Seahorse Cleaning & Restoration did a fantastic job cleaning the carpet in my townhouse. They were able to get out stains that others couldn't.

Great experience from start to finish. Their website makes it easy to request a custom quote, then you get an email with the prices and you can choose from the packages that provide. Their prices were fair and decent and we easily scheduled an appointment through a link they provided in the quote website. I got a email notifications with instructions and they arrived in the time frame they listed with a text warning message 25 minutes before. Eugene and another friendly woman set up the vehicle with their tools and they were done in less than an hour. They even set up protectors for the walls since they had to go up to the third floor to clean. Everything was dry in the time they said (6-8 hours). My home feels so clean and fresh now. Overall, great experience! I highly recommend them.

They did a wonderful job! We bought a house that clearly had a dog before and the carpets weren’t in great shape (and smelled). Seahorse came in and were in and out within 2 hours and the carpets are so much better! They smell and look 10 times better than before! They are super kind and efficient and I highly recommend them.

Eugene was the best! Super nice and friendly. Very fast but efficient. Was able to asses the needs of the carpet area and recommend the appropriate type of cleaning service it required. Our off-white carpet looks brand new!! We are so impressed!

We had a last minute move out and we needed carpet cleaners to help with our 4 bed house. Eugene and crew were AMAZING. They vacuumed before the shampooing and were able to get it done in 2 hours. They shampooed all carpet areas and were able to get the gross pet smell out. They were decently priced and I am happy with the results!

I called these guys the same day and they were able to get here within 90 minutes. The company we planned on using fell thru so we were scrambling to find someone on a weekend. They were accomodating, kind, courteous and professional. They explained everything in detail that they were doing and there was no surprise fees after the initial quote which was also a welcome surprise. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

Making an appointment was quick and easy, next day appointment available. Staff arrived early (called first) they were polite, efficient, and our carpets looked and smelled great! They even offered to spray extra essential oil fragrance after commenting that I liked it. In the past the carpet has had a wet dog smell (we have dogs) but this time it did not. Love that they use natural products and price was very affordable too! Will definitely use them again!

All I needed cleaned was a hallway and living room. There was some coffee stains and regular foot traffic dirt. He got the stains out and my carpets look so much better! He did a wonderful job. Thank you very much!

I had another company cancel on me last minute. After they received my message asking to come out same day they texted me right away and worked around my schedule to make it work. Had some very nasty spots and animal stains on the carpet my home came with and these 2 young professionals did wonders on it. Carpet smells clean and looks like new!
They usually don’t move furniture but since my living room was pretty much empty they moved the rest of the furniture to clean underneath it.
They even cleaned my wool area rug that wasn’t part of the deal.
Their prices are acceptable (less than the other company that also quoted me for last minute job)
I will probably use their service in the future, too.
