Reasonable prices, trustworthy team, quality work. They were there when I needed them, and not sure there's much more I could of asked of them. 5 stars!

Nobody ever wants to have to deal with water remediation, but AdvantaClean is a great company to work with. I had a pipe leak within my wall that led to water in the wall and flooring of a bathroom and bedroom. They came out quickly for both the estimate and the actual work, performed a very thorough job and did exactly what needed to be done but no more, with no unnecessary padding of expenses. The cost was reasonable, and my technician Cory was a delight - courteous, conscientious, personable, and polite. Highly recommend!!

Larry and Corey were fantastic from start to finish. We had mold remediation done through them and were extremely satisfied. Larry was effective, communicative and professional. Corey was amazing. He did a wonderful and thorough job in our home even when things ended up being more extensive than anticipated. I cannot recommend them enough.

As a realtor and construction consultant/project manager I run into a lot of skeezy contractors in this space. It can be really hard to get a clear and honest bid or scope of work. That's why I cannot recommend this company and its owner, Larry more strongly. From the first call to the final moments of the job, communication is clear and complete. They have the expertise to identify the problem and complete the work in an efficient and cost-effective manner.

Larry’s crew Mike and Corey did an amazing job in my crawl space/future basement for water and pest cleanup! It looks so clean and now I have peace of mind knowing that it is disinfected too. Thank-you so much! I highly recommend AdvantaClean for your crawl space needs.

I am so, so, thankful that we called AdvantaClean. We had two companies come out to check our home before calling AdvantaClean. Those companies really spooked us, and told u we would need to spend $16-30K. We felt so uncomfortable and condescended too from one of those companies as well, so we decided to go for a third opinion and called AdvantaClean. Larry the owner came out and was a breath of fresh air. he talked to us like people, and told us that there was absolutely not work for him here in our home. He saw a stressed family, not suckers to make money off of. Larry gave a recommendation on what our problems really were and recommended a company who could address those issues for us. I would definitely call AdvantaClean again.

Larry, the owner, came himself to give us an estimate and then promptly got us a bid. We reached out and were immediately scheduled and in less than a week we were all done.
Kory was the technician who came to our home. He was friendly and hard working. He left our space meticulously clean. His work was exact and thoughtful leaving it completely ready for our next steps. Both my hubby, an engineer, and my brother-in-law, a general contractor, were VERY impressed with the job. We HIGHLY recommend AvantaClean!!!! Don’t waste your time with the other guys we did for weeks and still never got anywhere. So glad we found AvantaClean.

My kitchen flooded back in April, and I had no clue where to start. My insurance company recommended Servpro Vancouver and they did amazing. Everyone I spoke with at the office and the crews that came out, were beyond professional. They walked me through every step they took, and never left me questioning what was going to need to happen next. I'll definitely be recommending them!

When I hadn’t heard the waste water ejector pump in my crawlspace cycle for several days, I opened the hatch and took a look. The pump had failed, with no alarm, and I had over 100 gallons of dirty water pooled on the vapor barrier. I called Servpro of East Vancouver and they sent a team out within hours to survey the damage. After getting the pump repaired, I called them back to get started on the clean-up. Although, I called after they had already closed, I reached the after-hours call center and they passed the message to the on-call team. Andrew and Alex, the same crew that did the initial survey, came back of did a magnificent job of removing all of the water. They then sanitized the entire area of the overflow and scrubbed the vapor barrier to remove all of the stains. They even cleaned the top and sides of the pump. During this time, I injured my ankle and it was difficult for me to access the crawlspace to see what they did. Knowing this, Andrew took more than 20 photos from various vantages, so I could see what they had accomplished. Honestly, it looks better than it did before the spill! Throughout the entire process, the office staff that I spoke with were helpful and courteous. And, Andrew and Alex went above and beyond to make sure everything was restored. Their professionalism, technical expertise, attention to detail and commitment to ensuring that I was completely satisfied was inspiring. It was clear that they take pride in their work. I highly recommend Servpro of East Vancouver and I commend Andrew and Alex for a job extremely well done!

I awakened to a flooded house from a running faucet. After asking the 1st company to leave I had Hazel Dell Servpro come. The entire crew were fantastic, personable but efficient and hardworking. They did a great job and I cannot stress enough that they are the ones to call.

Great first experience with the company, andrew, austin and jeremiah were amazing.

We had a dishwasher leak that went through the floor and into our basement ceiling, causing flooring and drywall damage. Servpro did a phenomenal job getting our home back exactly how it was before the leak. All the guys were who worked in our home were professional and friendly. Paul kept us up to date on progress, answered questions quickly, and did a LOT of sleuthing to find our discontinued flooring. When the ceiling patch wasn't good enough the first time, they stepped right up and made it perfect. Office staff were always happy to answer questions and patiently explained billing details. You never want something like this to happen, but fixing it was as painless as it could be because of Servpro.

Everyone on the Servpro team did an excellent job in our home. 5 stars

Andrew and Jeremiah were professional and thorough in their job!

These people are the worst! They showed up to our house within a few hours of the fire happening with out us calling them, obviously they have been listening to police scanners. They scared us into going with them by telling us that people would start looting our property if we didn't immediately hire them to start the process by boarding up our windows. After we hired them they took over a year to rebuild the top portion of our house where the fire was. During this time we had at least 4 different projects managers. It felt like every time I called to get updates it was a different project manager with a different time line of when it would be done. The fire was in April and they originally told us it would be done by August, then it was October and then it was after the first of the year. Work didn't end up getting done until June the next year! Do not go with these scammers you will regret it!
