asking for them to do. The work was completed on schedule and it was very thorough. We definitely would recommend them for any services they provide.

We were extremely pleased with the mold remediation work performed by AdvantaClean of Southwest Washington. Larry responded immediately, assessed the problem, provided a fair and complete quote, and ensured that work was completed in the time he estimated. This was a big job since the floors under the shower pan and exterior walls were affected. Larry ensured that the work area was sealed and carpets were protected. He worked at the jobsite alongside his crew and most importantly, he was careful not to compromise the structure of the house. Larry also checked the drying progress daily and kept us updated. We were very happy we chose AdvantaClean!

Nobody expects to have to go through a water damage cleanup. Larry was quick to communicate when he could have his team out to help me. It was an unfamiliar, stressful situation and Warren and Cory's knowledge, quick action and positive attitude helped me feel more at ease. I can't say enough about how wonderful they were. They were professional, kind and informed me every step of the way. I truly hope I never have to go through this again, but if I do, they will always be my go to. Thank you Warren, Cory and Larry!!

Larry and his crew were at our home the day after we called them. They made a few suggestions on the scope of our work which improved our expectations for remediation. We made an appointment for two days later and they showed up on time, completed the work as identified including taking great care in cleaning up afterwards. We certainly could not have asked for better customer service!

I highly recommend. I received a call to schedule someone to look at my attic mold issue within an hour of submitting my request and had a team out quickly. I was very nervous about the price and wanted to make sure the issue was corrected the right way. They not only got rid of the mold but did the work to find me a professional to take care of the cause. The price was right and everything was done with the greatest amount of professionalism.

So professional. First met with Larry who provide a detail and I do mean detailed estimate, very thorough. This first meeting help make our decision to choose AdvantaClean. Appreciated Larry's knowlegdge of what needed to be done to remediate our mold issue. His recommendations were made on what we needed. A bid from another company for some of the work that AdvantaClean ended up doing was incredibly higher. That bid included items or solutions that Larry said basically wasn't needed . A substantial cost saving to us. Additionally we had the air system ducting cleaned ( I will say it was thoroughly cleaned). Warren and Brian who did the work on site were beyond superior, the job total duration was 4 days. They arrived on time each day, very friendly and polite, careful and mindful of our health concerns, cleaned up and removed all waste each day and answered all our questions. I appreciate the pictures provided which showed the before and after. This spoke volumes to the quality of work done. I am so happy with the end results. I have been dealing with my HOA and have had a few construction companies in to see the damage since the mold has been removed. The last restoration company who was here has their own mold remediation department, and yet they were amazed and said Larry and his crew did a fantastic job. They are an extremely professional and reliable company that I would recommend to anyone needing their services.

- Free quote. You literally have nothing to lose. It's good to get multiple quotes.
- Check out their website to set up an appointment or to check out their services. The tip I received from friends & family was to make sure to get a technician from a company with a physical address, an up-to-date website, and plenty of good reviews online. AdvantaClean checks off all those boxes.
- Quick and easy to set up an appointment. I think I spoke with Shane over the phone, and he was super friendly and got me an appointment a couple days later.
- Honest company. I can't emphasize this enough. We didn't know much about mold besides what our home inspector told us. Jacob checked the area of concern with a tool that checks for moisture (mold needs continued moisture to live and grow) and checked behind the water heater to physically check the drywall by hand as well (no warping and surface mold came off with a light scrape). And his recommendation was no drywall removal was needed; just needed some good old hydrogen peroxide to remove the surface bacteria and mold. He recommended a brand IAQ to get higher strength hydrogen peroxide (available on Amazon) than what you find at the local Walgreens.

He came right on time so I felt like my time was valued. There are so many contractors that don't show up when they say they will. Any time I had questions, I could reach one of the receptionists who would forward the call to Larry, or I could reach Larry promptly myself. This prevents any delays in communication and helped me gain my trust in the company. Larry provided me with a Clear, and comprehensive breakdown of the estimate. Not just "contractor" speak. In each line item, he provides a summary in lemans terms of what that means and entails. Very different from other contractors. We decided to do Mold Remediation in the Attic and to clear the vents and ducts and also to add a vapor barrier in the crawl space. For that work, Larry's guys, Warren and Cory were our go-to for those visits. They were also right on time each time and were very professional, courteous and conscious of the fact that I was pregnant and gave me options for what type of products would be best for my presence and realistic as well as to which kinds of products prevent mold the longest. They never rushed our questions and also worked as long as it took to get the job done. Warren also had a great sense of humor and they were so easy to get along with. We've had some contract work for other things in the crawlspace since then and those folks have actually mentioned what a great job Warren and Cory did so there is proof from the pros!
We are definitely using AdvantaClean for our annual duct cleaning and when we are ready to do other projects.
